Went back to Dustin after his excellent work. This time I needed an outdoor light installed, as well as a couple of switches and a new outlet. All the work was perfect and he even came back by to check on things for me after the work was done a few days later. Highly recommended!

Brightside Electrical Service did a great job.  My 82 year old Mom's electricity went out in half of her house, which cause the heater to not work.  The Electrician was prompt, professional and COVID19 compliant.  Thank you for the fast response and excellent service.  I will for sure use your company for future need and will also recommend to others.

Great experience with Scott from Bear Electric. He was very responsive and communicative over Yelp, and I got an honest, very reasonable estimate through Yelp before agreeing to have the work done.
The day of, Scott was on time, very courteous and professional, got everything done quickly, and did a great job cleaning up after himself. I'm super happy with the work he did.
He also wore a mask 100% of the time, which I appreciate.
I will definitely contact Bear Electric again the next time I need electrical service.

Let me start by saying I have been working with several contractors in my days, and have never had an experience like this one! From the first contact to the end, it was A+ service! I found l Lion Group Electrical through Yelp messenger and inquiring about removing ceiling fan & hanging a chandelier and I got a reply from the owner within 10 mins. Raymond and Eric did an amazing job hanging my crystal chandelier (120lb) from 16 ft high ceiling plus pendants in the kitchen and provided exceptional customer service (even squeezed me in the same day for last min appointment)! From my first meeting with Raymond, I felt extremely comfortable and trusting in his recommendations. I could not have been happier with the end product (just in time for Christmas). As you will see from the photos, it is amazing! Their customer service and dedication to quality as well as their commitment to longevity is why I'll be coming back for any electrical needs/future projects. I am selling a house in NW Hills, Austin, and needed some repairs done quickly and thoroughly. Todd Stahlnecker and his team from Tomei Electric did an absolutely outstanding job, at a very reasonable price, and were a pleasure to work with. I live out of town, and even after the work was completed they went above and beyond the call of duty to make an unpaid site visit to confirm that everything was in proper working condition.

Had an amazing experience with Alejandro Rapalo with Raptor Electrical! The entire process of receiving a very timely quote, quick scheduling, arriving over an hour early AND the final charge being $75 less than what I was quoted all deserve a 5- review! Additionally, the attention to detail and the quality of the work was 1st-class! Even though this was a very simple job of removing a simple ceiling fixture in the Dining Room and replacing it with a very simple chandelier, I highly recommend that Raptor Electrical be considered. Kudos for a job very well done across the board!

Needed a conduit repair after refurbishing my old patio. I put it out for bids and got immediate response from many electrical services. Most of the bids were similar, and some were not firm. I went with Texas Electrical Connect.. their price mentioned new parts and a firm price. Additionally, they promised a same day repair. The tech showed up about the time that was quoted, did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy considering how Austin can be. I will use them again.

They are one of the best people i have dealt with on yelp. They hung this massive chandelier from scratch, including ceiling drill, chandelier put up and electric connections! They had to bring in fork lift as house has 20 ft ceiling!

Exceeded all expectations! Mauri went beyond the call of duty to help when our main breaker, fuse box and heat went south on a super cold night - showing up at the end of a regular work day and staying until the job was done (5 plus hours no thanks to the local power company)! He even returned the next day just to make sure everything was working above board.

I called on Dan to install shutters throughout our new home on 34 windows. He was upfront with his pricing and delivered a quality installation in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Dan and will use him again.

My main breaker was tripped and no other electrician services were available for same day service. Homer was able to come out and did a great job identifying the short circuit in my main panel. He then went to get the materials for me on the same day replacing the entire panel and breakers. Great communication and service! Highly recommended.

Smart Charge America recently installed a new 50A circuit for me with a NEMA 14-50 outlet. I was very happy with the work done, and all the communication and customer service provided. They provided me very detailed quotes for multiple options, called to answer any questions I had and discuss options, and also ease any concerns I had over my older panel.

I REALLY like their whole online bid process, and that everything was pretty well handled via email, unless I felt the need to talk to anyone. You start by filling out a very detailed form, uploading a lot of very specific pictures, as well as peak energy bills. From there, they put together multiple quotes, based off of your needs.

Gary (the Master Electrician who performed the actual installation), was very friendly, professional, and courteous. He also answered many questions I still had, and gave me a very detailed overview of the work he performed. Another plus is that all work done is covered by a 4 year no questions asked warranty.

All in all, I was very satisfied with the quality of work performed, the level of customer service and follow through, and the friendly and professional staff. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get setup with a new EV charging solution.

This was the first time I used SALT, and I was extremely pleased.  I selected them because of great reviews from others in my Home Owners group and I was not disappointed.  They were prompt, wearing masks, and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures and replaces several outlets that needed it.  Thanks to Matt and Scott - I will definitely call them again.
