Awesome! So thankful to Dustin and Liz - they totally saved me today! I had an electrical emergency that caused the hot water to go out at a rental property. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP for my tenants. Justin came out and identified the issue right away and got it fixed quickly. They called when they said they would and they were there when they said they would be. Great service! Highly recommend!

The guys from Brightside were awesome.   We replaced 4 outdoor fans and installed a new kitchen light.  They were on time and went to work immediately.  I have another light that we will install in a couple of weeks and will definitely use them again.

I am really satisfied with Scott and his work. He is really quick to respond, and he maintains the communication very professionally (fast and informative). That was a problem with my previous electricians who responded very slowly, and didn't respond at all sometimes. As for the final result of his work, he did everything that we requested, and super quickly (the whole house of tasks was done for 1.5 days). I highly recommend him as a contractor for residential electrical tasks. Quick and effective.

For anyone needing a master electrician, I absolutely recommend Todd S. of Tomei Electric (512 893 9715). He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my fluorescent fixture in under 15 minutes, explained what he had done, and answered a few questions for my future reference.  Additionally, it's well worth noting he was right on time, and is hands down the politest electrician (or skilled contractor) I ever met.

L&R installed an outlet in my garage on a day's notice. The job required a length of metal conduit which fits perfectly and is rock-solid along with the outlet. Louis is a pleasure to deal with and will be my go-to for any future electrical needs.

Luis and Alejandro were amazing to work with. We had contacted multiple electricians who were unable or too busy to take on the task of installing a 240v connection for our hot tub and Raptor Electrical Services jumped at the opportunity. From the start, they were very easy to work with and immediately scheduled a video call to discuss options for installing a sub panel and hot tub panel and soon after, scheduled the installation in a timely manner. Following arrival of the hot tub, we had a few hiccups with the hot tub installation (from the hot tub vendor) and Luis was quick to respond and assist with further installation needs. Thanks to Raptor we have a fully functioning hot tub! If in need of electrical services, we would definitely recommend Luis and Alejandro.

Miguel and Fernando wired up and installed a new wall sconce on our front porch as well as a new outlet in our garage in mid-July (sorry for the late review!). They did a great job on the installations, were super professional, and cleaned up after they completed the work. Everything is still working great and my wife and I are very happy with the work.

Miguel was very courteous to share tips and knowledge when I had questions for him. He was also very prompt throughout the whole process (from responding to our inquiry on yelp with questions and an estimate to scheduling the work and getting the job done). It's my first home and I was nervous about the process and cost to upgrade my kitchen with pendant lights, but Max made it so easy for me to go with them. I really appreciated his immediate feedback and open line of communication throughout the whole process...and the cost! Their quote was so affordable and even when I wanted to add to the job, he kept to the budget I was comfortable with. Installation day, too, was a great experience. Dylan was on time and pleasant to work with. He took the time to address my concerns and explain the steps he was going to take prior to starting. I  loved how was mindful of his work space and kept things neat and professionally done. And,  he made sure everything is what I wanted before wrapping things up. They really do have a good team here. I can't wait for them to come back and install a chandelier above my dining table!

These guys were awesome, needed all new smoke detectors installed and they got right to it!  Reasonably priced, honest and dependable.

Did some extensive troubleshooting to figure out why my hot tub will not turn on.  After about 45-60 minutes he found a 'hidden' ground fault circuit breaker behind the utility room.  Once reset, hot tub started working.  He only charge me the minimum ($90).  Before him I had another company come by & they gave me an estimate of $200.  So I believe I got a great deal with Shine On Electic.

I'm late in posting this review. Seeing the other reviews, they are also reflective of my family's experience, however, Maury not only did a great, quick turnaround job for us, he also did a tremendous act of human kindness for us. My sister was on hospice. The electricity blew in the room where she was staying at 3:00 on an afternoon. This meant no oxygen, no breathing treatments, or fan - so we started calling around to see if anyone could help us right away. A couple of electricians told us they could be there a week from then...Maury said he could be there by 5:00. He pulled up shortly after 4:00 and I took him in and showed him the problem (an outlet with old wiring had sparked, melting the bakelite and almost causing a fire), then we walked to the fuse box, where he saw the old and crazy wiring. He understood that we just needed a quick fix - even though what really needed to happen to prevent future issues was lots of re-wiring and repair. But as my mom told Maury, We just need the house to last longer than she (my sister) does. Maury fixed the problem for us so that her oxygen could be turned back on. My mom was going to pay him and asked him how much - fully prepared to pay upwards of $500 for what he did, especially at such short notice late in the afternoon. But it was well under $200. His work was great...but his compassion and human-ness really set Maury in a class of his own. My sister did pass away about a week later, but we will always be grateful to Maury for his great kindness. If only there were more people like him in the world.

I tell everyone how GREAT Dan Hoffman is as an all around handyman! For the past three years he has been there for us as my son as moved around Austin pursuing his college degrees. He is prompt, always friendly, very knowledgeable about what he is building, reasonable and just a joy to work with! He has built a bed, chest of drawers, desk, and bedside table and taken them apart and reassembled then each time my son has moved. Will continue to us his services as long as we are in the area!

Our AC broke in the middle of a 100+ degree summer day and we couldn't find anyone to come out to look at it for us. Xiaoyu was super prompt and stopped by within an hour of calling him, he almost instantly identified the problem and fixed it as well. He's such a lifesaver!

Quick response and execution.  While not inexpensive, did a very thorough job.  Will use them again.

They drive like angry douchbags. I would not let this unprofessional loser in my home.

Got a few quotes for installing an EV charger in the garage. Different companies provided different solutions ranging from setting up a new 50A circuit from the main line on the other end of the house to pulling in the unused 30Amp dryer outlet. Homer's solution was much more simple to just pull it from the breaker box in the garage. He clarified that at night times when the usage is low, the rest of the house won't need much and I could likely safely pull 50Amp without tripping the breaker. And if I did, he said I could just use the charger at half power instead. Cost a fraction of what the others were quoting. He was able to get it all done the next day, took about 30mins.

Will update the review once I use the outlet for a few weeks.

This company is extremely expensive. The quote they gave me was three times what other electricians charge. Please do your homework and get a comparable quote  if you are going to even consider this company.

Is there a no star button?  Had them come out and do a quote for my home.  Had specific things on the list.  In return I get a 23000K quote for things I didn't ask for and codes that I don't understand.  Had to pay $89 for nothing!  Never again!  They are highway robbery
