Austech Electric Electrician
Ian just completed a big project to repower our boat dock.  It had a variety of moving parts and took lots of planning.  We are really happy with the work and he is a pleasure to work with.  Ian has also worked on upgrades to our house interior and the work is always excellent.

Boyer Electric Company Electrician
Great experience all around.  The staff on the phone were friendly and efficeint and the tech was great.  Job site was my condo. They worked with me in that I did some research and bought my own devices and then they installed.  Time estimated / price were as expected if not a little less.  They replaced 2 baseboard heaters, a bathroom fan, and some minor 3-way switch issue.  The bathroom fan included cutting the drywall to fit the new / larger fan uint i bought.  The tech was cooperative in that when he pulled one of the old heaters off, it revealed some ancient wallpaper and he was ok to pause work start working on the 2nd heater while I quickly scraped the wallpaper off /  a little wall putty before he installed the new heater.  I like contractors who feel more like parnters.

Custom Electrical Services Electrician
We live in a 9 unit courtyard that has exterior lights outside our garage doors, down a hallway to an alley, and off the garages into the alley.  None of these have been working for some time now.  Billie came out and made an estimate and then came back and did the work much more quickly that I had anticipated.  His bid was on target, he stayed in touch with me (called when he was going to be 30 minutes late!--who does that?!) and replaced all of our lights with LED and photo cells so they automatically work when it gets dark.  I am delighted!  And will use them again.  Donna

MAD Energy NW Electrician
TLDR/ Service: Excellent, Work Quality: Superb, Price: Comparable, Verdict: Call Them Now!  Mike Dalton, the owner and master electrician of MAD Energy NW is a real gem. He efficiently diagnosed my various electrical issues and gave me a fair quote for the copious amount of work my 1970's condo needed to be brought into this century. With an attention to detail you don't see often in construction and a level of customer service that astounded me, he blew my expectations out of the water and has made my home look and feel like a whole new place. He walked me through lighting choices, and even gave me the opportunity to provide my own fixtures, if I wanted to. I will call him again for any future electrical needs and I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so in the future. If you are looking for a quality electrician who will do a job that will stand the test of time, look no further, Mike and MAD Energy should be your first, and only call. Don't take my word for it, call him now.

All Wire Electric Electrician
I booked these guys based on a Google search for a simple 120V outlet install. A two man team showed up and got the job done in 1 hour. I was very please with the level of service and the communications I had with the office staff. They even stayed to help me level out my stove!!!  All around good local company with great service!  I will definitely use them again.

Fountain Light Electric Electrician
Daulot rewired our two main floor bedrooms and did a fantastic job. He was very concientious and left almost no holes in our plaster ceilings and walls. He has that old fashioned work ethic and is very pleasant. He does the work himself and unlike most other companies doesn't send someone unknown into your house to the do the work. I highly recommend him.

Allred - Heating Cooling Air Quality Electrician
Back story: I bought my first house last March. It was a short sale and had been unoccupied for over 2 years. I knew moving in the furnace was from 1979 (older than me) and needed a tune-up. I found Allred because they had the best groupon. Well I'm pretty sure at the time it was Matt who came out and thoroughly inspected it, cleaned the filters, cleaned the burners, and checked everything. He was on time, courteous, answered all my questions, gave me his opinion on the furnace, a general quote for a new furnace which I wanted to know, and showed me all the components so I knew what was going on. I was very happy.

Fast forward to January 2014: woke up on the 6th at 4am because the smoke alarm went off. Couldn't find a fire but the house was only 60 and the furnace had shut down. I was freaked out. That night I checked it out, had two neighbors look at it, and then I called Allred. It was 10pm and Matt picked up the phone from home. I felt bad but he told me it was okay and walked me through everything to check. Turns out the limit switch broke. Went out the next day to buy one and installed it myself. Well the furnace started smelling like something burning but no smoke. So I called Matt again and he came out the next day to check it out. He looked at the wiring, the fan, the burners, all of it and couldn't figure out the burning smell. Furnace worked fine. Well, a month later it really died. It would try and try to work but nothing was doing what it needed to and finally it stopped all together. I knew it was time.

After the limit switch went out I called Allred, Costco, and a couple others for quotes on a new Furnace in case I needed to replace it. I even looked at a Groupon. After comparing reviews, rates, models, and brands, Allred led the pack. Wherever I looked they had stellar reviews. Maybe not as many as others but the ones they had were well written and not just a 5 star with they rock as the review. Their scores are real people. Well after it finally died I called Allred and ended up replacing my 70% efficient furnace from 1979 with a 95% Gold XI which included the 2nd gen. Nest thermostat. Their quote was $1500 less than Costco and $500 less than the groupon after a quote for the higher efficient model.

Guess who installed it? Matt of course. I called on a Friday. Since by now we had a couple space heaters I wanted it replaced soon but wasn't expecting it on the weekend. Matt told me Monday morning he would be there. 8:45 Matt was at my door ready to start. He worked on it almost all day and also had Dave come out (really funny and nice guy. He's cool). Together it took them 10 hours but as soon as they had it ready we turned it on. Worked like a charm!!! They were amazing!!! I've called Allred day, night, right after the Superbowl, and everytime they've picked up. I have had nothing but great service with honest answers, and fast results. They will be the company I use from now on and I DO recommend them.

