Highly recommend pipeline plumbing! We had a pipe clog at 845pm and with a house of 5, we needed it fixed ASAP. We called a couple of places that did 24 hour service and NOT ONE responded, luckily we found pipeline plumbing and Stuart came over within an hour! Amazing customer service. He was quick fixing the issue and gave recommendations that we passed along to our landlord. We ended up having him come back to do the recommendations. I will always refer to this company when in need. Thanks!

Pipeline Plumbing installed 5 valves in my condo today. I was not present, but my husband who contacted Pipeline and was there during the installation was very pleased with the scheduling and installation process.  Stuart was responsive to  my husband's several questions, and even when he couldn't immediately answer a call, he would call back in a timely manner.  Installation was quick and he and his assistant plumber were happy to share their knowledge about common problems and solutions in buildings similar to mine.  He also took the time to discuss different options for a future upgrade to our shower.  Stuart alone answers his own calls and responds to emails between jobs.  He's a very busy contractor and business owner, but he seems to understand and value the customer's experience.  We highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing, and we plan to hire them again for the next job.

Pipe line plumbing is an unlicensed plumbing company providing work to people illegally. We used him for a heater about 5 months ago and the heater stopped working. My tenant tried to call him with no response and not even a call back. I did some research on who the company is and found he is not a licensed contractor. I will be turning you in today and you can expect me to also report you to the BBB.

Save yourself the trouble!!!! Ask him for his license info. He only has a PJ license and the is illegal to do.

Had a bathroom sink that would not flow. Contacted mid Saturday and received a response  within 10 minutes with a guaranteed quote. Could have scheduled for the day of but wasn't available till the next day, so go set up for the following morning. Arrival was on time with updates of ETA. Upon arrival, got straight to work, and was in and out quickly, great conversation as he worked as well. Very satisfied and saving info for next job.

Stewart was great! He was able to come very quickly and went above and beyond finding the problem and discussing everything he had to do and why.
He is very kind, courteous, and professional.
He also took the time to clean up afterwards. I really appreciate him and the service he provided.

We were requested a relocation of hot and cold water for a laundry room the quote came in quickly the work was accomplished in a timely manner. I had a washer drain clogged that needed to be cleared in my condo. From the time I searched and received quotes, I was able to get a confirmed appointment was quick and easy. The technician arrived timely and unclogged the drain.

These guys are really good.  Responded to my request immediately, showed up the next day.  They were a pleasure to have in the house.  Went out of their way to explain and give options, did a really good job very quickly.  Nothing could have been better.

We had a huge plumbing issue. My house flooded due to a water main break in the wall between my home and the townhome nextdoor. We found out it had been leaking from the upstairs bathrooms for a while and all the pipes had to be replaced or fixed from both upstairs bathrooms prior to replacing the pipe in the wall. Pipeline Plumbing Oahu came out immediately and the owner himself fixed everything super quickly, he was extremely professional and easy to work with. He had the leak fixed within a day and my bathrooms ready to use before he left. He fixed the pipe in the wall and even gave me some tips on things I could change to help my utility bills. Highly recommend and definitely knowledgeable. He also was very affordable and honest!!!

We had an unexpected water leak/flood in our laundry room, while washing a load of clothing. We could see evidence of water damage in that room and two adjacent rooms on either side. We contacted our insurance company, and a water damage service was sent out emergently. They identified a hole in the drain hose coming out of our washing machine. Our insurance company requested that we have a plumber come out to perform a Diagnostic, to ensure the exact cause of the leak. We contacted Pipeline, informing them of our situation. They understood that the cause was not likely to be our plumbing and sent out a technician (at no charge) to perform the diagnostic. As expected, they confirmed the leak in the drainage hose, indicating that this was not in their scope of work. Despite that fact, they volunteered to generate the Diagnostic report for me, so that I could submit it to my insurance company, all free of charge. I was floored; I almost wished I could find a plumbing problem, just to give them some of my business. I called them based upon their sterling reviews, and was not disappointed. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future plumbing issues. This company exemplifies the Aloha spirit.

