We needed a faucet installed in the kitchen and a toilet valve installed in one of the bathrooms.  I called and was able to schedule them in the next day.  (none emergency request).  They came early and completed the job.  They cleaned up when done and were very respectful while working in out home.  I'd certainly use them again.

As a property manager for two homes I have needed plumbing work done. Strain has come out several times and been leaps and bounds more helpful than any other company! The plumbers know what they are talking about and are so kind and efficient! I will always use Strain!

I called because my shower diverter (thing that switches from tub to shower) had quit. I also had some longstanding problems from the previous owners. Fixed the shower as best it could be fixed (the previous owner had used super glue) & told us that further repairs would take going through the wall, asking if we wanted to tackle that now or not. We didn't. The previous owners had clogged the bathroom sinks with all manner of junk, they vacuumed that out & the sinks work great. Probably the most notable service was the one they suggested I didn't need. Our laundry machine drain vents into the attic, instead of all the way through it to the roof. I asked for them to extend it through. They said that since it's been that way for a while and they didn't see any evidence of mold, they didn't think it was necessary right now. I didn't get it done, but I will call them in the future.

Curly's came out and located a water leak in my front yard. Completely professional not tearing up my yard when they dug up the line. They even filled it in and leveled my yard back to where it was. They have reasonable prices for what they did. I'm very impressed. I will use them again.

We had a leak in our shower and an immediate need for a plumber. This company was prompt and professional. If you're looking for a great, fairly priced, and reliable plumber they are definitely the way to go!!

I reached out for help with a bad main sewer line clog late at night and they replied very quickly and were available to help early the next day. John and Javier came out and were able to assess the issue, point of clogs and clear it quickly. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything - explained what the problem was, what caused it (flushable wipes are not really flushable!) and how to avoid it in the future, as well as upfront pricing and a clear scope of work. Clogged main sewer line cleared in under an hour. Thanks!

Ellis and his crew Mike and Dustin came to put faucets in my bathrooms and kitchen. They were quick to schedule an appointment and able to accommodate our work schedules and come late. Pricing was great; they were professional and friendly and worked together as a team to quickly get the job done. Glad we have found a plumber for the future in case problems arise. Due, to advanced age (not our age - the hoses), we decided to replace the hoses to our new washing machine. We weren't able to remove the hot water hose from the bib due to corrosion.  After many attempts to remove the hose, using blaster, WD40, pliers, wrenches, hacksaw, etc,  we contacted HC Edwards. HC Edwards Plumbing replaced both valves.

Don't want to write a bad review as the scheduler was very good and want to acknowledge that work. However, I had an ER emergency and called to cancel the first appointment that day. They were kind and rescheduled. I made it clear to text me when they on on their way the second time because of an elder care situation. No text. I sped to the house, texted them I'm 10 minutes late. They said they could not wait for me and to find another Plummer. Gave me a 3 hour window where I have to sit and wait... can't hold 10 minutes for my elder mom? They knew my situation. I was direct, communicative, and did my best and expect others to be the same. I want home and was ready and planned and coordinated another person to watch my sick mom for three hours so I could wait for them, and 10-15 minutes wasn't worth their time. This is service now I guess. They did have good text at setting up the appointment, but I can't say the quality of work as they bailed.

Called Mars for assistance with a leak in my front yard on Saturday and Joe was by within an hour to checkout the issue. He provided a quote and picked up the parts from the store and quickly returned to fix the issue. Joe was very honest and efficient. Great customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company.  I was out of town when my husband text me disastrous photos of our ceiling on the floor due to a back-up in the AC system in our attic.  I was watching a Texas Ranger game and saw a commercial for Xtreme Air.  It was about 7:30pm.  I called and a real human being answered the phone and there were two technicians at our home in 20 minutes.  Chad and Sam were wonderful and made my husband feel at ease during a very upsetting incident.  Apparently the last AC people had disconnected the emergency drain.  They were there for a couple of hours.  They got everything unclogged and running smoothly again and then called DryForce to come out to start the drying a repair process.  You would think the charges for coming out after hours would be astronomical.  No!!!  I was shocked at the low price.  We also bought a service contract which gives us 2 free check-ups per year, as well as a plumbing check.  I have had Chad and Sam back to check out our dampering system which had also been disconnected.  They were so nice and, right away, I saw why my husband was so impressed.  They were on time, thorough, and did a great job.  We have only been in our home for a year and a half and have had terrible luck, obviously, with AC companies.  Now, our worries are over.  We have great AC professionals we can trust, as well as plumbers.  I've already had Ruben out to check my plumbing.  He came out very quickly and was very professional, as well!!!  Thank goodness I'm a Ranger fan!!!!

On Sunday, September 18th, Ron Winn with HEB Plumbing came out to the house, about 1 1/2 hour, after our initial call.  We had both bathrooms flooding, and needed a main drain clean out.  They charged us $180, which in retrospect, and viewing their website, should've been $160, with numerous discounts available.  Of course, no mention of any this.  They unclogged the drain, told us not to use flush-able wipes, wrote the invoice, and we're gone, within 30 minutes.

Fast forward to Friday, September 23, it was clogged, again.  My wife tried to call, numerous times, while I was at work, leaving messages, with no reply.  When I got home, I called, numerous times, and left an email.  Seeing as, we (over)paid for a service, from a company that states 24/7 Warranty Service, we continued to call, and make contact, to redo the clean out.  No one called, replied to my email, or anything.

On Sunday, September 25, I waited till 11:30 am, for some type of reply.  At least, call, or email, and tell us that your not going to stand by your policies, you so proudly, broadcast on your website.  I decided to go to Home Depot, and rent an auger, similar to what the plumbers used.  This cost me $79, which is what I should've done in the first place.  I cleaned out the drain, and so far, so good.

I don't understand the lack of integrity our society has reduced itself to.  I want to expose those who can't, or won't, live up to what they state, for the sake of those hard working, upstanding businesses.

Don't send your business their way, there are plenty of other plumbing services available, or DIY, like I had to.

Fast and reliable. His prices are lower than anyone else we called prior to hiring him.

I had a worst experience that the person who wrote the review above .  I was talked down to totally .   When I asked a question to Mr. Murley about the job . He became very angry . That was my tip  off . He gave me a huge estimate bill in writing.after talking down to me in front of my wife . Became ever more hostile  Then  pointed out where it states in his estimate. Is not an estimate could cost even more .Mr. Murley  then asked how I planned on paying and whether I had the money. .  His estimate was 7,500.00 I politely said thank you .  He left mad .. .  Had Allred plumbing complete the same job for 975.00 .