ANM Electric Inc Electrician
I'm a bit of a nosy homeowner when it comes to contractors.  I hover around, ask questions, and am picky about how work gets done, especially the first time I'm working with someone new.  ANM sent out two techs to support an AC install and run some additional outlets for me.  Not only were they happy to answer all my questions and not miss a step, their work was very clean and they explained everything they did along the way and involved me when a decision had to be made.

Half way through the job, I found out I needed something else done, and they picked up that task without question, which turned out to need more time than anticipated.  Holes in sheetrock were required and they patched things up so that all that is needed is some fresh mud.

Very happy with the work and will be using ANM for future electrical contractor needs!

AMS Electric Electrician
AMS was called message was sent back that they don't do commercial properties, this is a condominium complex not sure how that falls into commercial but , they referred me to Webb Electric who also doesn't do Commercial or Condo's ... items of this nature should be a part of their profile so that people like me can weed them out quicker

Expert Electric Electrician
We've called Brad of Expert Electric a couple of times now to help with problems in our old (1930) house. He's great to work with; very knowledgeable and good at troubleshooting what seemed to us to be pretty mysterious problems, and explaining them to us. He's reliable, his fees are reasonable, and his work holds up. We'll definitely be calling him for any future electrical work at the house.

Eco Electric & Plumbing Electrician
Seth Robertson came out and explained why & how they work and how many of the whole house fans they offer were as options for us. He inspected the house for what would be every option available for us given sq ft etc and got back to us with quotes very quickly! Let us know up front some of the issues they've had in other communities and what we may have as any hold ups in our own. After doing some of our own investigation into the fan options they offered even before calling for this appt we definitely decided to go with the stealth fan once we had our quotes in, instead of a much later investment into an AC and WOW are we happy we did! Under 4K fan vs 15k quoted for an AC between power line, pad pouring and install! YIKES! So fan it was! This Summer while not TOO bad and thankfully not Too smoky either but it was going to be bad for me since I'm pregnant currently and due late September! We knew our house would become unbearable upstairs pretty early on given the last years experience with it and pretty Much stay that way u til fall(sweaty every day and no way would
I cook inside again until cool!) without the greatest airflow design being our home build from 1948. We've previously had a whole House fan back in NC (which is pretty pointless there given the high humidity) but we've experienced the LOUD of what is possible for house fans. And this is NOT that! This is stealthy! We LOVE our new cooler house and the quiet it comes by! A literal breeze through the House when we open the doors and turn that fan on! Plus it's remote operated from anywhere in the house so it can be bedside, in your kitchen or kept near the fan! Whatever makes sense to YOU! They not only got us a great finance option but came and installed the fan quickly and effectively while We were away on a trip and had a house sitter here in our stead. They rocked it entirely and while They were HERE, we also asked them to investigate an ongoing two year issue with our outdoor receptacle and pool light we'd had TWO previous electricians work on while they upgraded the electrical boxes and mainline to bring up to a more effective standard for our size of house. They fixed it THAT DAY and at very low cost considering how long we'd been delayed in this outdoor enjoyment process with other crews! AMAZING and skilled crewmen on their team! FINALLY a Trustworthy electrical crew! We are now about to have them come quote us midmonth and likely install a 15 amp dedicated line so we can move some appliances around as that had been in the plan from our purchase and Move in two years ago but after not getting decent treatment by two other crews I had delayed my dream kitchen. Now I KNOW who to Hire & trust from here on out anytime we need electrical work. I'm sure they're just as skilled at plumbing and I'm certain eventually we will need some of those services as well as we add a bathroom to our basement in the future agenda. I can't give this company enough accolades given what we've previously hired in the area, they were angels! And Seth is a very prompt and very effective communicator! I'm not sure who all worked on our
Upgrade as we were away but they did an excellent job and even FaceTimed us to help Get some questions answered while we were away! We are SOOO
Thankful between the team at the office being effective and keeping to appointments as well! A very nice team at Eco Electric entirely! If you need a cooler house you should really consider them, the fans only they offer and their team to install! We are amazed and so thankful! My pregnancy has been better off for not having to move into Our basement to even exist without dripping like these two years past (or live in daytime Darkness by shutting all the blinds up and putting expensive fans to run in every nook and cranny to exist)! AND I could even cook and get rid of The oven or electrical burner heat! NICE change there from having to Grill EVERYTHING outside to Keep that heat outside! 20 Mins with the fan on and you'd never know I even cooked! YES! YES! YES! All The YES! Thank you Seth and team Eco!

Seattle Lighting Electrician
This review is for lights that we purchased and service that we received. We've been doing business with Seattle Lighting for more than a decade. Most recently, we bought a houseful of lights for our new house.

They had the goods! And they had people who knew what they were talking about.

Enormous bonus: More than a year later, one of our ceiling fan / lights gave up the ghost. Seattle Lighting's Bethany Kikuta wrangled the fan company - Kichler, they make a great product, but are a little shy on customer service - on our behalf, got us a set of replacement controllers at no charge and we were on our way.

Great job! We recognize that Seattle Lighting's primary business is selling to contractors, businesses and volume customers - and they definitely have the best selection from moderately pricey to very high end, yet they have consistently been able to prioritize our retail needs and deliver great products with good service, on our budget.

South West Electrician
Hard to describe how bad this company is. Came in and charged us a fortune for our kitchen faucet situation and it was all broken within several months. No satisfactory solution offered so another company replaced it all. This has been a costly nightmare.
