Awesome work !! After two previous Plumbing Companies were a no show and one did half of what was really required..... Ogami showed up !! Punctual, Professional and Detailed. Cleaned up after themselves and we're extremely polite and respectful of my home and time. Thanks Ian and Chaz will definitely call them again for all future work and will recommend to everyone !!

Thank goodness for plumbers in this world! Truly - thank goodness! Sent my kid and said kids friend to go shower, next thing I am hearing screams of 'maaaamaaa'! Off I bolt into bathroom where I see panicking faces, one in shower one next toilet - toilet ready to flow forth it's contents, shower collecting water and bubbling forth umm yeah you know what goes down the pipes...

Wait gets better - later on as hubby is investigating - all toilets, all showers and yes the tub as well. OI! Only thing NOT backing up - the sinks.

Needless to say we were recommended by a family member to get in touch with Billy Ogami. Hubby called this morning, and this afternoon we had Chezz at our doorstep. He was very polite, and apologetic about getting to us so late. (I was just happy we had someone at our house) Then he got straight to work figuring our situation.

He got to the access point on the outside of our house, twisted off the cap - and a bunch of junk pored out - sand, water, dark stuff, and some other bits. He just nodded his head and explained to me based on how quickly the pressure was released how we definitely had a problem. He got his snake tool and gen proceeded to spend the next 45 minutes or so, working the snake through the pipes. He definitely found a trouble spot for us, and said the best way to understand what was going on was to scope it, and even gps track it. He didn't have all the equipment on him that time, but would work out as much of the issue as he could and next time it clogged up again to call them back. They would make sure to have the scope with them.

Will call these guys up again in a heartbeat! Thanks Ogami Plumbing for saving the day (and a bit of my sanity)!

Our rental's shower faucet had some issues.the valve handle was stripped and the spigot dripped even when the valves we're closed. Easy fix but I didnt want to mess with the property. The Property management got Ogami to stop by and check it out. The plumber was pretty called ahead and asked if it was a good time to stop by. He came and was pretty courteous. Our apartment shared a main with other units and he checked with each one before he shut everything down. We almost weren't able to do work because a neighbor needed water. I respected and appreciated this. He left but then came back quickly after. Our neighbor had waved him down and said he could work.

He got to work pretty quick. He said it would take about an hour but it was probably more like 30. He was quick! He replaced parts and caulked the valves. Asked us to wait before using the shower. All in all he was pretty friendly but professional in manner and skill.

Very professional and service is excellent. Fixed my problem very quickly and responded even quicker. I recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Well, just two days after writing this review, our entire home's drain system backed up. I had Emergency Plumbing & Solar snake my pipes about a month and a half ago and it was backing up again. Not willing to pay the same prices I paid EP&S the last time, I called my new favorite plumber, Ogami Plumbing. One of their guys stopped by in the late afternoon and started snaking our pipes. After about half an hour, he told us the clog was deeper than he could reach so he called Billy Ogami to switch off with him because Billy had a longer snake.

Billy soon arrived and took over. He worked on the pipes for about an hour and got them cleared. He said he went in about 90 ft, basically to the main lines out under the street so whatever was in there was completely cleared. He said he felt resistance along the way so kept at it to make sure everything was pushed out to the street. Billy did a much more thorough job than EP&S and his cost was half what EP&S charged me.

I live in a 50+ year old hi-rise condo in Honolulu. I had a leaking toilet tank and they replaced the bowl gasket. I also had them replace an old toilet fill valve. They take the time to make sure everything is working properly after fixing. The plumbers are very courteous explaining everything to you. They did a great job cleaning up after the work. The price is very reasonable. I will always call Ogami for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

The plumber couldn't even pull the compact washer machine out to get to the pipes. He asked my mom who is 82 years old to help him.

A great guy, who charges a fair price, Billy Ogami will be our 'go-to' plumber from now on.

