Called at 2pm on 12/18 to get a plumber out to fix an issue. I was initially scheduled for the next day, but he was able to get someone out that afternoon. By 3pm, Pablo was arriving and by 3:40 he had finished the work and everything worked again.

Explained the problem well, didn't overcharge (based on a couple other quotes) and actually showed up unlike my earlier appointment with another company.

Quick response and came out same day to repair cracked pipe just off meter. Very professional and fair rate. Will definitely use again when have a plumbing issue.

The awesome plumbers at Hot Water Guys provide fantastic, friendly service. They have installed two different tankless water heaters at homes I've have owned, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were also very helpful in diagnosing and fixing other plumbing issues in my 100-year-old Heights home. The whole team is kind, clean, and hardworking. Can't recommend them enough.
