I found Wright Electric thru one of the comments on the app Next Door. The owner is easy to talk to and his employees are very efficient. They were so quick to figure out and their prices are very affordable. I tried connecting with other electricians in my area and they weren't as affordable as these guys!

If you need help with electricians, you should give them a call.

I have no first hand knowledge about this business, as we don't live in the area, but just wanted to add that they went to Washington DC to install audio equipment to the DC Eagle's Nest last year (this is available live on line 24/7). Looking (or rather listening) to the result, they seem to have done a great job.

So we know that they are likely animal friendly and involved enough to travel across the country and working 60' - 80' up a tree where the nest is located assisting with the eagle conversation project & US Fish & Wildlife Service. They must be good people, and that would count to me if I needed an electrician in this area.

I had a great experience working with PRP to come up with a bid for both my roofing and solar projects, but for reasons specific to my home's needs I ended up choosing another company.  It was a tight race!  I strongly recommend considering a bid from PRP.  Great service, high quality hardware and competitive pricing.

Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested.  He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy.

Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work!  Love my new lighting and bath!  Would highly recommend this company and will use them for a new panel and wiring in the near future!

Austin was at my house within 30 minutes of my calling in the issue.  He was very professional and friendly, and resolved the problem right away.  I definitely would recommend and use them again.

Don & Eli did such great work on our outdoor patio.  They installed lights, fan, heaters, and put in outlets.  They were efficient and cleaned everything up.  Great work!  We'd definitely recommend and use them again!

I really can't say enough good things about Chris, the owner/operator of Viewlands Electric. Our 1941 house still had a lot of knob and tube which unexpectedly bit the dust one day. We had several electricians come out and give vague descriptions of potential causes, along with hefty bids that had us pretty nervous about the size and scope of the job. We were told we'd need a general contractor. We were told we'd need to remove the insulation from the attic. We were told the job would take at least two weeks.

Enter Chris: he came on a Saturday, took a quick look and explained clearly and confidently what needed to be done. He gave a fair estimate at a fraction of the others. He didn't take advantage of the fact that as new homeowners we know little about electrical wiring and sought to educate us instead. We were thrilled when his schedule opened up much sooner than expected and he quickly and efficiently got to work on our house.

In addition to rewiring almost every outlet in the house, he brought everything up to code whenever possible. He checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I understood and could give input as needed. He helped us create a more energy efficient home in the process, installing at our request:

-Nest thermostat upstairs
-LED lights and dimmers
-Two electric wall heaters and new thermostat downstairs
-New exhaust fans in both bathrooms
-LED lighted mirror downstairs

He also re-labeled our panel so we could actually understand it, put in a few new breaker boxes and fixed the weak connection on one of our main power lines.

Throughout his time working at our place, Chris was conscientious, cleanly, organized and was even sweet to our neurotic dogs. He was collaborative and patient in answering my questions and offered his expertise to help me make decisions re: appliances. In spite of all the extra side projects we heaped on the re-wire, he still came in well under budget. I so appreciate all the clear communication and feel like I have a better understanding of the electrical landscape of our house, too, which is empowering! Thanks, Chris! Can't wait to have you back to do our living room lights.

I posted a light fixture replacement project on Yelp, and someone from Mauro Electric responded right away. They were able to send Ricky to complete the job the same day! He quickly and professionally replaced two of the three fixtures. The only reason he didn't replace the third one is because I measured incorrectly, and the new one wouldn't fit in the space. Ricky was very kind and understanding about my mistake, which I appreciated. Thanks, Mauro Electric!

We had an excellent shopping experience at B&B Italia.  It began with Jesse Slover, the store manager.  He was knowledgable, friendly and incredibly patient! The selection of furniture and the quality were exceptional.  Prices are definitely high but the value is evident.  Aside from price, I hated the thought of waiting 4 months or so to receive my furniture but we got lucky.  We went back 3 times before finally selecting a coffee table that we love.  Each time we were greeted warmly and felt no pressure to buy.  We decided on a table that was on sale, floor model, and available immediately.  This was an unexpected surprise.  Would definitely shop there again!

