Called to make sure they worked in buildings over 4 stories...first plumber showed up an hour late only to inform me that they didn't work in 6 story buildings. Erica scheduled my appointment for the next day first thing. Very professional and pleasant.

Got the heads up call about twenty minutes before Rex arrived. He was on time and ready to work. Reviewed all the issues that needed to be addressed, gave me a quote on the spot and proceeded to tackle the job. Installed a new garbage disposal, removed a non-functioning instant water heater, fixed a broken bathroom sink faucet and replaced a dripping tub valve. He was courteous, neat and made sure all worked before he wrapped up.

I highly recommend Wedgeworth Plumbing! Rex made sure everything was cleaned up and I was satisfied with the job. Will use these guys again! Thanks!

Our sink was stopped up in the master bedroom. Isaias Martinez from Acosta Plumping arrived a day early and fix the problem fast. He's was very professional, knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking to him during the job. Great employee! Thank you for your service.

John was the first to respond and make himself available for my emergency plumbing request sent to various businesses via Yelp on a Friday night. I sent him a few pictures of the leak prior to the appointment and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away. He kept up good communication via text message and arrived punctually.

During the job he was honest, professional and thorough, making sure that everything was good to go before leaving. It was pretty clear that he enjoys the work that he does. When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

Extremely professional and accommodating. Turns out one of the two drains in question wasn't actually plugged up (user error, embarrassing!) but Gary was so nice about it. He was able to fix the other drain quickly. Prompt service. Highly recommend!

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

They responded quickly and my issue was resolved the same day.   They know what they're doing and the price is right.   I highly recommend.

We have an older home with tree root issues in the main & get clogs every couple of years . These guys did a great job @ a very reasonable price. They were efficient, thorough & honest . A pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. Will definitely use again & recommend to our neighbors & friends.

Robert and his crew are absolutely fantastic! We had a pipe bust during this icey cold weather and he was able to get to us in less than an hour and quickly fixed the problem. Extremely disappointed with the communication and professionalism from the owner Nathan. I had Texas plumbing come do a remodel project for my house, moved drains and gas pipes. His men did the work, they were great until I started having issues with the city inspection and a gas leak that seemed to be inconvenient for the owner. I called and texted the owner about the gas leak, but he never reached back out to me. I ended up having to pay someone else to fix his work and was left without hot water for two weeks!!!! I would not hire this company again due to the lack of communication, and complete egocentric attitude he has. I was so sad to find the gas leak when in fact this was his job to check after moving gas lines. communicating with the owner on this project, he was demeaning, over talked me and down right awful. If you hire this company as a woman be prepared to be ignored, not spoken to properly and over talked. Don't use them.

One of my parent's water heater had a small leak so I figured that after 16 years, we may need to replace both. I requested a quote from EPW with the specs and Jordan immediately replied with a quote....he was very understanding of my concern of it costing more if he had found more issues and I was on a budget. I appreciate his patience of walking me through the process and he was very nice and professional. They came out the next day to replace both tanks. I will definitely keep them in my phone book for any future business. Thank you!!

They were my life savers this past Saturday! Clogged my Kitchen sink (put too much in garbage disposal ); lucky for me they gave me a 2hour wait time; Alex kept me in the loop in regard to arrival time, which is AWESOME! Very rare to get that kind of feedback. Sebastian showed as confirmed, wearing mask & plastic booties, job took maybe 1hr and I could get back to using my sink. I liked everything about Texas Best Plumbing. The plumber responded to my request for a quote quickly and it was a good price. He came to the house that day, he was courteous and efficient, he did excellent work & the total bill was exactly what he had quoted me!

$480 quote from pictures sent; 30-minute service - main water valve repair. I had to call to schedule an appointment (even after using their chat feature). Guys walked up stating $480 repair without actually looking at the valve.
Also had to call to get a receipt 5 days later. The receipt had no breakdown of parts/services. Just quantity of 1 - $480
Work van said Senior and Vet Discounts... nothing listed on website.
I will shop around next time... my advice is you should do the same.

We had to come and write a review as quickly as we could.  :)  It was such a wonderful experience that we just had....not only is he professional, nice but also very knowledgeable!  it is so hard to know when you call a company if you can trust the people coming out to do the work....We have had other people come to the house to do work on our house, and we were not happy at all...and we were honestly very worried about who we should call to get help with our water heater....and I have to honestly say that Agustin restored our faith in having someone come to our house to do work.....He took his time to explain exactly what was done and how we could take care of the water heater and much much more!!    We highly recommend Agustin at Alliance Plumbing. A company is only as good as the people that make it, and Agustin makes Alliance Plumbing the place to turn to when the need arises

We hired Texas Quality Plumbing to install an undermount sink as our previous granite composite sink was cracked.
Day 1-first person they sent said the new sink would work but it was a 2 man job and he would return another day with an extra person.
Day 2- 2 workers showed up  and attached it to the countertop but said he would have to return another day to hook up all of the pipes under the sink. We agreed on a time a few days later. I called there office to confirm the time of 3:00-5:00 pm.  After he left we saw that he had chipped the granite close to the faucet. I have pictures from when I was looking for a matching sink to prove that it wasn't like this before. He also left a paper towel to catch any water drips around the line that comes from my HVAC system which drains into the sink drain. Needless to say that the water started flowing unto the floor a few hours later.  A good thing we were home.
Day 3- The plumber texted he was on his way at 1:00pm.  I called the office and they apologized for the time mix up. She said your appt. is 3-5 and we will call you 30 min. in advance. At 4:00 they called to tell me the plumber was at my house. It took me 30 min. to get home.
This plumber, not the same as the 1st or 2nd guy, said the sink didn't really fit but he would try to make it work. After 1 1/2 hours he said he would need to come back another day to hook up the drain pipes, he couldn't say when. After I called their office he said he would come at 8 AM tomorrow.
Very frustrated at this point.  SO, we will see if they show up tomorrow.

Paid $7224 to resolve my GFI 's Popping. Next day 2 GFIs popped and wouldn't reset. Called Austin and Houston regional managers. Both promised to resolve issue and review my $7224 invoice. A repairman called to say he was on his was but had no idea why or what the issues were,, i explained.  He came for a few minutes and left. I sent a text Austin manager, no reply. Still haven't heat a word from ANYONE.   Feel like I was conned, work not done properly and no on at Abacus will even call or return a text.  This company will take your money.  That's all they do. The can't diagnos, can't fix,can't repair and won't communicate. Worst  repair  service ever. Beware and don't trust anything they promise. They won't deliver and won't even talk to you once you pay them.
