I am a first time homeowner and 4 days into moving in our power went out in half of our house. Mario answered our call as he was closing the shop and came by our house even though he was on his way home. He was out at our house within 20 minutes and was extremely informative and helpful. After taking a look he fixed the issue within minutes and didn't even charge us because it was only tightening a wire. We would have been stuck in a house with no AC or working appliances... He gave us some great advice moving forward as homeowners and I would HIGHLY recommend them. I will 100% be using them with any issues that may arise moving forward. Thank you SO MUCH Mario. Robert was a referral and came highly recommended.  I was setting up work from another city for my parents house.  From the moment I text him, he was responsive and answered all questions and an appointment was set.  He showed up earlier than his appointment time which is great!  He stayed in constant communication throughout the process.  Even though there was an issue with the device connecting to the smart phone which he had no control over, he came back the next day to follow up and follow through.  It's rare to find someone of Robert's caliber that can be trusted with not only quality of work but to do it with integrity!  Thank you Robert, will for sure be recommending you to other family and friends!

The circuit for my air conditioning unit went out the Friday evening before 100 degree heat hit Houston the very next day.  When I called Tyco's phone number Saturday morning the answering machine gave me a number to call in case of emergency.  The owner picked up the emergency line and had a truck to my house in about an hour and a half.  The electrician was very professional, quick and clean.  Considering it was a Saturday morning I believe the price was fair and well within the industry standard.

Had an electrical issue that was causing the A/C in our house to malfunction. Not only were Christopher and Samuel there that same day, but they were excellent in their knowledge of what was wrong and how to fix it. They diagnosed and fixed the issue rapidly and even explained why it happened and how to fix it as they were repairing. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Would 100% call again with any electrical issues. Price was cheaper than expected as well!

JN'L Electric were an absolute dream to work with. Our initial meeting with Tacora was informative and helpful. She was able to answer the questions we had, tell us what to expect, prepared us for minor sheetrock repair after install and made recommendations to make sure we received the results we were looking for. We were provided with a proposal and fair estimate for the work we needed done.  Eric and Victor made an outstanding team. They arrived on time and completed the multiple tasks we needed to have done. They installed 4 canister lights and light switch in a room with no lighting, replaced a gfci switch in our kitchen, removed an ancient alarm system and wiring from a closet and attic, installed an outdoor outlet with switch to our patio, and added a plug in our garage. Eric and Victor did excellent work, minimized the need for sheetrock repair, and were so neat that you would never have known we had work done. We could not be any happier with the work we had completed and we will certainly use them again for future jobs. I highly recommend JN'L Electric!!!!

This happened on a Friday night when my parents plugged a high voltage heater in the bathroom. The other socket in the bathroom shorted and caught on fire. It was so fried that we can't even see were the screw was supposed to be that held the wire. It wasn't a job that I was comfortable with my husband doing since he's not an electrician so I looked on yelp and I found Ty. I messaged him via yelp right away. And he came over within 1 1/2 hour. I did ask him what the service price was going to be just to get an idea of the expenses. I dont like to be surprised on a bill that I didn't agree to and this wasn't a problem with these guys. Ty and Eric were very professional and fixed the problem. When they had to replace something Ty would tell me how much more it was going to cost in addition to the service price and I like the honesty. I absolutely would call him again for any electrical problems that we can handle ourselves. I'm very thankful that my parents house didn't catch on fire and I feel that my parents are safe to use those outlets in the bathroom since I saw Ty fixing the problem. I don't think I could have asked for a faster response time on a weekend and I'm very grateful that these men know what they are doing.

That's  a lie bull company is full of bull mess, you got over here talking about a consultation, that you had to see the job and then grab my hands and state that you are giving me a deal when you know you are taking advantage because if I turned you down you would have walked away with 80 dollars because you stated that is your charge for  consultations but if  you do the job then you would not charge the consultation fee. Charging a 150.00 for nailing four out door lights on the outside of a home was not a tedious job to do and you didn't even break a sweat!!!  Beware of any business that wants to come for a consultation because you will end up paying whether they get the job or not.

Worst customer service. Did not have work done, but if you catch these gentleman in the wrong mood, they are not kind nor even tempered. I was essentially told to bugger off and find someone else to do the work because I called to check on a estimate.

We paid them to fix our sign and it never worked.  They are not good. I called and called but they never addressed the issue.  When I was booking the appointment they returned my calls quickly. I'm very disappointed with their service.