Thank you so much Tanner &' Stewart for coming out in such a short notice, these guys are so professional and easy to have a conversation with. They came in MASKED, one at a time and kept there distance between me and my son the entire time. My pipes in the building was so old that it made it a tough job but not impossible for these two! Stewart was also nice enough to clean up the muck that came out the pipes after he completed his work (Witch I Was Going To Do Afterwards) but he insist. Thank you both for also staying over time just to get the job DONE !  Most definitely recommend using them for your plumbing needs. I'm for sure a satisfied new customer.

I bought an old Honolulu house.... needed a complete repiping supply and drains.  Stuart provided me a written estimate and upcoming window of availability.  I was still closing escrow on the house and he waited. Day after I closed, he was at work.  He delivered everything as promised.  He and his crew were on time... on schedule... clean and thorough.  Couldn't ask for more.    His work and being done on time were critical to my being able to renovate my kitchen.  Pipeline worked hand in hand with my contractor, Hawaii Home Remodel because of course plumbing placements were really important to the remodel.

Did the job, updated me thru out the repair process, cleaned up hauled away at least 10 bags of dirt and cement from the repair.
Never complained about how how difficult the repair would be as far as digging up dirt and breaking cement to get to the problem.
They where friendly and easy to approach if I had a question. Awesome experience with pipeline, never felt like I was being overcharged like in the past by other plumbers. Will continue to use the company anytime time I have a plumbing issue.

Pipeline plumbing Oahu came to my home on schedule and took a look at my leak in my bathroom and gave me a couple of options to take care of my problem
It ended up being a pinhole leak in a copper line behind the toilet. He was fast ,clean ,and easy to talk to

The technician was on time, quick to repair the clogged drain line, and super helpful at explaining what the issue was. Their customer service was impeccable.

Is there a 10 star rating?  What an amazing experience. My shower faucet has been broken for the last month (lucky we have another shower to use).  I was getting quotes from other plumbing companies and it did seem rather expensive.

Tanner from Pipeline Plumbing messaged me back on the same day I requested an estimate on Yelp. We had a few back and forth messages and he offered to come out the next day (today) to see what the issue was and to give an estimate.

Tanner (amazing guy) came to my house as scheduled today. He wore a mask and was very professional. He took a look at the problem and he said he would be able ti fix it. I asked him what he would charge and he quoted me the best price out of all the quotes I got on Yelp (I had 4 other companies send me estimates as
well). I said DEAL!!  

I had an extra part that I asked if Tanner would be able to use. He said he wasn't sure because the broken part was covered up by some of the metal parts of the faucet. He said best case scenario- can, worst case- he would need to go back to the shop (all the way in Pearl City -from Wailupe) to get the correct part. I apologized and he said not to worry. He made me feel at ease.

my luck would have it- the part I had was not the correct one. Tanner left to get the correct part.

Tanner came back to my house in record time-  the reason is he went to City Mill to get the part. Smart buggah too!!  He was so stoked they had the part.

I asked him if I could watch him to learn a little about plumbing. He was very ok with it-  In fact, he began to teach me as he was going-  pointing out some very key information -  things that I would not even think of-  His knowledge of plumbing was on display for sure!  

Tanner did his thing and was able to get the job done quickly. There were a couple of times he needed to use some muscle to get the broken parts off. Braddah was sweating-  mahalo for that Tanner!!!  

In a blink of an eye the job was done!!  

All in all a great experience. Thank you Pipeline Plumbing!  Definitely recommend them for any project large or small!!

I had a great experience. Had a water heater leak at a rental and they went out and checked it out and sent pics. Kept me updated and made it easy to do everything remotely. They ended up replacing it and I was happy with the result.
Will definitely use them again.

