I contacted Wayne about replacing a toilet just because I was home and wanted it done.  Wayne responded to my email promptly and gave me an estimate for 2 brands and didn't push for the more expensive one.  His estimate was completely reasonable and cheaper than others I had gotten.  We scheduled for the next day and he was on time, so nice, professional and let me know exactly what needed to be done.   He and his crew were quick, efficient and so clean!   Not a drop of water was spilled and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived.   I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Mike was awesome! I called him and he answered right away and was able to fit me into his schedule that same day.

I had an issue with my pilot light on my water heater and he was able to do a quick fix for me. He even showed me a trick to try next time if the same issue persists. I would absolutely call him out again and I've already passed his information along to a friend.

Our PVC connecting to the water meter outside burst and was flooding on the driveway and the city said we needed a private plumber to fix it. Shawn picked up right away and was ready to send someone within two hours. A Week later both of our water heaters stopped working and were left without hot water right before a cold front was to hit! They came to the rescue again and Were so empathetic, so respectful, and diligent. Always respond, whether you call or text! Reasonable, fair, and so friendly! 100% would recommend to anyone!!!

We Do Repipes just re-piped our house and very pleased with the results.  The price was reasonable (I got about 5 quotes) and included a new water heater as well, and doing the re-plaster of all the holes that had to be cut (we also have a wet bar in the living room).  They discovered where we had leak in our ceiling and were proactive in getting that fixed and making sure that we do not have any mold.  Everyone that came to the house was very polite and answered all my questions and were very helpful, and professional.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has to go through having their house re-piped.

Wow, I did not know such competent, efficient, and reasonably priced plumbing existed. After getting subpar service that took hours and hours with another company, I changed it up and called S & B based on the reviews they have received. I could see water coming out of my foundation and bricks soaked outside but could not tell what was going on in my home. The gentlemen that came out acted like investigators and communicated extremely well together and to me. They checked the attic and followed the clues and found the problem in a short amount of time and got it corrected in a short amount of time: One middle aged man and one younger man were the employees. I think Richard was his name. They were a great team and the more experienced plumber provided a positive and encouraging tone to the apprentice. He was able to find a pinhole leak that had been working on soaking my home for quite a while. He pointed out some of the signs of damage to me and educated me on the issue. He called a water restoration expert to come and give me a free estimate to repair the damage and help with cosmetics. He educated me on other things about my older pipe work and water pressure and explained the very reasonable bill to me. It is the best experience I have had with a plumber and when the next need occurs, I will be giving this company my money and trust. These guys will not take advantage of the consumer. Great business.

I have been relying on this plumbing co since I bought my first house in 2006. The owner Doug is very professional and does quality work at an affordable price. I've had them install water heaters , repair pipes in attic, to completely remodeling a bathroom with a custom shower enclosure, etc. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend for any plumbing needs..

We had a kitchen sink with clogged and leaking pipes. Even though they were very busy, Shelly was able to get Paul out to us ahead of schedule! Fast, efficient, and courteous.  He found the clog (grease way down the line), he removed and replaced the corroded and damaged pipes, cleaned up thoroughly when he was done, and made sure everything worked smoothly before he left.  His fee was fair and square and worth every penny.

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! On Friday, our shower & bathtub drain had waste water backing up when turning on the water, RMP had a next day availability and added us onto their schedule. The plumbing technician came, assessed the problem, pulled out tools from his truck and de-clogged the drain pipe very efficiently. Highly recommend RMP Plumbing

I contacted Milton Frank Plumbing because Kohler National Service recommended them.  Matt Vaughn from Milton Frank Plumbing came out to repair my Master Bathroom Kohler Shower DTV after it froze and broke in the cold weather.  Matt visited the first time and told me I needed either four different parts kits that I needed to order from Kohler or a new valve.  

He charged me a $150 trip charge and I ended up ordering a brand new Kohler DTV on Amazon for $1350.  Two weeks later Matt came back and installed it.

Installation amounted to replacing the existing valve with the new one and attaching the hot/cold water feeds and the six output valves also and plug in the power.

This took Matt two hours and the installation charge was $817.50.  Matt did a great job.

Seems to me that a $400 an hour labor rate is excessive.  In fact, that could be considered price gouging.  Kohler devices are expensive but really?   I gave him my old valve because I didn't have need for a broken one.  

I am a retired IT guy, but I was never paid $400 an hour.  Wow.

I had heard an ad over 2 weeks ago on am radio- I tuned in late- called set up appointment
with Kerrie a rep and I wanted to verify what all was covered in this promotion on the radio.
I was concerned about 2 things- the blower moter in my attic and the Condensor or compressor coils that were in the attic. I asked specifically if they were going to clean these 2 things in the attic. She said yes. I asked her this twice. again response was yes included in the promo. They couldnt make the first appointment even after 4 time confirming it that very day they were to be out. I rescheduled till today and the tech came out and did not do these things I was told By Kerrie they were going to do. They refunded my money- Big deal- I wish they would have done what this person said they were going to do. In my cell phone  after the missed appointment 2 weeks ago- I added the number to my phone and it is labeled w her name and the word liar. Then I get a call from another manager that said the owner Monica Ryan can not handle this problem- I guess that last manager does not think too highly of the owners skills. I  believe they probably will not forward my request to speak to Monica Ryan.
The manager told me later in the call he said saw emails go by and he mentioned he saw the message that I wanted to talk to Monica- I believe thats why he called. BAD First impression and my word of mouth advertising from me will be to avoid this company at all costs. I believe I was lied to so I would probably make Kerrie's quota  to get people signed up for the promo they were running.
