Follow up and customer service is atrocious.
First they call you delusional/liar, and say you must have had a conversation with a different plumber, and that you asked for what they normally charge, not what they're charging you, cause you approved this.
Which is news to me...cause I can't think of a single sane person who would care what you charge the other guys, only what they'd be charging them. Not to mention, if I spoke to another plumber, then why am I paying them, I should be paying the other plumber...
Never, ever...
