Rosendo is very communicative and helpful. I hired him to install two A/C surge protectors. We also talked about home generators and he gave me some good information and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using Rosendo for my electrical projects now. Thank you Rosendo!

West End Electric is one of the most reliable, efficient, fair and friendly businesses of any kind I have ever interacted with. From their friendly phone-answerer/owner Wrenn, to Ruben, the electrician who always comes right away to diagnose and fix whatever we need, they are the best. They have crawled all over our circa 1981 home in the west end of Galveston and upgraded almost every electrical part.  Everything works without a problem after they're there.  Their prices are very fair, and transparent, too. I recommend them without any hesitation.

You can always tell what kind of company it is when you leave a message at 730am and they do not call back. Our first impression is the operator, she is very friendly and attentive. She said they will call back by 9am.  I tried back at 3pm and she asked if I wanted to leave another message.  

Word of advice, if someone dropped the ball, escalate the call and not asked if they wanted to leave another message because that did not work the first time.

I do not know where the breakdown in communication is, but if that how they handle business, you have to wonder how they will handle your repairs. Disappointing.

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. Technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing.  Very happy with the work they did, would definitely use them again.  Very reasonable rates too!!!

A very good friend recommended that I call Preferred Electrical Services to have work done on my inspection report before selling my home. I spoke to the owner Mr. Joe Messina regarding what I needed to have done and he listened to me and was very knowledgable.

After reviewing my inspection report he gave me a quote over the phone for completing the items that needed attention. Not only was he on time but he also was courteous and completed the job for a fraction of the cost that other companies quoted me.

Affordable Services Houston has been a joy to work with. The skills that the crew we had work on our house were unmatched. The vision that they had in reviving a house that had been in serious need of updating came out beautifully!! I remodel my house and Empire electric did an excellent job rewiring the house, recommending and installing all my LED lights and getting house back in code after previous owners freelanced multiple additions. Highly recommended for all residential electrical needs.

I called to get an estimate on some electrical work. The owner told me to message him the work that I needed, which I did. I never heard from him again. Total waste of time.

I have used Apex for many years and am a loyal customer. Leave a message and someone will call you back.  Very knowledgable, dependable and reasonably priced. He has done many small jobs for me,  and even replaced my whole electrical box.

I discovered bad wiring in my daughter's kitchen while hanging a light fixture and couldn't fix it myself. I discovered TES via a Google search that turned up a couple of 5 star recommendations. I left a message on his voice mail and Jason Trevino returned my call within 1/2 an hour. He came out the same afternoon to scope the job and did the work the following day. I was expecting to pay through the nose because of the short notice but the cost was very reasonable.

I checked with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Jason Trevino carries both a Texas Electrical Contractor's License and a Master Electrician's License.

After the first experience I decided to have him give me a bid on replacing the two old circuit breaker panels in my own house. Again, the cost he quoted was reasonable and he did the work very quickly. The wiring inside the new panels looks beautiful. The Lake Jackson building inspector came by to issue the final approval after Jason had left. He told me Jason's work is always very good.

They replaced our breezeway lighting and light on front porch. They recommended an alternative that gave the look we wanted at a much more affordable price.  Would definitely use them again for any electrical need. Very professional and prompt.

This company is honest, reliable, on time, and fixed my problem. I had been told by another company that my generator was not fixable. They said the parts I needed were impossible to get, I needed a new one. I couldn't buy a new one at this time. After two power outages in my subdivision I decided to call for a second opinion. Mr. Electric came out took a look and said a fuse was out cleaned the carburetor out and it started. Mr. Electric also completely checked my system to make sure everything is working properly. The other company was trying to take advantage of me. I am so thankful to know that there is still honest people in this world.

I was very impressed with the electrician, Rene. He arrived punctually, and was friendly, polite
and helpful. He outlined in detail what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost.
He put plastic covers on his feet, to keep the carpet clean, which is something I appreciated.
He drove to 3 stores in order to find the equipment he needed to complete the job, which meant
I didn't have to reschedule another visit. This is the second job that I have had done with Mister
Sparky and both times the electricians have done an excellent job. I can highly recommend the
company for your electrical work.

11/15/2018... I look at social media and look @ reviews like everyone else, food, business etc.. I thought WIRED was perfect for my jobs. I needed 5 outlets installed, three inside two outside, three ponged toggle switch, a dimmer an some light bulbs removed. Over $1400 was my bill for this, contractor was here for 8 hours.. yes, some sheet rock work was needed.. for the inside, but charging $92 for a dimmer.. I owned a business for years, yes we need to make money for bills.. but the lesson I learned is when you think you found the right company, continue to shop around.
