Can't complain too much with my experience. They were prompt to respond, informative. Professional. And had my issue fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Was a little more than I wanted to spend because I had to buy a part and it required two separate service appointments. Wish the price was a tad cheaper-- having moved from out of state I notice a lot of services like this tend to overcharge. But overall wasn't too bad of an experience and would probably use them again in the future if needed.

We had a toilet that was leaking from the base so I went on Yelp to find plumbers and found Precise Plumbing Service. They were able to get a plumber out to me on the day and time I suggested and did amazing. Arash came to my house and did a great job fixing the issue and explaining to me why it was leaking and went above and beyond with another issue. Thank you so much, definitely going to calling them for my plumbing needs!

I contacted Wayne about replacing a toilet just because I was home and wanted it done.  Wayne responded to my email promptly and gave me an estimate for 2 brands and didn't push for the more expensive one.  His estimate was completely reasonable and cheaper than others I had gotten.  We scheduled for the next day and he was on time, so nice, professional and let me know exactly what needed to be done.   He and his crew were quick, efficient and so clean!   Not a drop of water was spilled and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived.   I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

On the recommendation from a friend I gave Mike a call and he was here within an hour. The kitchen sink drain was clogged, and my 15 foot drain snake was not able to clear it.  Mike brought his equipment around the side of the house and was able to access the kitchen drain from the exterior. His equipment was able to clear the clog in under 10 minutes. The invoice came via email immediately and I was able to pay online. Professional, expedient, and much more affordable then the other options I had on a Saturday. Highly recommended!

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.

I reached out to a number of services and Harris Plumbing was one of the first to respond. I'm a single woman and I was worried about someone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. This was not the case. Mike was prompt, honest, professional and respectful of my property. I liked that he explained and showed me what the problem was and offered several solutions to fix it. I've had this company out 3 times for 3 different issues and all was handled quickly and professionally!! I had a badly clogged drain. We kept trying to get it cleared ourselves, but it finally became clear that it wan't something we could fix.  I read reviews on another site and decided to give Your Plumber a try.  It was the end of the week and I figured it would take a couple of days.  They were able to come out same day (no extra charge) and offered a free evaluation.  They arrived on time and were able to get it fixed it promptly. I felt the charge was fair. I am very happy with the service and won't hesitate to use them again should I have a plumbing need.

Highest recommendation!  Lifetime Plumbing replaced our aging bathtub faucet fixtures and installed PEX piping for the supply lines.  We found the company after a neighbor used them and were very pleased.

The company was super professional and excellent to interact with.  The van the plumber arrived in was clean and nice.  Shawn was dressed professionally and explained things very clearly.

Lifetime Plumbing is very customer service focused.  After dealing with one of the big companies for my Mom's house recently, it was refreshing to work with a smaller business without the logistical complexities.  I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I had a big leak on my front yard, I called this company and they gave me an ETA and they were here as promised. The staff explained to me the situation and went into detail with everything. Turns out the leak was not related to my pipe and instead was the neighbors pipe. Thank you for your hard work and honesty.

The plumber (Steven) was here less than 5 minutes TOTAL. He charged $140 for clearing a drain. I have had this service completed several times in the past and have paid $92.50 - for the SAME EXACT SERVICE!  The response I got when I called to discuss my bill was some plumbers are more gracious in what they charge. How can a plumber decide what he wants to charge, and the company has NO standard pricing, is beyond reasonable and professional.  Apparently, if we pay $140 for a two minutes job, that means they are charging $4,200 per hour. This is unethical and Jack the so-called manager does not even care, he was rude and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

Lara Services were quick to respond, very professional, and handled my plumbing issues. I was very pleased with their service and I will be sure to contact them for any future issues.

I have had Doug come to my house couple of times. Doug is the ultimate professional. Very knowledgeable, friendly and takes time to do the work right. There is no rush through to finish the job and go on the next one.
Above all his price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him

I was pleased with our experience with the Plumbing Guy. We had a clogged sink and could not use it. We called the Plumbing Guy and he fit us into his schedule and came over one day later. They did a great job and our sink works well now. Thanks a lot!

We needed a water heater replaced. They replaced our water heater on the weekend, showed up on time, we're clean, did quick work, honest and up front on materials pricing and very polite. Will call again for my piping and plumbing needs.

Vladimir did an outstanding job when I needed someone to check my washer drainage pipe during the weekend. He was very detailed and helped me understand the root cause and the location of the issue. He is reliable and highly recommended.

We have been Milton Frank customers for quite awhile and have always been pleased with their service.

Today I discovered a dripping ceiling and put a call into the service desk and a plumber was at our door within the hour.

Joel Long accessed the problem, located the leak and had a new pipe installed within about 90 minutes.  He also checked and replaced the filter of our tankless water heater which Milton Frank installed about 10 years ago (and it's still working fine).

Milton Frank will continue to be our go to plumbers.

Worst response ever!  I realize that Houston had a major issue with the pipes bursting from the extreme cold but that is no excuse for lousy customer service.  We are seniors in our 70s and called Village on Wed, Feb 17 when we noticed the leak.  The person we spoke to took all our information and told us we would have service in 24 to 48 hours.  So we didn't bother any other companies knowing that they would be swamped with others needing help.  After not hearing from them by Saturday we called again to get a recording that they apologized and were taking no new calls but would get to those who had called as soon as possible.  We waited until Monday and called again only to be told that our information was not in the system and the earliest they could get to us was March 9.  They refused to acknowledge or help with their mistake and apparently could not care less for commitments.  No here we are with no water and all other companies fully booked as well.  What a lousy customer service or willingness to fix a mistake.
