Highly recommend these guys, we called about a stopped up toilet and they sent a man out right away, turned out that the problem took care of itself, no charge for the call and no pressure to do anything else.   These guys will be my go to for any future situations

I called Bluefrog to install a water treatment system. CJ came out to do the work. He was very knowledgeable, completed the work quickly, and at a fair price. I will use Bluefrog from now on and would recommend to anyone needing a trusted plumber!

This is my first time reaching out to this plumbing service. I didn't know what to expect, but I had hoped and prayed that I've made the right decision in making an appointment with them. I've tried a few other plumbing companies before but I have never had a good lasting impression from the work and trust of the past plumbers.
I'm very grateful to the two workers that came to help fix my clogging problem. They were genuine, honest and direct, which was what I liked. I thank them for the time and hard work they have done for my house. I really appreciate the amount of effort that made to get the job done.

Come out at 8:30 pm to install toilet.  Figured out the toilet tank didn't fit the bowl. Had to take back to mccoys the next day. However, they didn't charge me for the service call that night. Came out next day and installed the toilet. Just amazing service!

We've used AAP twice that I can recall. Both times were emergencies (is there any other time that you call a plumber?). The first time, an outside hose bib had busted and was leaking. They came right over, fixed it 2x better than the original. The second time, we had some leaking from again an outside line but coming through the wall into the bathroom. Again, came right out and fixed it and even taught us a little about how the (old) house was put together pipe-wise.

Clean and honest work. Steven & his father, Ell Dee, have done many plumbing work for me around the house for my remodeling ideas (capping off copper pipes for bathroom, adding new water supply for new lavatory sink, moving plumbing around for washer dryer, etc) and I'm very happy with their work. I had a leak in my upstairs master closet there was a constant drip you can hear through the wall and also in my dowstairs office that was showing a water spot in the ceiling. I thought it was a pipe leak so went and shut the water to the house off and opened all of my water valves in the house to relieve the pressure this seemed to make the dripping stop. The next morning we saw on our nextdoor that All in the family Plumbing was highly recommended so I gave them a call and was told they were booked for the day but will try to fit me in the afternoon. When they showed up the issues was not my pipes but and overflow pipe for my A/C was clogged causing the P-trap to overflow down the wall. The cost was very reasonable and after the repair no more dripping. Thanks for your service and will highly recommend this buisness to anyone.

My day began (Wednesday 2/22/23) with my yard man ringing my doorbell, which was quite unusual, because I had already unlocked my back fence gate for him to gain access into my back yard, and had left his check clipped to the inside of my mailbox as I usually do, so I was at a loss as to what he was wanting or needing. It didn't take long for him to tell me I had a major water leak at my meter. I immediately called my community's Water Dept. and was told that they were estimating a 400 gallon per hour leak and they sent a service technician to shut my water off at the meter. I promptly called Mr. Plumber (owned by Mr. Rick Strickland) and spoke with Miss Lori, whom I have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with in the past, and she informed me that she wouldn't be able to get a crew out to me until the next day. I pleaded with her to ask her boss, Rick Strickland, if there was any possible way for them to get someone out to me today, and after placing me on a brief hold, came back on the phone with the good news that they would be able to get a crew out to me today! I soon received a call back from Lori advising me that a crew was on their way and would be here in approximately 20 minutes, which they were! They began digging up around the meter and found a cracked 90° PVC fitting and soon had it repaired and while waiting for the PVC glue to dry/set up, they began to address another issue in my back yard and soon had that issue identified and repaired, as well. I couldn't have asked for a better rapid response and repair than what I received from these professional young men!
Kudos to you, Mr. Rick Strickland and your crackerjack team of consummate professionals! I felt that the price for all repairs was very fair and they gave me a Senior's Discount, as well, which I greatly appreciated! Miss Cynthia was very kind and courteous whenever I called back in to pay my bill for their services. I highly recommend this plumbing service as they put their customers first!!! I have long had a leaky outdoor hose bibb which made watering our flowers an increasingly annoying task. Not having any idea of what was involved in remedying, I texted Jerry, asking him to please come evaluate and fix. He could have easily shown up and created a job for himself (and I'd never have been the wiser), but instead he talked me through the repair at zero cost. Such an honest guy!

I can't help but give glowing reviews to Troy and Tucker Plumbing. I called him out to fix a number of things at my mother's house and they did a great job. They were prompt and gave her a reasonable price. She's very happy!

Terrible customer service.  Before work was even completed I received a call demanding payment.  When I expressed concern about paying before work was done, I was told they have to collect to avoid getting stiffed
I was flabbergasted.
I will never use this company again.
My initial appointment was in late February, it took them until mid April to return.
Be warned.
