They are in high demand so I had to wait a few days for them to come out. But that is ok because I know they will do a great job when they show up.

There is no charge for an estimate and the estimates are very detailed. I knew exactly what I needed this last service call and the plumber was very informed when he arrived and took care of everything very quickly. It was a simple refurbish of our water lines for the new washer I purchased. I was extremely pleased with how everything flowed and very happy with the price!

I will always utilize Choice because there is no other choice lol!

Alton is an outstanding plumber! He came to our house to maintenance our hot water heaters and did an amazing job. He was very professional and friendly and explained every step of the process to us. His work was meticulous and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He didn't cut any corners and took the time to make sure the job was done right. We noticed a pipe dripping water near our roof and from some investigation determined it was the overflow for our air conditioner. I then saw the pan under the unit was full of water, and my basic troubleshooting of blowing air in the pipe did nothing but shoot some water out in another place in my attic (which fortunately dried quickly since it was so hot!)

Anyways, I decided to try a plumber instead of an AC company, and boy am I happy I did! A few years ago when this line got clogged the AC company just cut the PVC tube under the sink, used a very weak vacuum on it, and obviously a few years later here I am with the line clogged again. This plumbing company saw where the line actually went up after the bend instead of going down, found that the rear side of the wall was accessible via the air supply, reconfigured the pipe, and now it actually uses gravity instead of water pressure to drain. He even hooked it up with a tube I can remove in case I need to clear it out in the future.

I was really impressed with my plumber's work, whose name was AJ, and would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing help.

I forgot to mention that I called them at 4 PM and they showed up at 5. I mean it was a fluke that they had a cancellation but really it couldn't have been faster, and helped me avert a potential disaster. My drip pan was looking real bad, probably need to replace it too but I'll likely wait until after the summer. At least its dry now!

Love Bruce Plumbing and how their response time is so quick and they get the job done without it being too pricey. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone if you want to have someone who is always reliable and can help you right away. Call them and you won't regret it!

Clean and honest work. Steven & his father, Ell Dee, have done many plumbing work for me around the house for my remodeling ideas (capping off copper pipes for bathroom, adding new water supply for new lavatory sink, moving plumbing around for washer dryer, etc) and I'm very happy with their work. Definitely recommend. Trust worthy company.

Too bad they have such good reviews - I wouldn't know since they don't answer their phone or return your call in a timely manner. Left  urgent message at 8a this morning - it is now 10:30 am with no return call. This is the second Saturday in a row I've tried to contact them with no luck.  They advertise 24/7 ??? Won't try them again.

Jerry was awesome! He assisted with a repair even though I was not in the city to be present. He was professional and responsive. He offered to come out on a holiday weekend even though it was not necessary. He is upfront about pricing and parts and serviced the repair quickly!

I didn't choose them, but my home warranty company assigned them to me. I spoke to Roxanne on Monday to schedule an appointment. We agreed on Wednesday morning. She said it would be morning, but she couldn't give me an exact time until the day of. She would call me first thing Wednesday morning to let me know where I fell in the queue.

I received a call first thing yesterday morning (Tuesday). Roxanne told me I was second in line for the day. I reminded her that my appointment was for Wednesday morning. *I Knew this because I was sitting at my laptop and put the appointment in my calendar while we were on the phone.* She said she remembered and would call me the next day. No problem.

No call today. I called her and she sounded flustered and confused. She told me they didn't know when they were coming, likely the evening. I reminded her that my appointment was for the a.m. and she told me that she would never tell me that I had a morning appointment and that it was the plumber who decided where he would go at what time. I told her that I was certain she said morning as I would have scheduled a day when I was home the entire day versus half-day. She rudely said that she always tells customers that it could be any time of day. Not accurate.

I then looked at their Yelp reviews and decided to back out. I took their initial rudeness and confusion as a sign of things to come.