Tanner and Stuart did a nice job replacing our master toilet with a nice looking Toto unit.  They also helped us with our water heater settings and ran a camera down our toilet drain to make sure it's clear.  Our toilet seems to be working great and hasn't exploded yet, so until it does, they have my recommendation.

they were very quick to respond when our house flooded from a puncture from the line to our dishwasher. they quickly patched it up and it works fine now :) unfortunately our wood floors were damaged since it was actually leaking slowly for a couple of months until the hole was big enough to flood our house. Stuart and his buddy were also very friendly and knowledgeable. i would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs :)

Stuart from Pipeline is really a blessing and is my go to plumber! I was so happy that I found him. He does everything from new contruction, remodels, fixture installs and even leak detection. I know he provides other services as well, he can do everything. He helped me do a contruction project for my whole bathroom and I was really pleased with the result. He installed a new drain for my shower, ran all new pipes and water shut offs, installed my toilet, vanity and fixtures. He also installed a brand new water heater. He is honest and cares about the quality of his work. He would often advise me on brands to buy for plumbing products and coached me through the whole process so I could get best use of my money during the remodel. The quality of his work is excellent and worth the money I paid. A family member of mine who is also a plumber visited me and saw Stuarts work and commented on it saying its a top job. I find him to be professional and efficient. He is also a young local guy who is just starting his business and I felt really good about supporting him. I 100% recommend Pipeline. We are a relatively small condo (40 units) and have had Pipeline Pllumbing perform numerous projects for us, including a vertical stack cleaning of the pipes as well unit to unit inspections for high risk components.  Stuart and his crew are highly professional and thorough in their work.  Many residents commented on how knowledgeable they were.  We were given an amazing price per unit for this service and compared to a company we used previously, it was less than half of what they charged.  I am extremely pleased with the work PP has done for us.  Stuart is easy to communicate with and always responds to our needs.

Efficient and friendly service! I called at 1pm to reset two of our toilets, they came that same day. James was awesome, he even cleaned our toilets and the areas that were affected prior to his arrival! Will definitely work with them again! Aloha

Had a great experience with Pipeline Plumbing Oahu (PPO).  Needed to have two hose bibs, the pressure regulator valve, and the water shutoff valve next to the house replaced.  Used the Yelp feature to locate contractors.  Stuart had the best response time compared to the other contractors.  Replied to the original request within a few hours, and would usually respond to any questions or comments within minutes.  Only one time when he replied outside of a 2 hour window, and I asked him several questions ( greater than 6).  The rate he charged was in the middle of the pack, not the highest but also not the lowest.  Also provided his license number upon request prior to agreeing to do any work; I like to verify the license before I do business with anyone.  I mention this because one of the other contractors refused to give me his license number unless I agreed to work with him; I found this odd.  Stuart and his team showed up on time and completed work in less than 3 hours.  Professional and answered all the questions I had.  Completed the work and adjusted water pressure to what I desired, verifying no leaks at any of the locations worked.

Stuart and his Pipeline Plumbing Company are just simply awesome.  My bathroom had a nasty funk.  Toilet totally clean (no nasty ring) and really shiny but couldn't figure out why it smelled like sewer (blah).  

Anyway, it was explained that toilet basically needed a reset.  Stuart kept me up to date with the ETA of technician.  James (technician) was very professional and did a great job of replacing the  wax ring and regrouting around the toilet.  Thank you for the great job guys.  Totally recommend!

I usually don't write reviews as I don't typically use this app to find services but I had to following the amazing work provided from Pipeline Plumbing Oahu. The repair was a simple wax ring replacement for my downstairs toilet as I noticed water leaking from the bottom. The simple repair turned out to not be as simple as their technician Tanner notified me that the toilet flange was low because of the tile flooring. He then proceeded to cut and chip the tile to make room and added spacers. Once everything was situated and closed up he left the surrounding area and toilet honestly cleaner than when he got there.
Definitely recommend giving Pipeline Plumbing Oahu a call for any of your plumbing needs due to their professional and straight forward service provided.

Great service! The plumber scheduled quickly to come fixed the water leaked on my toilet, and he's very professional to explain to me what caused leaking. Price is fair and transparent. Definitely recommended!

Needed a toilet replaced. Stuart was very timely with responding to my Yelp request and coming over for a free estimate. Prices were clear and transparent. Scheduling was fast, and Stuart & Tanner showed up within the scheduled time window and got the job done. I like the Japanese Toto toilet they installed.

