We had a tricky job because of our roofline and location on the breaker box on an existing home.  We needed a plug changed to 330v service for a new double oven that was being installed.  Robert came out to evaluate the work needed and explained that it would be tough to give us a firm estimate.  So what he did was give us best case scenario and worse case and let us make the decision.  We appreciated his candor and honesty and authorized them to do the work.  Robert and his helper, were prompt, efficient and tidy.  Best of all he was able to get the job done within the best case scenario.  I highly recommend this company.

Found Green Light on Yelp and I was very happy. Jarrod came out to install some outdoor outlets we had been wanting for years (to plug in our lawn care equipment, Christmas lights, etc.) He was easy to schedule, on time, fairly priced and very professional. I went to the trusty Request A Quote feature on Yelp to find an electrician for a reasonable price. After a receiving a few bids on the job I needed done, I went with Windy Hill, and very happy I did. I liked that he was pretty transparent from the get go on all the variables that could affect the price of the job, i.e. height of the ceiling, weight of the light fixture, and more.

Not only was he available the next day and super speedy in his response, Doug did a fantastic and thorough job installing my new chandelier. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to ensure it's perfect. He even measured the newly installed light several times to be sure it was even from every angle. I think it's probably a good quality to be a perfectionist when it comes to installing electrical devices, don't you?

He even discarded the box the new chandelier came in and happily moved the old one to my garage. The whole process only took an hour and he was so courteous and professional, too. I'll need some more work done soon and will definitely be calling Windy Hill.

Greg just finished installing our pendent lights and we're more than happy that we went with them! I have used Kubelka Electric for many years on new construction and remodel jobs.  They are among the best in the business.  They don't send out a flunky!  You will deal with the owner/master electrician, Eugene Kubelka.  His prices are competitive, he is honest and dependable and such a nice guy to have work for you.  You will be glad you called him.

Thoroughly impressed!  Not only did they get here to give me an estimate promptly, I was able to schedule the work within a couple of days. Probably could have been sooner had we not been out of the office for a couple of days. The morning of the scheduled work, they arrived early.... what???  The young men that did the work were delighful.  Very polite, did the job quickly with positive attitudes.  Everyone in my office commented on how great the electricians were.

Efficient is awesome, when I called I actually spoke to a live person who went above and beyond to accommodate my service call with my schedule. Mr. Nicholas Reynolds (licensed electrician) is professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable.  He put in a whole house surge protector and changed out two light fixtures.  I would definitely use him again for any electrical work that I will need in the future.

Danny is fantastic! He has been so helpful with every task, I first called him to install some parking cones at our office (I had contacted 3 or 4 other companies and they all told me they couldn't do it) and he was super helpful and professional! Not only was he able to install them but he also took time to look at some other issues that we were having in the office. We've since hired him back to fix some more things, and we will continue to hire him! He's so easy to get ahold of and is very personable, he has a wealth of knowledge and really spent the time explaining what exactly the issues were. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone, he's very experienced...you won't be disappointed with Danny :)

We would like to recommend Mr. Wade Hudson, owner of Tejas Electric without reservation. As we always do when we need to hire any contractor to do an involved job, we interviewed around 7 electricians. Without exception, as soon as they hear the details of the job, every one of them tried to make the job bigger and more complex than it really needed to be. Some made sure to discuss the price of parts (we needed copper wire, conduits, disconnect boxes) and supplies, others made installation suggestions that did not make any sense, etc. Wade was the only one with realistic and straight proposals. The job was to bring 220/240V power outlets to 6 different locations around the outside of the house so we can have an HVAC contractor install ductless mini-splits. Our idea was to use the power already there for the two central units on each side of the house and the power from their air handlers inside the house since they were going to be disabled and replaced by the mini-splits. Wade agreed that it was the best and easiest option for the job. After his visit, he promptly sent us a realistic quote with a detailed description of the work to be done as we described it. We had to work around his schedule and blocked out two days the coming weeks. Wade and his electrician showed up on time both days. The job had a couple of difficult steps and Wade found elegant solutions to solve the problems without complaints. The job was done to spec, to code and on time. Tejas Electric has been in business in Dripping Springs and surrounding areas for 24 years and it is easy to see why they are busy. They are knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. Wade and Co. will be our go-to electrician from now on. Thank you, Wade.
