These guys are awesome.  They came to our house the same day we called and fixed a pipe with a major clog (pipe was blocked over 30 feet down).  Friendly technician provided us good updates as he troubleshot the problem.  We previously used a different plumbing company for a similar issue and the bill from Furuta was significantly less- Furuta didn't nickle and dime us with any hidden fees.  Straightforward, friendly, and quality service.  I highly recommend.

Solid company and crew.  Dayne is very knowledgeable and gives fare estimates without over selling or giving you the run around.  His staff is also very knowledgeable, friendly and know how to work efficiently (pretty hard to find nowadays).  

I've used them a few times for work and have never had to make a call back.
My last call was for a clogged drain line that services our steam boilers.  They used their Hydrojet to break up all the scale build up.  Wayyyyy easier than trying to manually snake the lines.  They also used a scope to check their work before and after to see where the build ups were.

The company vehicles are very clean and without any oil leaks.  I'm throwing that out there because the last thing you want is a black slick spot in your driveway or loading zone haha.

My 20 yr old water heater recently started to leak. So I was recommended by a friend to call Furuta plumbing. Elsa was very responsive with a quote and a reasonable time for repairs to be made. Dayton ( technician) showed up promptly on scheduled time and removed, replaced and cleaned up area. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend using this company again.

We had a water leak at home and had no idea where it was coming from (best guess, somewhere under the concrete foundation slab).  Kaleo came out to investigate: very professional and methodical in narrowing down the probable location of the leak.  He explained step by step what he intended to do and the various scenarios that might be possible in trying to find the leak. Fortunately, Kaleo's initial hunch was correct and he was able to identify the pipe that was leaking.  After capping  off that pipe, the problem was resolved.  I cannot say enough about the professionalism that Kaleo showed throughout the day in going about his job and keeping up informed throughout the day.

Updating my previous review. Furuta  plumbing reached out to me to fix my issue with my toilet. They came earlier than scheduled and fixed my problem. They did not charge me again and I'm glad they reached out to me even though it took awhile. They were very professional and friendly. I would recommend and I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've experienced in any industry. STAY FAR AWAY!
We decided to reach out to multiple plumbers to get our shower fixed. Furuta was recommended because of some emergency work they did in the past.
I was pleased to see an online form on their website saying they would respond within 24-48 hours. Great! However, 72 hours later and no response.
I decided to call and the most lethargic person answered the phone asking for some pictures to be uploaded. Alright, not everyone is a morning person. Emailed the pictures and didn't get a response for an hour, so I texted them and got a call right back from someone else.
The second person asked a lot of good questions, but once I mentioned we were shopping around, they shut down completely and lost all interest in the job. They said they would email me an estimate, and no surprise, the email never came.
It's been a week and I've given up all hope in this business. Perhaps they do some good emergency work, and I hope they do, because dealing with customers that have options is clearly not something they are interested in. Good thing we have a list of alternatives, because Furuta Plumbing is absolutely the bottom of the barrel.

Normally I don't post a review for about a year after a job has been completed, but in this case I can't thank Furuda Plumbing enough. Kai got here when they said he would and quickly found the problem. Thank goodness it's an easy fix. Looking forward to working with them on a bathroom renovation. I will also recommend them to anyone that needs a plummer.

We've used Furuta twice now - once to fix this terrible leak in our kitchen and once to replace our toilet. Yeah, when things go wrong they REALLY go wrong!

These guys are punctual, super professional, and so fast! They had to organize a sub for the drywall in the bathroom but that guy came and got things done quickly too! They communicate well and to top it all off, their prices are competitive! Can't beat it!

We tried to get a competitor's quote on the same kitchen job and that guy never even showed up or called, just to give you an idea of what's out there. So we are very grateful for the awesome customer service and skilled workmanship at Furuta. We will definitely call them back!

Furuta Plumbing was unable to provide a better, less invasive, cheaper option than another plumber. Our bathroom had a tub and shower valve that got stuck open due to age and corrosion.

Furuta wanted to replace the entire valve by cutting a hole in the other side of the wall, from a bedroom, to gain access to replacing the entire valve. I cancelled and sought an alternative.

Another plumber was able to replace a small part in the valve, a universal cartridge, which only necessitated a new tub/shower handle fixture.

The other more knowledgeable plumber was hundreds and hundreds of dollars cheaper, and they didn't have to cut a hole in my wall, which would have cost hundreds more to repair.

Our tenant called and said water was leaking in the downstairs bathroom again. I had previously checked but couldn't find the leak. Our property manager recommended Dayne at Furuta Plumbing and I gave him a call. His crew got to the apartment fast and after some keen detective work, they determined that the drain blockage was out in the main line and not in the apartment. Using a long snake they were able to clear the line and solve the backup problem. The tenant was grateful for the fast service and I appreciated Dayne's fast response and competitive pricing.  Definitely my go-to crew for plumbing service in the future.

I really appreciated the professionalism I received from the tech Cody. He gave me a lot of at home DIY repair ideas. He was very patient with all of my questions and completed the job effortlessly.

