Epic Services has always been there when I need them.  Fast, same day service with a smile.  They are able to diagnose and fix the problem and then clean up any mess.  Super sweet and polite technicians and they are reasonably priced.  I will gladly recommend Epic to all of my friends.

What a great experience!! So happy I called Champion Plumbing services with my plumbing problem. I was able to get an actual human on the phone within 2 rings, and then, able to get on the schedule for the same day to have problem looked at within 5 minutes. And if all that doesn't sound great, it gets even better. John sent me a text message letting me know he was in route over an hour and a half ahead of the scheduled time and got here one hour before the appointment. What?!? That never happens. He shows up and his very mindful of being socially distanced while taking all the precautions he could to keep my home clean while working on my problem.

Being the pro that he is it only took him 20 minutes to get everything working correctly.

Brent was expedient, trustworthy, and went above and beyond on my tankless water heater install - Tomball Plumbing does Great work. I Called Brent/Tomball plumbing on a whim Wednesday seeking advice on my old Noritz heater that was leaking from the exchange = no hot water/broken unit. After discussing a troubleshoot option with the manufactuter, I decided to buy a new and went with a Navien NPE-240S. After my final decision to install anew, I called Brent again that Friday and he came out to assess and bid the installation within the hour. Fast. The following Monday he was here early and prepared. The install seemed to me to be a breeze, while discussing updates throughout. Thanks to Tomball plumbing my family has hot water again. Will definitely call Brent when we have any sort of plumbing issues. Also, If you haven't moved from a tank - do it, and get Tomball Plumbing to install it. Tankless units are incredibly efficient. - Dustin

I submitted an online inquiry this morning, and received a phone call within minutes.  They have already been out, fixed both issues before noon and at a very reasonable price.  I am very impressed with the service I received and will use them again for any future needs.

When you are contacting someone to come out and deal with your pipes/plumbing it isn't going to be a fun experience. In this case even though it was bad news and we knew it was going to cost us money we didn't expect to pay, Loren was so incredibly professional in his handling of our situation. His entire team was extremely professional and quick to get the work done with complete transparency throughout the process. Double checked all the work and made sure that we had a clear understanding of what we were looking at throughout the various times he came out. Would highly recommend him and his team. Amazing company.

I had a small water leak by my water meter and Chris responded very quickly to get this fixed. He was responsive, gave me a fair price and quickly fixed the issue all in the same day. Thanks to him no more ridiculous high water bills. Cannot recommend this guy enough.

5M plumbing is the company my HOA trusts to fix issues that occur in our condominium complex.  We had a disaster of a day last week (the day before Thanksgiving), stemming from a problem created by the first plumbers I called out to fix a problem.  (See my review of how terrible they were - especially their owner - by looking up reviews of Space City Plumbing.)  5M Plumbing came to the rescue and the father and son team definitely knew what they were doing and they saved the day.  They fixed the broken pipe, helped to clean up all of the mess created by the first crew.  I will always call them FIRST in the future. (God willing, we don't have any more plumbing issues like that one again any time soon!)   I have even greater respect for good plumbers and what they must endure in plumbing emergencies.  Carry extra changes of clothes!!!!!

Absolutely five stars. Pricing was fair for a few miscellaneous plumbing jobs we had in our house in Cypress we were renovating. Beyond that, we had a mystery spot in the ceiling where someone obviously had stepped through the sheetrock and no one was claiming. I called Bears and spoke with Eric about who talked to his team who didn't do it. I figured out it was another sub after some detective work, but Eric reached out to us several times offering referrals to his sheetrock guy... always with the spirit of responsibility and good faith that they would take it on as needed and not leave us high and dry. What service. This is rare folks, these guys are very special and I will exclusively refer them out.

We needed a sewer line and old pipes replaced in our older home. Daniel came out and did a free estimate and was able to start right away. He went above and beyond our expectations and was very patient with all of my questions. He also made sure that his work would be protect from some unexpected rain. All of the work passed inspection and we are so grateful to Daniel and his team.
