I was getting ready to close on the sale of a home in a couple days and needed an electrician who could come out immediately to diagnose and ultimately repair a few issues, otherwise the deal had the potential to fall apart. It's my first home and I was nervous about the process and cost to upgrade my kitchen with pendant lights, but Max made it so easy for me to go with them. I really appreciated his immediate feedback and open line of communication throughout the whole process...and the cost! Their quote was so affordable and even when I wanted to add to the job, he kept to the budget I was comfortable with. Installation day, too, was a great experience. Dylan was on time and pleasant to work with. He took the time to address my concerns and explain the steps he was going to take prior to starting. I  loved how was mindful of his work space and kept things neat and professionally done. And,  he made sure everything is what I wanted before wrapping things up. They really do have a good team here. I can't wait for them to come back and install a chandelier above my dining table!

Travis is very professional,  gave me a quote the day after I sent pictures of the fixtures to be replaced. Set up an appointment, arrived on that date and completed the work promptly.

What an amazing experience! We were looking for someone to replace 2 light fixtures and a chandelier. We also had problems with the electrical wiring so we need that to be fixed as well.

Excellent service as usual, Adan went above and beyond to get us scheduled on short notice so I could proceed getting my gas range and range hood installed.  Chris arrived on time, was very pleasant and easy to talk to about the work and in general.  He has exceptional attention to detail and completed the job as if he were working on his own home which is rare these days in most of the trades.  I highly recommend All Star Electric for all your electrician needs, really great crew at a fair price.

They installed my EV charger and did a great job with a complicated install. Also followed through with the Austin rebate. Would recommend them!

A fluorescent fixture in my store stopped working, so I foolishly started to replace it myself. After leaving myself in the dark, I called HF Electric the next morning.
Homer said he would try to work me in to the day, and much to my happiness he and to helpers showed up and fixed my light and some other lights in under an hour.
I can't stress how reasonable the pricing was and what a pleasure to have my day saved.

Should have checked YELP first! Be cautious to not be misled. I was told on the phone that you pay by project and not by hourly or materials along with separate trip charge. I was good with it. Gentlemen showed up, I explained the problem that the oven hood light kept shorting and one wasn't working. They quoted me a price to fix...half way through they showed me problem was that the light units had some issues but then told me the quote didn't include the parts to actually fix the problem. I said the reason I signed off on the project was everything should be working when completed. I even tried to give them a win-win solution by asking for trip charge refund and would pay the separate quote which was higher than trip charge. Their sales manager refused...so to yelp it is and any other social media forum to educate people to not to trust what their appointment person says.
