I scheduled ECS to replace ceiling light bulbs.  The angled ceiling varies from 12' to 18', and two bulbs are over a set of stairs.  I had to reschedule due to a sudden illness, and they accommodated my last minute rescheduling.  Arrived on time, despite an emergency call out due to weather damage very early in the morning, and got the bulbs changed out.  They had the necessary ladders to quickly change the bulbs, and were very careful around the furniture.  Highly recommend!  I will use them again for future electrician needs.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I even had a follow up call that was quickly answered. Kelly was quick with the booking and explanation of needed repairs and Charles came in and checked our outlet and replaced as needed. Let me start by saying Manny knows what he is doing, very reasonable  pricing (price to win business) and professional in all aspects.
I was looking for someone to install a charging point for EV and did not know where to begin. Stumble upon Yelp and requested a quote. Didn't realize that the request went to at least 8 companies (kudos to Yelp for this feature!). Received quote ranging from 200-2000. You guess it right; Manny came back with the lowest quote and offer a no-fee-onsite-estimate. Came out on time as promised and he had my business in less than 15 min. Took ~2 hours to install a new point and cleaned the garage after work. New point works!  I'm a happy customer. He will be my go-to person for any electrical work in future.

Cox Electric were a life saver last night.  Around 11:30 pm we began to notice a burning smell in the house.  It smelled like melting plastic.  We began to search for the problem and my husband noticed the breaker was hot.  We immediately shut all electric off and searched for a 24/7 electrician.  We called them around 12:30 and they arrived within 30 minutes.  They spent well over an hour in the house searching every outlet, breaker box, even crawled up into our attic.  Very thorough!  We found out the problem was actually with our HVAC.  We were so pleased with how quickly they responded (even in the middle of the night) and how quickly they helped us pinpoint the problem.

We found Brad online with great reviews. We just moved from New York to Spicewood. We needed a general house electrical inspection done along with having a generator bypass circuit installed, and wiring run to our well shed for a water softener and UV system.
Brad was extremely easy to work with.  He came out and did the inspection  all checked fine. Looked over what was needEd and said he would be back in a couple of days.  True to his word, 2 days later he was back and work done in 1 day.  Clean, neat work. Very pleasant to chat with.  Prices very reasonable.
1 day later, we called with a problem with the well.  He came out in 1 hour.   Totally unrelated issue but he resolved it.

We had power go out in three different rooms of our house and called Carl's team to help us find and fix the problem due to his rankings on Yelp. He was very responsive - he called us before he showed up, found and fixed the problem quickly, and explained the issue to us clearly. He and his partner hunted down the issue to a single switch that had gone out in our attic and fixed it up like new. If we have any other electrical needs, we will definitely give them a call back!

Wow Rick came on time for the appointment for the quote but really didn't want the job because it was a small job and I was going to provide some of the mistrals for the job to lower the cost but his bid was high for 2 circuits to be installed garage 240 Volt . One circuit was 30 amp and the other was going to be 50 amp . Well he showed up a 1.5 week later (first appointment canceled on his behalf ) His attitude was poor and really in a hurry to get a free lunch and instead of 50 amp he said that all I need was a 30 amp to support the mig welder I had right now !! Well what happen if I upgrade to bigger welder in the future ???? So he charged me for 50 amp service and installed wiring and breaker for 30 amps (Thanks for listing to what the customer wants ) I will not call Lightning electric again !!

Amazing job!! Communication top notch from estimate to invoice. Showed up on time and were very friendly and knowledgeable.  Installed chandelier, fixed weird wiring that had been done in original build, installed multiple dimmers and recessed lights that transformed our space. Cleaned up workspace nicely. HIGHLY recommend!!

What a find! We were nervous to seek out an electrician for a quirky circuit that kept tripping in our house.  Took a chance and called Bob Stolle - we were not disappointed! Bob knows his stuff and took the time to explain the situation and offer options.  Turns out our circuit just needed to be replaced and it hasn't tripped again since. I learned a lot about how our house is wired and code requirements from him.  We will definitely use his services again!

Our 4th project with DMC Electric. Even though we have scheduled conflicts at times, he still manages to do a great job. Highly recommend.

Can't really speak for their actual service, but my attempts to get these folks to come out to my house for some actual electric work was sorely lacking. I took the time over the weekend to complete their rather extensive form on their website requesting service. After completing it, I received an email saying someone would call me. By Tuesday I hadn't heard anything so I called their number. The man who answered proceeded to lecture me about how nobody really uses their Internet form (about 1 in 550!) and he really doesn't pay attention to that stuff and I should use the telephone. When I pointed out that I used the form because it was late at night, again, he said I should have called and left a message. WELL, EXCUSE ME!

Fantastic response time and quality work!  I had a return phone call within the hour of my first call and an appointment for an estimate within 2 days!  The electrician arrived promptly for the estimate, which we felt was reasonable enough that I didn't bother getting any other quotes.  He and his assistant also arrived  promptly for our installation appointment and the work was done neatly and completed in a timely manner.  They provided helpful suggestions related to the job, and even gave us a referral for Richardson's Lighting, who offered us a discounted price on all light fixtures we purchased.  We were extremely pleased and would not hesitate to call Allgood again.  What a different experience we had with them vs. the experience we had with their competitor.  That company wasted a month of our time and wouldn't even return our phone calls so the opportunity to work with Allgood, a company who actually believes in customer service, was a rare find these days.  We had a great experience with Allgood and highly recommend them.

I had excellent service at Hamilton.  I walked in with my condenser fan motor that didn't seem to be working.  The gentleman behind the counter quickly tested it and the capacitor that I had brought and got me set up with a new (G.E. to boot) motor.  He put terminals on the wires and even cut down the shaft for me.  I was in and out inside of 15 minutes for much less than what refurbed off brand motors were listed at online at other places (looking at you grainger).