The main water shut off valve for my house was corroded and in need of repair. I contacted a few companies, and Pipeline, Plumbing Oahu was one of the first to answer. They were able to send a technician to my home within a few hours to evaluate the situation. The plumber, James, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He was patient as I explained the issue and ensured I had a thorough understanding of what needed to be done. The finished product was worked well, was tested with me present, and all rubbish was removed when the work was completed (the mark of a true professional for me). The price is very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

Had a problem with our shower. It was almost like one video game. It went very hot or very cold. You had to play with the handle constantly to get it somewhere in the middle where it was warm. It was at that time you had to try chance it and wash the parts quick. Within a minute, you would scream from McDonald's lawsuit coffee burns or you would cover up from frozen shrinkage shame. After one year of this, we figure it made sense to get this fixed.

We reached out to a handful of companies through Yelp. A lot of them responded back with what felt like a blind estimate. We didn't give much details, but they said they could fix it for $1k or more! Crazy!

Pipeline plumbing responded quickly with a recommendation that they come over for to provide a free estimate. They even made arrangements to come after our work hours.

With peoples schedules and spending is tight, this sounded tops!

Met Stewart (who is also the owner) and the appointed time. He took a good look at our setup and gave us his recommendation along with a price. The price beat the competition hands down! He explained what and why each thing needed to be done. It was obvious he wasn't the typical plumber that gives you the full moon flash while he tries to fix something.

He also looked at the most cost effective way to fixing the problem. During the time he worked on our problem, I took some time to talk story with him. He talked proudly of his co-workers and their many strengths and personalities. Made you want to meet them. He also talked about the challenges of running a business. He probably shared more than he should have, but it was refreshing to hear someone who took pride in the work that he did. This is the kind of person who won't install an $20 Alibaba shower head that claims to de-age your skin because he doesn't know the brand and wouldn't want something like this break. He would recommend something that he trusts would work or not do the work at all.

After the installation, I looked over the work and made like I had plumbing skills and gave my approval. Bottom line was that everything was fixed with no extra holes or streams of water coming anywhere. This man does quality work. Seriously!

This is probably the longest I ever wrote a review (which was probably why I brought up chicken katsu). If you need a plumber, call these folks up for a free estimate. You can tell them Matt sent you, but they not gonna know who that is since I only met the owner. Regardless, they will take good care of you.

I needed to replaced my toilet and kitchen faucet.  They are quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.  They will get all of my future business.

Called them by phone after reading all the good reviews. I called and left a message mentioning  our water temperature problem and requesting a call back. Never got a call back. Don't know if it's too small a job for them or what the reason is... guess I'll never know

Stuart and James are amazing! They were efficient and clean, located and fixed our emergency leak in a timely manner, and gave a true same-day response time. Our house had a lot of plumbing work done by several companies. It's hard to find honest and quality work. We've been scammed (too many times) by the large local corporate plumbing companies around Oahu.

If you're looking for a local company that genuinely cares about their work and reputation in this community, you should use Pipeline Plumbing. Their prices are reasonable and candid in this niche industry. We'll be using them for all our future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this company for any issues in plumbing. From the very start we let them know what the issues were that were brought up in our home inspection and after review he was completely honest saying the work didn't have to be done so he wasn't going to charge me for anything. Honesty is key. Both Stuart and Tanner were professional and respectful. Any plumbing issues that may arise in the future, I will definitely be getting ahold of this business!!

Great company! My old shower drains were so clogged at my Alewa house. I called Pipeline Plumbing late on a Saturday night, the owner Stuart answered and was very polite. He arrived a couple hours later dressed professionally and had my pipes cleared in no time! He also educated me about pipes and drains and how to best take care of them. Thanks Pipeline!!!

Kristian and his assistants from Pipeline Plumbing were a subcontractor on a bathroom renovation.  They did a great job.  Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.  Came on-time, very friendly, always left the house clean, came on Sunday after they got behind schedule because a part was back ordered (entirely NOT their fault), and stayed late to finish up.  Excellent in all respects.

Requested unclog toilet. He just snapped no not now and hung up on me. Not recommended just based on his rudeness.
