JP Plumbing is an extremely professional plumbing company -- from the scheduling, dispatcher and plumber.  Our sink backed up and we called our home warranty around 5pm and they told us an individual from JP Plumbing will call in 24 hours.  Like other companies, they did not wait till the 24th hour to call -- the called us first thing in the morning and gave us a 4 hour window.  Note that they can give you a 30 min or 1 hour advance call before the plumber arrives.  Let's just say it didn't work out on my end and I was not a happy camper and despite my frustration and emotionalness, Patty and Willie the dispatchers listened, still very professional and courteous and made a way to have Jose come my home where I immediately apologized for the badness.  He was gracious and immediately took care of the sink.  Thank you for your kindness and graciousness!  A+ in my book -- not many businesses are like this anymore.

I was in need of repairs to my toilets. I reviewed Yelp. I came across Bob DeShano. I contacted Bob gave him the information he requested and the next day Bob was out to my home. Completed the job and was on his way.
Bob did a great job. He is fair, fast, honest and most of all a nice man. I highly recommend Bob. Finally one word describes Bob. Great!!!!

Good prices with solid work. I have 3 plumbers listed just in case however his name has the stars by it to call first and a note to retry because I liked his service and prices that much more. When he saw a valve kit for the toilet I told him my husband was planning on installing it. He suggested he also install a new flapper valve at the same time and showed me why. He was there to fix a leak under the toilet my husband didn't want to deal with and it turned out to be more than just needing a new wax seal so I was very happy he was there. All around nice guy.

They were great! Alexander installed a new disposal for me quickly and effectively. They were very responsive, and agreed to a fair price. Will use them in the future for more projects.

Great experience using this company.  We had our garbage disposal go out and wanted our sink faucet replaced.  We also had a terrible clog backing up our shower.  I gave Brandon a call and he scheduled me for first thing the following morning. Very professional with shoe coverings and mats that they put down. Very painless on my end, thanks guys!

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! They were very knowledgeable and understanding at a very affordable price! I highly recommend Ark Repipes.

Had my pipes partially hydro jetted about a month and a half ago to remove a foul rotten egg odor from the pipes. He came out quickly and it's held up, the smell is gone!  we saw the gunk run out of the house. Happy with his service!

They  got here within the hour, made their repairs, cleaned everything up and were on their way. No fuss, no mess, very pleasant.

They were able to help stop a leaky bath faucet Saturday morning so I could still make a trip before Noon. And for a second project, they were able to work with me on the quote and type of work to get it within my budget. Very reliable company and they will communicate with the customer to meet their needs.

We needed a new pipe for our tub spout since ours was too big to fit a universal spout and Pioneer Plumbing was able to fix everything for us. Jed and his partner were assigned to us. They quickly gave us an estimate and did the work. They also had us inspect everything after they were done and gave us tips on future spout changes. Highly recommended company! If I ever had any other plumbing needs, I'm contacting Pioneer first!

I had the hose to a kitchen sink replaced by Obsta plumbing in July of this year.  The day after Thanksgiving the junction between the hose and the faucet came loose and flooded the entire underside of the sink and the kitchen floor.  I called Obsta and was told it would $660 just for a service call.  I questioned if this was possibly a mistake and was put on hold for over 10 minutes.  I was then told that indeed a service call would be $660.  I asked to speak with someone else to confirm this (especially since it was a problem related to previous work by Obsta).  I was told someone would call me back.  No one ever returned the call.

Called they came right out.  Left to get parts then charged me over $300 for 15 minutes of work.  No digging, just simple part replacement at the meter.   The original owner is a fair person to deal with, than his next generation.  His son will OVER charge you.  His Father came out on CHRISTMAS EVE dug and removed a pipe and fixed the pipe,  then buried it again for $235.  Roll the dice.  The work has always been good.   In a world where there is another Plumber to replace you, its a better idea to be fair and not take advantage of people.  Word of mouth is GOLDEN or can break you.  I'm sure his Father knew this.  Thought we had found our plumber...will look elsewhere.