Furuta was recommended by an employee at my condo because they do a lot of work there and are very knowledgeable about our plumbing.  I called them and was happy that they would be at the building that same day and could add me to the schedule.  They showed up to snake the clogged drain in the bathtub. (Almost $300 flat fee with tax). Great.  Until maintenance showed up and said the water was running into the condo below mine.  I was devastated to know that this couldn't be fixed by the plumber on site and would require another call to return the next day for a Leak investigation. ($250 flat fee plus tax). The next day they were running late and had to cancel, so it was rescheduled for first thing in the morning, (Friday).  I asked several times Okay so when you find the leak, you'll fix it? and was assured that when they found the leak they'd quote me a price and if I agreed on the price, they would fix the problem.  I WAS NOT told that the quote wouldn't be given on site but would have to come in the form of a proposal from the office, and would require ANOTHER appointment for service.  Now remember that the shower and kitchen in my condo are unusable because the water runs into my neighbors.  So I wait.  And wait. I called them on Tuesday and was told to wait some more.  It's now over a week later and I still haven't heard back from them. Apparently they're chiseling my quote into a stone tablet and sending it to me by Pony Express.  If you have a leak that you want FIXED, you should call someone else.  But if you are just curious and you have an extra $250. that you need to get rid of you can get a leak investigation with Furuta.
The people on the phone and the two techs who came out were wonderful.  The problem is that the company isn't run to FIX problems, it's a never ending parade and the weak link is in getting a proposal for the job instead of actually doing the job.

Overpriced!!! They charged me $293 for less than 30 minutes of service. Plumber came and removed a hair ball from my showers p-trap. From the time the plumber arrived to taking out the hair ball, it really took the plumber less than 10 minutes. The plumber did an excellent job of unclogging the shower drain, I disliked how much they charged for their service and wasn't provided any estimate before they started. I felt like I got robbed and would not recommend their company because they do not price reasonably. They take advantage of providing a service that is more of a NEED vs want and charge ridiculously high knowing the customers have to pay since the service was already performed. I also found out the tool they used only costs $40...

Did several repairs for me and also created hot water line outside of the house.   Hot water Works great for bathing my dogs and cleaning the dog run.    Indoor repairs included bar sink and replacement of 3 fixtures and 2 sinks.   Super happy with the work.  Fast, efficient and would recommend.  Not sure about pricing as I have not done comparisons.  But would use them again.

I called Furuta Plumbing because I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom. Dayne promptly returned my call and scheduled a repair appointment with Kai. He showed up on time and was excellent at finding the problem and fixing the leak. My client had a valve leak with her Manabloc plumbing system and Furuta Plumbing was recommend by the on-site manager.  They came out quick to provide and estimate and ordered the part from the mainland which came in 2 weeks.  The installation was completed the same day with no concerns.

My parents had a clogged toilet and shower tub.  No amount of plunging or liquid plumber was working. Looked on yelp and called a bunch of plumbers. I either got no answers (even with the companys with great reviews) or no call backs. Finally the ONLY one to call back and was able to come right away was Furuta Plumbing. Even their prices was super reasonable! They were able to fix my parents clogged drain and was even able to fix their toilet that has been making sounds for awhile just for an extra charge. Super happy they were able to help my parents on a short notice. Will be our go-to for all our plumbing needs from now on. Super recommended!

Showed up a 730 fixed my leaking toilet, Kai was very nice and polite this is the second time l called for emergency repairs . I'm very satisfied with the work done.

Yesterday we had Max from Furuta Plumbing search for the location of a water leak from our second floor to our first floor.  Max worked diligently and quickly and found the source of the leak.  He replaced needed parts to our water system and tested/retested until he was satisfied there was no longer a leak and no future leaks would be a problem.  Max was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable in his plumbing craft.  We will look to Furuta Plumbing for our future plumbing needs as the cost for repairs was very reasonable.

Short: CALL THEM NOW, YOU WON'T REGRET IT! Awesome service and amazinggg customer service. Price was what I expected, you get what you pay for. This is the company I'll be using from here on out.

My toilet has been absolutely killing me for the past two months. It has a loud screeching noise that can go on for days without end, and it gives everyone in the house a migraine. Being the busy bodies we all are, we kept putting it off because no one wanted to stay home to wait for the plumber. Luckily for me, I found myself working from home for a couple days and decided, why not? I looked up Furuta Plumbing online because they've done a lot of work for my job and I've only heard good things. I submitted an online inquiry and basically told them I have no idea what's going on, so I need help SOS. Within minutes I got a response. Both Jamie and Kai were absolute saints when it came to explaining what was going to happen next. They told me that they could send someone out to diagnose the concern and quote me on the cost of services. Then if I agreed to the quote, the work could be done, right then and there. And if I didn't agree, I would only pay a $50 diagnostic fee, which I thought was reasonable, considering they are having someone drive all the way out here. They got me in for an appointment first thing the next morning, TALK ABOUT QUICK AND SPEEDY SERVICE!

The morning of my appointment, both Kai and Jamie worked together to give me a heads up and ETA on the technician, it felt like I was getting royal service, and I loved every. single. minute. of. it. Cody called once he was outside, and introduced himself upon arrival. I especially liked that he didn't come in with all his tools before he knew what the issue was. Instead, he built some rapport, talked to my mother-in-law about her car, even talked to me about paintball, and THEN did his work. I could tell this guy liked his job and liked people. Cody had to run to the shop to get a part that he didn't carry in his truck, but when he came back, he made sure to show me that it was a good one and not one of those cheapy pieces. GOLD STAR!! On top of that, he always asked permission or let us know when he was coming or leaving the home, very well-mannered. I'm glad we got sent Cody, he definitely was the right man for the job.

10/10 would recommend Cody, Jamie, Kai, and the entire Furuta Plumbing clan.
