As You Wish Electric Electrician
We needed a significant amount of rewiring on our house and got a few quotes -- AYWE was the most reasonably priced, the most responsive, and the quickest to get booked with. Shadrin and Stoney (apprentice) were respectful, friendly, trustworthy, and did great work. They addressed all the concerns we had and fixed other things we hadn't even noticed that now make our lives easier (the wiring in this house was super wonky!). We did have to call back because a couple clean up details got overlooked, but AYWE was willing to send someone out the same day to fix it. The person that came to help with that was also fantastic. My partner and I are both queer and trans, so we sometimes feel nervous about bringing people we don't know into our home. Once we met Shadrin and Stoney we felt totally comfortable, and they were respectful in all their interactions with us. As a bonus, they wore shoe covers in the house and they loved our dog.

Synergy electric + technology Electrician
Matt Molzan helped us update our entire old house to ensure all lighting/electrical  was up to code with the City of Tacoma.  He then navigated the permit process with the inspection department getting the approval on the first meeting, with no delays.  Our family highly recommends Synergy Electric + Technology if you want the job done right the first time.

Fixer - Seattle Electrician
We called Fixer for a fix we'd had on our to-do list forever (broken bathroom exhaust fan) - they let us schedule an exact time, and our fixers showed up exactly on time.  They were polite and professional (even when I was trying to get dinner done with a toddler underfoot, so wasn't exactly a great host), and the job got done well and quickly.

Only possible complaint is that the pricing is definitely premium at about $150/hr after tip here in Seattle - so not something that's gonna save you money.  Still, service was great and something that hadn't gotten done for months got done in an hour while I did something else - we had a good enough experience that were seriously considering a subscription.

CM Heating Electrician
Everett WA | I've been using CM Heating to maintain my furnace for years. This year I had a new Ductless system installed so I could enjoy AC.  CM Heating did a great job, they were professional, friendly, fun to have around. The system has been in and running for almost a year now and they've already come by to check and see how it's running. They always answer the phone, they always answer my questions, they always schedule me in, they always show up when they say, they are always cheerful, their prices are extremely competitive, in fact the cost is usually a bit lower than I expect. They give me quality and so far, every employee I've met is friendly and cheerful. I really like these guys!

Energy Warriors Electrician
I got a few responses for my breaker issue. I ended up going with Energy warriors for the following reasons:
1. they responded to me right away and provided me  a quote and  telling what the quote was included.
2. I had more questions to ask; they told me they will have their technician call me and provide me with the answers. To my surprise Sam called right away and very patiently answered all of my questions.
When we made the appointment;  Sam and his assistance arrived on time. Very pleasantly and patiently worked on our problem They explained alot of stuff to us and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. Mind you they went over and beyond my expectations. The quote that they had provided was exactly what they charged me.
I am so pleased and happy with their work. I keep them as my go to electrician from now on.
thank you Sam and Taz.

Rezalectric Electrician
Based on a referral by a trusted friend, I hired RezaLectric to completely redo all the lighting and outlets in the new house I just purchased. And wow, I had no idea what an amazing difference it would make in my house.

Reza and his team were very professional, their work was spotless, and their prices were fair. Reza the owner has a serious talent for lighting; their work far exceeded my expectations.

Maple Valley Electric Electrician
We have used this company for years. They are knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. We highly recommend their service.

Washington Generators Electrician
Found Washington Electric through Angie's list and contacted them to do an electrical walk through of our home.  We had just moved back into it after having rented it out for several years and there were some issues with a couple of the outlets.  Eric came out, tested all the outlets, light switches, and inspected the electrical box.  He talked me through some of the repairs that he suggested and offered a number of options of how I might approach some of them (for example, one of the outlets is dead and there are a variety of ways to approach fixing it, all of which have various costs and implications associated with them. We discussed options and I've hired him to come back out and make the repairs.

This is the second time I've worked with Washington Electric, and I will continue to use their services.  Eric knows his stuff and is very customer-centric, which is a great combination.

Tnt Electric Electrician
Arrogant and snooty. Hasty when it comes to communication. Messy, doesn't clean up after. Didn't finish the job as asked and poor quality. Terrible to work with. The job was subpar. This company is completely full of themselves.

Bowie Electric Service Electrician
I think the difficult part of writing a review is really where to start.  I mean, I suppose I could start with the electrician dropping his heavy duty flashlight through a recessed light fixture from the attic down into our new $500 sink which had already been installed under the granite.  But no, I think that's too easy of a starting place, especially when confronted, he said, I don't care, I don't have to pay, it's my company's insurance that will pay.

So let's scratch that and start with one of the electricians drilling too far through our kitchen and blowing out a hole through the sheet rock in the adjacent bathroom.  Our handy man fixed it for him which we paid for, but you know, I don't think I'll start there either.

Wait, I got it, I'll start with us giving them all the information for all the fixtures and lighting for our kitchen and them not listening and installing completely different hardware.  They even put flip switches without dimmers for the main ceiling lights.  I mean, who in their right mind would do a kitchen remodel, only to top it off with some flip switches to brighten things up 100%.. or off.

Or how about I start with one of the electricians leaving a pile of cut up wires in my attic right next to the door?  Thanks for that, I appreciate it, I always love a pile of wires, seriously, I do.

At this point, I don't think I'll even start this review, somewhat of a moot point.  Maybe just ending is better since the above is only half of my complaint list.  Bottom line is that it does no good talking to the electricians at Bowie since they don't listen and/or write things down.  Plan on paying 25% more on your invoice which I've seen in other reviews as well.

Doing the job yourself and getting electrocuted 3-4 times is less painful than going with Bowie.