Harris was a nice guy, able to complete the job well and was responsive. However, being charged over $200 for literally 10 minutes of work is not good value and a little absurd. I only recommend Harris if your job is an hour+ and check the rates so you are not overcharged.

Courteous, prompt, reasonably priced, and honest.  Did exactly what they said they would do, and talked me out of a much more expensive plan.  Called back to check if everything is OK.  Will use again.

This is the first negative review I have ever written about any company;

Green Line Electric was hired by the contractor that installed my septic system.  Their work consisted of running a new electrical circuit for the pump to the drain field.  First, their crew ran a 15 amp circuit for a pump that was clearly labeled as  drawing 17 amps.   The L & I inspector caught the error and told me that he would note that on the permit and Green line would have to come back and upgrade the circuit to 20 amps.   7 WEEKS later I received a call from their office that the L & I inspector will need to come back and have access to the electrical panel to perform the needed repeat inspection.
I was told that they are very busy and are currently scheduling work three weeks out and that is why it took so long to fix their error.
Needless to say, the L & I inspector was very upset to see that it took them so long to fix the problem.
After everything was done, I went online and downloaded the installation manual for this particular pump alarm and found that it recommends that the alarm be wired with two circuits...one for the pump and a separate circuit for the alarm.  So, they installed a poo pump that can draw as much at 17 amps on a 15 amp circuit.  If the pump had tripped the breaker, no alarm would sound, as the pump was on the same circuit that is now popped.  We would have continued to flush the toilets, and take showers until effluent backed up into the house.
If they were this incompetent when installing something as simple AND important as a sewage pump I would never trust them with anything electrical.

Stephen has done multiple jobs in our older house. He's been great every time. He's very experienced and does the job the right way. I would trust him with any electrical work.

This is a small family owned business that does excellent work at fair prices.  We had our basement rewired for an apartment with a separate fuse box panel.  It was pretty extensive.  They arrived as scheduled, made on the spot adjustments, cleaned up every day, and were courteous as well as professional.  The work was done on time with no after the fact adjustments.  Give Joel a call at (206) 783-7797 to get things started.  You will be GLAD you did! I worked with Paul from Rolling Bay Electric to have him hook up a hot tub on my back patio. I contacted him 3 months before the actual install to make sure I had an Electrician on board. The project entailed installing a 240V circuit on our panel and running wire 40ft along the side of the house. I was having my patio extended by 6 feet in order to fit the tub.

He came out to the house and looked over the site and we discussed the scope of the project. He was very helpful in suggesting how to position the hot tub, how he wanted a ditch dug to run conduit. What type of conduit to buy, and how he would need pictures of the work as it was done for the state inspection. He let us know that he would need a week's notice to get materials together after the hot tub was put in place.

As the work progressed I would call Paul to update him send him photos of the work and ask him questions to make sure things were on track. It was at this point things went south. Paul started changing his story on how he wanted things set up and what size of conduit he needed installed. I put up with the changes and did extra work and spent the extra money to make sure things would meet his needs. My wife called him to let him know the work was done and the hot tub was ready to be installed. Paul was not happy again with the orientation of the hot tub on the patio, and orientation he earlier agreed would be fine.

After I called him to discuss my frustration he quickly told me he could no longer work with me.

I'm not someone who writes reviews like this ever, but Paul has left me swinging in the wind after starting a professional relationship with me. I will not be hiring Paul or recommending him for any work to friends.

This company was brought in the assess our newly installed AC unit which was freezing.  Fir thousands of dollars more they added a new coil and larger pipes.  Once it git warm we turned it on.  It still freezes so now they say we have a leak and added free- on solution fir $600.   It leaked out in 2 days. Froze again.    They came out again and said they would return.  Only they never returned our calls.  They cannot return till July 28.   . Very poor service.

I got them to put up recessed lights in my living room and kitchen. Victor was great. He discussed what he was going to do before getting started and gave me suggestions on the best placement. He was a delight to talk to as well and answered all of my questions about the process. Once done, he cleaned up after himself. I love the new lights!

Electrician did not show. Scheduled to arrive 8am and when I called at 8:30am he told me he was doing paperwork and said he would leave soon. I told him not to worry about coming. Unsatisfactory.