$200+ to replace 2 tank gaskets and install a flush valve I provided. 4 months later...gaskets fail and water everywhere. They offered to come try to fix, but I can do it myself and should have just done it in the first place.

Ogami Plumbing was terrific. Our neighbor recommended them and we were very pleased with their availability, punctuality, and workmanship. They efficiently took care of our clogged kitchen drain line. Ian and Brad, their plumbers, were very knowledgeable and able to complete their repair services beyond expectation. We look forward to having them take care of our plumbing needs in the future.

Billy has done work for my properties before through my former property mgr. Met him for the first time yesterday. Asked him to inspect the plumbing for a unit I was buying. He was on time as promised!
While testing a valve he broke off a rusty shut off valve and went to work right away replacing it extremely fast! Such skill! He even had the part in his truck. He took full responsibility and didn't charge me for the cost! What a nice guy!
I chose him because he is a licensed plumbing contractor so he has insurance. That is reassuring because the valve started to leak and could have caused some major damage to the unit and to it's neighbors.
Best of all he charges a fair price, he is extremely nice and he has a great sense of humor too! Cost was lower than what Allen's plumbing quoted me.
I will definitely use him again and again! And btw, this is not a solicited review. I'm just an extremely satisfied customer!

Ogamr Plumbing put in my new water heater, going above and beyond expectations!!! The price was very reasonable too! You can't go wrong using them as your plumbers!

I live in a 40+ year old high rise in Hawaii-kai. Recently, my 40+ year old bath tub became stuck. It would not drain no matter what chemical City Mill sold me. Based on some condo recommendations, I contacted Ogami Plumbing and the very next day two plumbers came and removed and replaced an extremely deteriorated drain access plate and valve. 2hours later, I was taking a shower with draining water. Great service!

It's hard to find a fair and honest licensed plumber anywhere.
There are those that do good work but will charge crazy prices just because they can.
Ogami has always been on time and even been able to accommodate me on a days notice.
In fact, I'll even give them a call for advice on situations.

I called on Friday afternoon and they came to fix my clogged mainline on Saturday morning. Matt worked hard and kept a smile on his face the whole time. Billy and Val repaired my stopped up and broken drain and did a fantastic professional job which was done very efficiently and fast. They are very friendly and easy to talk to.

Highly recommend Ogami! Since we are renters, our landlord always sends Ogami whenever we have plumbing issues, which is maybe once every two years. In the few times that we've needed them, their service has been great! Billy is really good and gets the job done in no time.

The crew was courteous and professional. Any questions were clearly answered and they made sure I understood what was going on. Ogami doesn't advertise; they let the work and word of mouth do it for them. They even came by a few days later to make sure everything worked properly. Some companies advertise a lot--and charge a lot! Unless something untoward happens, we recommend Ogami as a company to give serious consideration.

Ogami came to my place on two different occasions and each time they solved my problem and did a great job. Friendly guys - I don't remember this one guy's name but he didn't give up on my clogged sink (even though it must've been frustrating) and did it with a great attitude!

They give a general time frame when they will arrive and I would stay true to that. They are good with being in contact with you if they are running late.

I hired Ogami Plumbing to replace 2 sets of bathroom faucets, install a new kitchen disposal, and replace a toilet wax seal. Plumber Chezz and his partner were very knowledgable and provided quick courteous high quality service! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

We found out from a big, well-known plumbing company that our drainage was slow because the sewer line needs descaling. They quoted us an outrageous price...said we'll think about it.

A friend recommended Ogami Plumbing. I called them and they quoted a per hour price and thought it was reasonable so we scheduled an appointment. They descaled maybe half way but the blockage was bad so they said jetting needs to be done to remove the scales.

They came back a week and a half later. They had to dig our concrete driveway where the clean out was, modify and process the jetting. They did a great job to clear the sewer line and we still paid less than what we would've paid the other big company for just the descaling.