IN RESPONSE TO BLAKE:  Blake, this review IS true, the events DID happen, your reply hits on everything except for the fact that your electrician (2nd) had no idea what he was doing nor cared.  If you're not willing to improve your service, maybe the BBB will help you,  case: 22353462.

Queen Anne Electric Electrician
I hired Queen Anne Electric to do a knob-and-tube rewire and to wire a new bathroom.  Jubie and Luke did the rewire, and did much less drilling than I was expecting.  There were only a few small holes that needed patching afterwards.  Jose wired the bathroom, and he made sure to have everything right where I wanted it.  He even swept out my jobsite-dirty bathroom when he was done.

Hire these guys - you won't regret it.

Great Northern Electric Electrician
WOW!  What a great company.  The owner left a Seahawks game on a Monday night to help our renter with dimming lights and an odd clicking sound coming from the electric box.  Who does that?  Thank you so much Great Northern Electric!

Washington Energy Services Electrician
After evaluating multiple providers and bids, I selected WA energy services. Greg Serna, the sales rep, was polite, thorough and stated a 6 to 8 week timeframe to install. At 12 weeks I contacted them to find out status and the initial install was then scheduled a couple of weeks later. This was a large job with 8 windows, 5 of which were large custom picture windows with sliders.

It is now 6 months later, I have spent about 80 hours of my time dealing with 8 separate appointments and 2 windows are still not done. The city permit expired as well!

1 window was fully installed and then inspected and failed as not to code creating another 6 week delay to re-order. When it was reinstalled, they put the night lock on the wrong side. Now that window needs to be re-ordered, and replaced a third time.

Another window was installed but significantly scratched and needs to be removed and replaced. 5 of the 8 night guard locks have failed and have been or will be replaced.

I have had to chase the sales department/manager for resolution and still have not been provided any information or mitigation whatsoever. I keep hearing a blame game about Anderson manufacturing. I really don't care ad the consumer who did what; I hired WA energy to complete this project in a timely and professional manner.

The install team have been great kudos to Joshua, Scott and others. However I am extremely upset about the lack of responsibility and accountability to get this job done right, in a reasonable time frame, and to be proactive with communication and resolution.

I'm at the point where I'm considering going to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office to file complaints. I would've paid more for another company had I known this would be such a mess.

Kraft Electric LLC Electrician
Had Brandon come out and install two circuits and replace a breaker.  I learned a ton talking to him - he pointed out existing advantages I didn't know I had in my electrical system and made recommendations to protect the electronics in my house.  Very fair pricing, very fast and professional work and very friendly!  Loved that he was happy to explain everything he did and why.

Premier Electrical Services Electrician
They charged unreasonable and very very expensive. Quote more than double than other companies.  Also cut a 20 x 10 hole just to install a 220 voltage.  When we asked about the big hole, the guy said it is our problem and he is only doing the electrical.  The guy cut a big hole and didn't bother to fix the dry wall.  Don't use them. End up you will pay more for their mistake.

Accurate Electric Electrician
Recommended one of my clients call this company(thought I was referring a different company) to have a couple of disconnects installed for their new heat pumps. I've been plumbing for 25 years but am pretty new to heat pumps and AC, I requested a disconnect be installed too close to the gas meter and realized this after they had installed the disconnect. The electrician never mentioned that NO electrical disconnect or outlet can be placed that close to a gas meter. He was condescending and quite full of himself. When asked to come and relocate the disconnect he stood us up several times and took 2 months to finally get out and relocate the assembly. Finally got it done and sent another bill to the client. I'll pay the invoice because I requested the incorrect location but, a journeyman electrician should have said that was a bad location. They should have come back out the first time they said they were going to, snow or not. They should have come out the 2nd or 3rd time they said they were going to handle it. They should have discussed payment with me, not the client. I feel they should have covered the cost of installing it correctly. They should have addressed the other issue I asked them to as well, charge or not. They should have sealed their holes drilled through the siding when relocating. I will not recommend this company again. frustrated that I did in the first place.

Black Hills Electrician
I would not recommend this business to anyone. Call Bob's Heating & Air - they do exceptional work and have always been honest. I gave Black Hills a call just to price shop (after hearing all the commercials on the radio). They also told me when I said I was going to call Bob's to check their pricing (since they were who I always used in the past and installed the AC - that Bob's no longer does residential calls - which is a lie).

When I called Black Hills H&A, told them what we had a leak in our AC unit and they said they would come out to find the leak (never said that they would need to test for a leak, since we already knew we had one), quoted a price and then they had to cancel the appointment (to many techs called in sick). Gave me $50 off for rescheduling for a couple days later, 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive the tech called and said he had a feeling there was a miscommunication on the price and then quoted me a price that was 4x the original amount (they can't take another tech's word). I said that this issue was never discussed so he had customer service call me. Which they would not honor what they had originally agreed to - even though they record the phone calls and can clearly hear the rep tell me what would be done and the cost. She proceeded to be rude and not stand by what was discussed - wasted over a week of my time as we needed to get the AC fixed since we were listing our home for sale. At the end of the call - she said what do you want me to do, I said honor what was originally quoted and she said she wouldn't do that - it was a miscommunication. There was no miscommunication - it was very clear what was wrong, what we needed done, what they agreed to and then they were by no means going to make things right.

I have since talked with a few others who have had similar experiences with this company.
One of our friends ended up with a bill over $10k - that was originally quoted for less than half of that. Do your research before using them.

DEAR Services: Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Electrician
Dear installed my new AC/Heat unit 2 years ago; good work. Not so good on any smaller services. I've now tried 3 times to get Dear to do electrical work. They called me at 11:30 to tell me they couldn't make an 8-12 service appointment 2 weeks ago; rescheduled to today. It's 12:00, no show, no call, no one answering the phone, AI Chat function not helpful. Won't call them again for smaller work.
