I have a 2-10 home warranty and they assigned JP. They were assigned after another company did not call me in time.
They came the next day and said I needed a new wax seal and a new toilet in another bathroom.
The plumber, Christian. Was awesome. Quick but so thorough. He answered all my questions...Highly recommend!!!

I was shocked at the terrible service I received from Bob DeShano Plumbing, especially in view of his good online reviews.
To quickly summarize, it took Bob two weeks from my first phone call to finally schedule an appointment with my tenants. Finally, the scheduled appointment time arrived (five days and two weeks after the first phone call), and Bob sends me a TEXT to tell me that he doesn't accept out of state checks 30 minutes before the appointment is scheduled! Talk about unprofessional!
He had five whole days from when he learned my address to tell me that he wouldn't accept my check, but he waited until 30 minutes before the appointment to inform me. I got a very annoyed call from my tenant who came home early to meet the no-show plumber.
I own five rental properties and have hired dozens of handymen and plumbers, and this was by far the most unprofessional service I have ever received. Not to mention, this was the first time a repair service would not accept any form of out-of-state payment (check, credit card, or Paypal). Don't worry about my out-of-state check, Bob, you will not receive that or any other form of business from me ever again.
To those looking for a good plumber, there are plenty of other good plumbing services in the area, don't waste your time on Bob DeShano Plumbing.

Very fast and courteous service. Thought I had a leak, came out and he inspected the entire building - took about an hour - didn't find a leak - and didnt charge me at all

I needed an outdoor hose faucet in my front yard replaced, and Dan and Mark were able to come out the next day for a price competitive with other handymen who quoted me 3 weeks until their next availability. I had conflicting meetings at work, but Mark gave regular updates on the status of the work via text message and video throughout the morning. I came home to a working faucet and zero stress! Can't recommend Home Repair Dudes enough - this is what professionalism and communication should be.

Nathan was very professional and polite. He was able to help us fix some gas leaks and reroute some non compliant plumping, while also running new gas lines for our cooktop and fireplace at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

They repaired my irrigation system after the winter freeze. They did great work and a great price. Highly recommend!

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! They were very knowledgeable and understanding at a very affordable price! I highly recommend Ark Repipes.

I contacted Chris about a leak that I was having in a rental property. He was prompt to schedule the appointment and called me right after the appointment with the results. Even though the issue was not plumbing related he gave me several suggestions and a vendor that can help me remedy the problem. If you want a reputable, honest, and fair assessment of your plumbing problem call Mock Plumbing.

Water heater replacement. Brandon showed up on time. Very friendly and courteous. Finished his job well and quick enough. Job site left clean and tidy. Hope this initial good impression last long. My only suggestion for him is paperwork. Invoice and warranty could be handled more refined way. My initial overall rating for his service today is solid 4.5/5.

I got a quote from on of the plumbers who then left the company but tried to get us to stay with him without telling us he was no longer with the company. Had I not had to call the company myself for a question, I never would have known.
Then I scheduled an appointment, which was a long way off from when I called, but I understood because with the winter storm, everyone was needing plumbers, but when we set an appointment for them to show, no one showed up. Finally, around 1pm, we get a phone call saying they will be there in the afternoon. Then we get a second phone call saying they'll be here at 5. Then another phone call saying they would be here at 6:15. Finally, the plumber shows up.
He was unable to complete the job we had gotten the quote (the quote should have been better written so others knew what to do for the job) for because he could not get the dishwasher out of where it was and he didn't want to work underneath the sink because he couldn't get behind the dishwasher to turn the wrench. He seemed unwilling to consider another option.
We then explained that we had been without hot water in the sink for all this time and we would really like hot water in the kitchen (we had been boiling water to wash dishes). He then said he could cap things off and get us hot water. While I felt it was a little pricey for what he did, he completed it quickly and got us hot water for $336 bucks.
He said when the demo folks come out to do our cabinets, we can call him back to finish the job after they demo and before they build the new cabinets around the dishwasher. It will be a pain to manage the timing but we'll make it work.
All said and done, I'm happy with the job that they did, I just wish the entire job could have been done in one go and that the scheduling were better. The plumber was nice and professional, and ultimately did a good job for what he did do. It wasn't really his fault as much as it was the plumber who is no longer with the company's fault for not writing the quote properly so people in the company knew what the job entailed.
I would actually use them again--I know this review sounds bad, but the work he did do was good and he was friendly and courteous. If we could schedule better, I'd definitely use them again.

Obsta was at my home in June of this year -,2016. An apprentice-I assume- did the work under the supervision of another plumber.. I had reported 2 faucet fixtures that were leaking and issues with the drain stoppers not holding water.I was told the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, but went ahead and let them install new turn off valves in the kitchen due to their age and condition. Later I purchased a new faucet on my own..They replaced a flapper in a bathroom that is seldom used- charged $85 for that. Bathroom sink cold water faucet was leaking. They needed to replace it with a cartridge-something I was not familiar with. They did not have the cartridge in their truck so they left and returned with 2 new cartridges and installed them. The cost of the cartridges was excessive. I could have purchased 2 new fixtures for what I was charged for those 2 parts, and I feel that I should have been advised of that before they left to purchase the correct part. They adjusted the two drain stoppers-one wasn't attached at all the the second was too low. That took 5 minutes, but unfortunately they didn't ask me to try them and check the speed of drainage, so now both are on the slowest setting possible and take forever to drain, so made the problem even worse. That evening I noticed that the cold water faucet that had a new cartridge was still leaking, so I called and they returned the next day and tightened it-no charge. The pricing for this amount of work,I felt was extremely high, so I will not use them again or recommend them.

Called they came right out. Left to get parts then charged me over $300 for 15 minutes of work. No digging, just simple part replacement at the meter. The original owner is a fair person to deal with, than his next generation. His son will OVER charge you. His Father came out on CHRISTMAS EVE dug and removed a pipe and fixed the pipe, then buried it again for $235. Roll the dice. The work has always been good. In a world where there is another Plumber to replace you, its a better idea to be fair and not take advantage of people. Word of mouth is GOLDEN or can break you. I'm sure his Father knew this. Thought we had found our plumber...will look elsewhere.
