He is a blue collar kind of guy. Very family oriented, goal driven, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. He started as a worker for his father remodeling homes in the 90's. Later he successfully worked as a licensed HVAC technician. Continuing with his goal, he moved into property management. He started as an entry level technician were he continued to developed his HVAC expertise but also gained skills in property maintenance like curb appeal, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, rehabs and more. Jorge escalated from entry level to later supervisor in residential property management. Looking to continue his growth and hands-on experience, Jorge moved into commercial property management. Commercial property management helped Jorge refine his skills and customer service to another level of professionalism. Continuing his goal driven manner, Jorge wants to bring his hands-on experience to the local community where he can be of service and build great relationships along the way.