After having my mother getting ripped off from Roto Rooter, I was hesitant on which plumber to call for work on my house. I was referred to Ogami Plumbing from another plumber I called (they couldn't do my job right away). Luckily for me my job was small and they could squeeze me in between jobs. They were very nice about the entire process gave me an estimated time when they would come, called when they were on their way to let me know. Came to my house and took care of the stuck drain in no time. They were careful to put down rags to ensure the area they were working was clean and cleaned the sink area and ensured the clog was completely free. The person that came to work on my house was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company.

If I could give a 10 Star, I would. I just had Ogami Plumbing to do a lot of plumbing work for me today and they were absolutely WONDERFUL. Not only did they work extremely hard but they were so nice, friendly and professional. Not knowing anything about plumbing, I asked a lot of questions and they responded without hesitation or making me feel as if I didn't know anything which I didn't. I HIGHLY recommend this company - and already have. Hats off to a company that cares about their work and their customers.

So my main sewer drain has always had a blockage since I can remember being at this property. Every year or so, the sewer backs up and we call Roto Rooter to open it with the longest snake they had. So the clog occurred again so this time I tried to call a local plumber.

I called Ogami Plumbing and Billy came out the next morning. He was able to retrieve the blockage (white roots like a birds nest) and really researched with his plumbing camera the pipes and found the problem location.

On another day, his nephew and a worker drilled down to the pipe to find a puncture from an awful looking root. Trees are an amazing force of nature.

So happy Billy continued with this challenge of this new house over an old house plumbing situation.

I'm a multiple repeat customer of Ogami Plumbing. This was an emergency re broken gas hot water heater supply line. Sprung a leak late on a Sunday night. Although they don't work on Sundays, I texted them and they responded promptly by 6:50am Monday morning. Brad and his partner were at my house by 8:40am and finished the repairs in less than an hour. They put in copper supply lines and a new cutoff valve, a vast improvement on the cheaper S/S metal mesh originals. Gave me tips on watching for future problems with the nearly 10 year old gas heater and checked the gas fittings. Their hourly rate is very reasonable. They're responsive, on time and very professional. You will never have to wait all day for them.

I had an appointment with Ogami Plumbing for my clogged kitchen drain at 3:30-4 pm today.
They never showed up and didn't even call me to let me know they were not showing up! For a supposedly 'Mom & Pop' operation, that is not nice at all and a bad way of doing business, especially on a small island where word gets around.

So be forewarned, people-don't call Ogami Plumbing unless you like being stood up and not kept in the loop.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would for Ogami Plumbing!

I called late Friday afternoon because of a leaking ice maker/water dispenser line on my refrigerator... he offered me 2 time slots for the next say, a Saturday! The young man showed up, with a pre-call alerting me to his coming arrival. He was polite, neatly groomed, and efficient. He quickly determined it was parts of the LG refrigerator at fault, not the plumbing/feed line from the wall. He told me how to fix it, which parts to buy, and where, and how to install them. I asked him what his fee was, he said probably no charge, called his boss to advocate on my behalf as a non-issue 5 minute visit, and, shazam, a no-charge professional plumber visit, on time, on a Saturday, and by a gentleman who was a compliment to his company.

We called other plumbing companies for a plumbing issue, didn't receive a call back from some and others gave us a ridiculous quote just to come take look.
Ogami plumbing called back ASAP set up a day and time and was very reasonable.
Brad came out to take care of our issue, he was professional, very courteous, he assessed and solved our plumbing problem quickly.
We would definitely recommend this company.

Bathtub clogged and they came out next day in the AM and unclogged everything so fast and quick, plumber was polite and friendly as well. Definitely would call again!

We have called on Ogami Plumbing multiple times now in the past couple years as we have an older home which has seen its share of problems and upgrades. Bill, Brad and their crew have always been prompt and professional and we have never needed them to come back to fix something a second time. Very fair pricing.

I called last night to get a price to take out bathtub drain,these guys wants to charge me right away $1000 without looking job yet!! WTF..
