Trademark's Jason was one of the best customer service techs ever to visit my home. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very tidy. Took pride in his work and did everything possible to make sure we were happy before leaving. Jason is the real deal.

Called at 2pm on 12/18 to get a plumber out to fix an issue. I was initially scheduled for the next day, but he was able to get someone out that afternoon. By 3pm, Pablo was arriving and by 3:40 he had finished the work and everything worked again.

Explained the problem well, didn't overcharge (based on a couple other quotes) and actually showed up unlike my earlier appointment with another company.

These guys are amazing; they really care about the client.

i bought a house. it had an old rusty hot water heater. i happen to be driving on 19th street and saw the HOT WATER GUYS wrapped vehicle.....and i needed a tankless hot water heater!  fate! i called immediately and set up an appointment. within the week, i had a new tankless hot water heater. thanks! they were nice. they were dependable. they were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. even afterwards. thanks!!
