Best Electricians in Seattle, WA
Maybe we were just a fluke or maybe these reviews are written by employees(!), I don't know, but Exact has no sense of time and piss poor communication. Scheduled a couple different appointments, Zach blew off the first, was 45min late for the second. They were supposed to start work one day, didn't start till the next, thus holding up other trades. Held off installing key circuits for a heat pump so mechanical contractors could not finish and WE WERE FORCED TO GO WITHOUT HEAT. All when a little communication and planning from Exact would have changed everything. Inexcusable for a professional contractor. Electricians are a dime a dozen these days, there is no reason to spend your money with these people when there are so many qualified and service oriented companies.
TL;DR, Fuck Exact Electric.

I just had the service panel replaced in my house and Brendan did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the results and it's great to have a shiny new panel to replace my old obsolete panel. Brendan was great to work with through the entire process from estimate to completion and I had confidence that he knew exactly what needed to be done and the work was done in the best manner possible.
I had a few different estimates for the job, and some were cheaper, but I didn't get a good feeling with some of the others that they knew what they were doing or that they knew the electrical code very well. Phase II was the only company that understood and explained what needed to be done from the beginning and gave details of the planned work in the estimate so there was no question about what I was getting. It was money well spent.

Fist time they came and installed my electric car charger. All great. I thought Slava did a great job with that and was very helpful. We were planning to move so I called to remove the charger and put it in a new location. We scheduled an appointment, and it was no-show. I called twice, phone goes into voicemail right away. No feedback, nothing. I was disappointed at the service. Good work, but unreliable.

If you are looking for knowledgeable, efficient and reliable electricians you need look no further, Parker Brothers is your answer! This company went out of their way to be helpful and complete the job quickly. If and when I need electrical work in the future, this is the company I will contact. Definitely 5 stars!

We needed 70 feet of mostly below ground wiring for a hot tub. Price was fair, job professionally done and cleanup after was spotless. EZ will be my go to company for electrical work for now on. Wish we had known about them years ago.

The first time Brett was to come out to look at some electrical problems in my condo I missed our appointment. Being a small business owner myself, I was ashamed to have wasted his time. But Brett came out again (today) and from the very start was affable and professional. Within moments of assessing the work to be done, Brett involved me in the decision making, first educating me respectfully--without exploiting the technical verbiage of his industry, but instead teaching me the fundamentals. He very quickly and expertly found the source of each electrical problem, and provided me options with both short and long term costs likely involved. I felt he was as concerned about the aesthetics of the project, the required maintenance over the years, and my financial bottom line as he would have been if this had been his own home. He won my trust.
But as I sat and worked as Brett completed his work, I noticed him replacing old, worn components that needed updating without even asking me. At one circuit, the fault was my own. I'd never checked that the new bulb that failed to work in the ceiling outlet was simply broken. Brett caught this, replaced the bulb without any oblique criticism, instead professionally suggesting in the future I test newly purchased bulbs in other outlets to be sure the problem is a given outlet instead of the bulb. I was shocked when I looked over the bill to find he hadn't charged for any of the additional work he'd done--work that made the quality of my life significantly better. I'd always been trepidatious about service professionals entering my home, but Brett from the beginning when he volunteered to remove his work boots, to the last thing he did in my home--sweeping up stray fragments from his work--treated my home with dignity.
123 Electric Service's owner, Brett Leber, represents a sadly rare business model--providing expert service above and beyond expectations with infectious affability and a sincere interest in the customer's best interests--all delivered effectively with a goal of empowering customers with pertinent knowledge yet without any hyper-technical industry jargon. The peace of mind of knowing the job has been done eminently competently, together with Brett's signature copious professionalism, have made 123 Electric Service our new go-to company for heating, air conditioning, and other household electrical work.

