We first began using this company when the garbage disposal failed in our newly purchased home.  The home warranty covered its replacement, and the warranty company sent Armando from JP Plumbing.  He did such a great job and was so pleasant that I asked him to fix the temperature-and-pressure valve on the water heater, which had been installed incorrectly prior to our purchase of the home.  While he was here, I asked him to give me an estimate to install a gas line running into the kitchen so we could replace the electric cooktop with a gas version.  His estimate wasn't the lowest one we received, but at $500, it was only $50 to $80 higher than the next lowest one; plus, because of our previous experiences with Armando, as well as the fact that he specified galvanized pipe as opposed to a flexible line, we awarded him the job.  He has just completed that task and the cooktop will be installed tomorrow.  The people who answer the phones are as nice as can be; they keep good records and they keep their word.  Armando always calls to tell me when he's on his way and he is very punctual.  He communicates clearly, has integrity, is friendly, and leaves his work areas as clean as or cleaner than he found them.

Good prices with solid work. I have 3 plumbers listed just in case however his name has the stars by it to call first and a note to retry because I liked his service and prices that much more. When he saw a valve kit for the toilet I told him my husband was planning on installing it. He suggested he also install a new flapper valve at the same time and showed me why. He was there to fix a leak under the toilet my husband didn't want to deal with and it turned out to be more than just needing a new wax seal so I was very happy he was there. All around nice guy.

Came out at the end of the day when I got off from work and within ten minutes clogged was removed and they were on their way!

This is the second time I have used this company. Mark is friendly and professional. He is respectful and efficient. I am very pleased with the jobs he has done for me in my home. The quality is excellent. I would definitely recommend Mark for anyone who is needing repairs around the house.

Everyone wants to be clog- free, right? I was experiencing water gushing from the exterior clean out plugs on my house. If the washing machine or dishwasher was on, then my new lawn sprinkler system was too! When Ben arrived, he listened and assessed my situation. I liked that he was very polite and explained everything each step of the way. I knew my price at every turn. So there were no surprises. When I am spending my money, I definitely want to be treated respectfully. Ben worked through my plumbing problems and made recommendations for the future. I believe the price was fair. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to endure the usual up selling I get from the other plumbing companies. Everything was returned exactly the way it was before Ben arrived - minus the clogs. I will call them in the future. It would be worth your time to give them a try, too!

Nathan was very professional and polite. He was able to help us fix some gas leaks and reroute some non compliant plumping, while also running new gas lines for our cooktop and fireplace at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend.

It was the middle of the night and something in the attic made the sheet rock fall. My husband went up to check it and turns out it was a busTed pipe. We called Ark Repipes after my neighbor referred them a few wks prior when she had some work done. They came out early the next morning and in 3 days our problem was fixed completely! They were very knowledgeable and understanding at a very affordable price! I highly recommend Ark Repipes.

Once again, Mock Plumbing to the rescue. Here we are in another Texas freeze...pipes froze up and Chris and crew showed up to help. I know they are inundated with calls today but they worked us in to check out what we had going on and make suggestions on what to do from here. Now we wait to defrost and see. Our prior experience with Mock Plumbing saved us thousands of dollars. While another well known plumbing company in the area said we needed a new water heater, Mock Plumbing recognized that it was just a $40 filter that needed to be replaced in our water softener system. Chris and his crew continue to prove that they are honest, reliable and professional time and time again. We will never call another plumber. Highly recommend.

Had my pipes partially hydro jetted about a month and a half ago to remove a foul rotten egg odor from the pipes. He came out quickly and it's held up, the smell is gone!  we saw the gunk run out of the house. Happy with his service!

Great service and quick response!! My go to guy for my plumbing needs!!! Ray is a busy guy but will get to everybody if you give him time. Quality work that lasts a lifetime.

They were able to help stop a leaky bath faucet Saturday morning so I could still make a trip before Noon. And for a second project, they were able to work with me on the quote and type of work to get it within my budget. Very reliable company and they will communicate with the customer to meet their needs.

I got a quote from on of the plumbers who then left the company  but tried to get us to stay with him without telling us he was no longer with the company. Had I not had to call the company myself for a question,  I never would have known.

Then I scheduled an appointment, which was a long way off from when I called, but I understood  because with the winter storm, everyone was needing plumbers, but when we set an appointment for them to show, no one showed up. Finally,  around 1pm, we get a phone call saying they will be there in the afternoon. Then we get a second phone call saying they'll be here at 5. Then another phone call saying they would be here at 6:15. Finally, the plumber shows up.

He was unable to complete the job we had gotten the quote (the quote should have been better written so others knew what to do for the job) for because he could not get the dishwasher out of where it was and he didn't want to work underneath the sink because he couldn't get behind the dishwasher to turn the wrench. He seemed unwilling to consider another option.

We then explained that we had been without hot water in the sink for all this time and we would really like hot water in the kitchen (we had been boiling water to wash dishes). He then said he could cap things off and get us hot water. While I felt it was a little pricey for what he did, he completed it quickly and got us hot water for $336 bucks.

He said when the demo folks come out to do our cabinets, we can call him back to finish the job after they demo and before they build  the new cabinets around the dishwasher. It will be a pain to manage the timing but we'll make it work.

All said and done, I'm happy with the job that they did, I just wish the entire job could have been done in one go and that the scheduling were better. The plumber was nice and professional, and ultimately did a good job for what he did do. It wasn't really his fault as much as it was the plumber who is no longer with the company's fault for not writing the quote properly so people in the company knew what the job entailed.

I would actually use them again--I know this review sounds bad, but the work he did do was good and he was friendly and courteous. If we could schedule better, I'd definitely use them again.

I just had work done by Obsta. They were recommended to me by neighbors and I am so happy I went with them. The guys that came to my house were very courteous and persistent to find the issue. The total price was extremely reasonable. Overall, great service!!!

Called him to repair/replace hose bib.  He came out and said he had to cut into wall from inside house.  He said he would call with a quote and I never heard from him again. Terrible service.
