Honesty and quality of work go a long way with us! We've used this company once before and can't say enough great things about them!  We had an issue with an outside faucet and 2 of our toilets, so we scheduled a service call the following day. They came by the next morning, gave an estimate, and had all of the work completed within an hour!!! Very professional and will even teach you a bit along the way. My neighbors use this company as well!

They repaired our leaking bathtub faucet and repaired all our outside water faucets. Very friendly and professional folks. Will call them back if needed.

Had a leaking AC condensate line. Jon was super knowledgeable, responded fast, and did great work. Really good value.

We called Goad Plumbing to install a new kitchen faucet. They came out the very next day,  Did a great job, friendly service, and fair pricing! Who could ask for anything more?

We discovered a leak in the ceiling of our garage after a major freeze. Called Monday morning and were given an appointment Tuesday morning. Smith and Son's were on time.. efficient in their diagnosis and repair - very impressed. Smith & Son's were highly communicative throughout the process sending email confirmation and text updates on appointment schedule, arrival time, job up-date, completion and receipt. This is how it should be done! Thanks guys - you have moved to the top of our call list!

Based on my personal experience with Miguel, I am not quire sure where those 5 star reviews came from. I recently closed on a rental property and had some installation work to be done. I found Miguel on yelp coz he's got pretty good ratings. We scheduled an appointment to get the work done but he didn't show up. Then I gave him a call asking if he's still coming and he said he's not finished with current work and gonna need at least an hour to get to my place. I had to reschedule it but he's not showing up on time again. The worst part is, I told him that I wanted to install one-sided deadbolt on the front door and garage door and even sent him pictures of what to buy. However, he still bought the wrong item and installed the two-sided deadbolts. And then he decided to give the keys to the tenants without even asking me ! He is like the worst handyman I've ever seen. I will never work with him again and will never recommend him to anyone !

You don't seem to have the attitude of admitting your fault but choose to cover up your problems by telling lies and assigning blames. I have the history of text messages sent between you and me that shows I rescheduled the first appointment 3 days prior to the originally scheduled time (So it is a lie that you said I didn't show up for the first appointment). And when the time came to the first appointment, it was you that didn't show up on time and told me you would need at least another 1 hour when you were already 30 minutes late. That was when I had to reschedule it and you failed to show up on time again for the second appointment. For the wrong item issue, I was not notified in any forms from you about the wrong items you were going to purchase until after you had already installed them (So it is a lie that you said I was fully aware of that). You just made decisions yourself without communicating with me at all. Maybe the items were not available in the store that he went to, but the common sense was to call me to discuss what to do next instead of making decisions yourself. I've meaning to give you more stars since I left my original review because I understand it is not easy to do business nowadays especially with this COVID thing going on. But then I saw your response here which is full of lies and lack of facts.

If you want to defend yourself, please stop making up stories. And if you want to succeed in your business, please focus more on improving your quality of work and work ethics than on telling lies to make yourself look good.

After being recommended on my community's Facebook page, I called Micah's to request a visit to look at a faucet that wouldn't turn off (well, didn't like to turn off, but begrudgingly did). I received a call back from Jennifer, Micah's wife, who asked me to take a photo of the faucet so that the technician would know what part(s) to have on the truck when they visited.

The next morning, I got a call back from Jill saying that she had received the picture, and that Micah believed that the repair could be done by myself! He discussed in detail what needed to be done (no tools, just manipulating the faucet handle) and assured me that there was no danger of the actual valve coming loose or the like (you won't flood your house, don't worry). He said that he felt that a service call for something like this was an unnecessary expense for such a simple repair.

I went to the bathroom, followed his repair steps, and within 5 minutes, the faucet was working perfectly! Based on the repair tip that this company gave me FOR FREE over the phone, I was able to fix my issue. If ever there was a textbook definition for honesty, this has to be it.

Micah's Honest Plumbing will be my go-to plumber moving forward. Any company that will do something like this for a first time customer is a business that anyone should want to work with. Definitely give them a call if you're in the area and need plumbing work!

Tim Long Plumbing installed my appliances in my new home.  Instead of using a supplied water supply line from the manufacturer, they decided to create a makeshift line with many adapters (which the factory unit did not have).  One of the adapters failed, causing a slow leak which destroyed my cabinets and appliances.

The manufacturer has verified this was caused by the shoddy installation of a non-recommended supply line.  Tim Long has been contacted, and ask to make this right,and no cure was offered.

I've dealt with Hard Times Plumbing multiple times and they were always honest, courteous, professional, and dependable. Eric stands behind his work and doesn't stand for shoddy repairs. Just had two gentlemen come out to clear a drain line. On the weekend, in the late afternoon. They did what was needed in a very timely manner. Most of my friends use them as well.

Tank yanker installed my tankless water heater in December 2010. After a few few years, I started noticing black particle in the water, especially when we fill the bath tub. Since it started more frequently, I decided to contacted Tank yanker. He came and said it is water problem, he said he can install a water filter for $550. I said, we are just treating symptom not the cause. I decided to contact the manufacturer Noritz. They also said, it could be water problem. I said, there are many people in our neighborhood who has tankless water heater and none of them have this problem.  

I called another plumber and he said it is the problem with flex pipe Tank yanker used which has rubber inside  to connect the hot water output to copper pipe. He replaced it and our problem is solved. When he took the flex pipe out, the rubber inside was disintegrated and was coming out.

I think Tank yanker knew the problem, but he did not want to admit and want to get another $550 to just correct the symptom. I do not know this was just an oversight during the installation or intentional, but he could have easily fixed it.

Absolutely horrible craftsmanship.  Bill charges a premium prices and delivers low end work.  I hired him to do an extensive remodel of my master bedroom and I regret it every time I look at it.  Horrible paint job, bad carpentry, and sloppy tile work.   His crew has no business doing finish work of any kind.  When you point out the obvious workmanship issues he becomes belligerent and makes little effort to correct problems.  You will be doing your own quality control as he makes little effort to do so on your behalf.  I ended up having paying him out and finishing the job myself because he cannot or will not engage qualified tradesmen.

I had a leaking pipe and this plumbing company was able to repair it in no time. Their team was prompt, courteous, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