Being new to WA, I wasn't familiar with any electricial specialists. I'm so happy I called Polarity Electric to help me with my electrical issues! They returned my phone call the same day and scheduled an appointment at my convenience. Tony arrived on time and had everything he needed in his work van. He repaired the ceiling fan which wasn't working correctly and also helped me with a few dimmer switches which were not working at all. The outlets in my townhouse were so outdated, he switched those all out for me too. Tony was very knowledgeable and he also worked quickly and efficiently which I was grateful for as I had another appointment later that same day. Highly recommend Polarity to anyone needing electric work!!

Dave and his team did a great job re-wiring old knob and tube in my turn of the century West Seattle home. Great communication throughout, super mindful of cleaning up after themselves, and were able to get the job done ahead of schedule! Good advice about possible future projects as well. I highly recommend!

Justin and Betty are excellent, but he is very timely and getting back to you schedule your appointment answering any questions. Justin is definitely a pro electrician and does a fantastic job, answers any questions onsite, his work is outstanding and the area is always clean & left in order. He did a wonderful job wiring our hot tub. I highly recommend Panel Pros for your next electrical needs.

Very knowledgeable, timely, and assisted with the permitting process to help facilitate the project. Even before I had contracted them, they were helpful with decisions that needed to be made. When the project was scheduled, they arrived on time and completed the project. Completed within schedule and within estimate. That's all one needs. The project was located on Bainbridge Island, have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Jared helped me out with a complex switch issue that I couldn't figure out myself. He was easy to schedule with and straightforward to work with while here.

i want to give a special thanks to Nick Kemper. I talked with their residential manager, Nick Kemper and they gave me a very reasonable and fair price for installation. They actually even saved me money by hardwiring our chargepoint (refer to photos). Also the installation of such things is tax exempt (photo shows tax, but they will remove that once they fill and submit the paperwork for tax exempt from wa state). They don't charge card fees as well, so if you are collecting points, might as well pay with your card. The total came to 1k on my end (that was parts-labor-permit!), with them running wire from my box to the otherside of the garage. If anyone is in the area wanting to get a wall connector installed, please do check them out. Service was amazing and great. I actually will be having them be part of the bidding process when my house goes through remodeling later on this year.
Once everything was finished, Skyline crew cleaned up and I had our friend of the family drive their Model X and get it charged. they were surprised at the charge rate holding steady compared to what they have (refer to photo, 38mi consistent).

Have used them twice and both times, service and quality of work have been great. At the second appt, there was a slight delay in apt time, but I was contacted and schedule fix handled courteously. Needed installation of recessed lighting and asked on-site for an addition of an outlet. All installed professionally and with care, clean up, and respect for surroundings (e.g. floor covering). Our electrician Steve even did some minor patch work of a small drywall opening due to having to work around a ceiling joist. The one aspect that wasn't agreeable was that I was charged for the full hour, so any time over translated into an hour billed - I was billed for 2 hours of work for 2 outlet installs though the installs didn't take 2 hours. All in all, great experience and would recommend.

This was a competent and reliable company under Chris Hill's ownership. I was completely satisfied with the electricians that he sent to my home to perform a variety of jobs. He no longer owns the company. When I called recently to arrange for repair or replacement of an attic ventilator, I accepted an appointment two weeks out. We agreed that the electrician would bring a replacement ventilator due to the age of the one that is no longer working. I called the morning before the appointment to confirm it. Then later in the day I listened to a voice mail from the new owner informing me that he could not obtain the ventilator. He had not ordered it during the two weeks I was waiting and had not even ordered it by the time I called to reconfirm the appointment. I called twice after that and he never returned my calls. I am now out looking for a new electrician. This is no longer the reliable company it once was. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Cecil, Denzel, Isiah and Austin did a totally awesome job getting our house up to modern standards. They were fairly priced and worked hard to make a ton of electrical updates to our 1908 home. They were able to adjust their schedules to accommodate our ever expanding scope of the project. They installed recessed lights throughout plaster ceilings , gfi plugs, ceiling fans, ev charger plugs, bathroom ventilation fans, vanity lights, led panel lights for our basement, dishwasher plugs, washer and dryer plugs. Super job all around and they are awesome people.
