POP Electric came through for us twice in a week. We needed an electrician ASAP, we recently moved into a new home in Seattle and had to get some wire replaced due to rodent damage. Darren was amazingly accommodating to fit us into their busy schedule, as he knew the repairs would give us peace of mind moving into the new home with our 15 month old daughter.
The electrician (Tim) was awesome, super friendly, explained what he was doing, and found additional damaged wire in addition to what was found in our home inspection report. I was super impressed with their efficiency, punctuality and overall customer service.
After Tim completed all the wire repairs and had left for the day, I found another issue which i wish i would have seen when he was still at our house, I identified a damaged dimmer switch in our daughter's bedroom, which appears to have previously overheated, causing melting of the switch case, damaging all the insulation of the wires, which posed a fire hazard. We switched off the breaker, and that evening I emailed Darren letting him know what we had found. First thing the next day, i got a call from Darren letting me know he was trying to make room in the schedule, which he did and Tim came back the next day and re-wired our daughter's bedroom so we can all sleep safely.
I can't say enough nice things about my experience with this company, Darren and Tim are stand-up people and they solidified me as a returning customer and advocate for them.
Kudos POP Electric, you've managed to stand out and show there are still companies out there that care at a personal level about their customers.
