I had a problem with my kitchen sink and disposal. I called Randy and he squeezed me in last minute. He arrived on time and had my sink up and running within a few minutes. I will definitely reach out to Randy again for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Very slow to reply. He may be a great person but I asked questions about him coming out and he never responded.

Didn't end up with Drain Control as Kim identified that the city can address the clog directly (sewage issue).  Kim showed up when he said he was going to (even earlier and called right before)...  I would call Drain Control in the future with other plumbing issues, for sure.

They came checked my clogged toilet. While they were fixing it, we encountered a bigger problem! There was a leak somewhere that started dropping in my kitchen coz my bathroom is on the third floor. The guys looked at it, determined the problem and Robert the main guy was very understanding in terms of cost. Over all very nice, helpful and affordable! Will call them again if anything... hope not tho lol

Used City and Beyond multiple times for plumbing issues and to install a garbage disposal. This time had clean water backed up in the bathtub.
Geovanny and his team came out on Sunday morning and found the problem came from the air conditioning unit in the attic with a blocked drainage pipe going to the bathtub. They created an access in the closet next to the bathtub so easier to work on the pipes if the need arises. They unclogged the drainage pipe.  Honest and professional. Geovanny explained the problem and took photos of the clogged pipe in the attic (see photo). Highly recommend City and Beyond!

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do...on a line that would be re-routed anyways.... .

I  don't write a ton of reviews but for the exceptionally good or bad.  They were exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable and you can tell they are the  Incredibles when it comes to repiping.   You will not regret choosing them.  I've seen neighbors homes done by others and it was not a good experience.   In addition, I've also seen them work on another neighbors home and saw them in action.   I also got to speak with the neighbor who's home was worked on by EPW, after they were done and left. They had only glowing and positive reviews.  That's how I knew they were the ones I would choose. I did my research and probably got 8-9 different quotes.  I'm a bit neurotic when it comes to contractors and finding the right company.  It's not always about price for me it's about trust, quality, and good experience. They were one of the fastest because they put enough guys on the project to complete it quickly and knock it out. The second day they even had double the crew to replace my mainline and finish the interior. These guys know what they're doing because they do this so often.  They have two crews that only do repipes. They also found a leak from a  a previous plumbing job gone bad. Who uses electrical tape to connect 2 different sized plumbing pipes? They fixed it without charge.  I have no problems recommending them even to my mother in law.  Kidding aside, to any family, friends,  and neighbors. I give my whole hearted endorsement. They cleaned up everyday afterwards and minimized the cutting and dust as much as possible when cutting Sheetrock.

Job was done properly and on time (on weekend, but it was not an emergency, so I could have waited). Plumber showed up 5 minutes earlier that scheduled, made recommendations on how to perform the task the right way. Very nice guy, gave me another end elbow for free, just in case. The business owner contacted me in a few days to follow up, very honest, friendly and customer service oriented guy. Will definitely use them again in the future

This guy was the only one who responded to my Yelp request for water heater repair. The others never responded or said they only work on what they install. Even though the issue hasn't been fixed, I like to acknowledge this guys responsiveness and eagerness to win your business.

I have been a homeowner for all of four months. Three days ago around 11pm the ceiling above my kitchen, where the upstairs bathroom is located, began raining. Water was streaming from the light fixture, down the walls, and from the drywall itself. I was envisioning a huge bill and terse plumbers taking advantage of a new homeowner in crisis.

When I spoke with my warranty company in the morning , they stated that the earliest a plumber could be dispatched was the next day, leaving me without water and power for another full day.

But, Shelby in the JD Precision Plumbing office understood my situation and not only has someone come out that day, they were there by 11am. Keno from JD Precision arrived and quickly and professionally diagnosed the issue, and after telling me what to avoid, assured me I could turn power back on. This was in between his already busy day.

He arranged to come back the next day with the necessary parts and left me much calmer and more knowledgeable about the situation than before. A true professional at work.

The next day Shelby in their office called to check-in and let me know when Keno would be arriving. Keno arrives exactly on time. He quickly fixed the issue with the bathroom plumbing.

While this was a contact through a warranty company, if I have other plumbing issues, I will personally be calling JD Precision. They have earned my trust and my business. I could not have asked for a better experience in a very stressful time from their front desk to their plumbers, this is a quality organization.

Wonderful service and exceptionally knowledgeable plumbers. Kenn helped replace the wax seal under our toilet after it began leaking. Because of a tile issue Kenn took the time to explain all of our options and helped me to make a decision that fit our budget. He also helped with other minor plumbing repairs around the house with a pleasant and professional attitude. We will continue using Alliance for plumbing.

I had a slow draining sink for months before it finally completely clogged. I reached out to several plumbing companies and TQP were the first ones to get back with me and had the lowest estimate. They came and fixed the problem right away! Jake was great and so nice- he made sure to ask if he could check anything else while he was here. My family owns several houses and we are never able to find a good company to work with when issues arise, so I'm really glad I found them!

A/C Repair.  Second time dealing with this firm.  Always charging ripoff prices.  Wanted $18k to replace indoor and outdoor units.  Called second company.  $415 replacement fan for outdoor unit.  Total ripoff Ababcus.  Those people on high commissions.
