Had this company out to fix an electrical problem we were having and to install a 30 amp service. The electrician seemed to be professional and competent however the problem did not get fixed. We called the office and was told they would get back with us. After 3 calls we still haven't heard back from the office. Now the number is no longer in service.

The owner of this company came out personally to take care of the problems we had with one of his former employees. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is here right now. He is very familiar with this floor plan and the builder and the way it is wired.  I knew we had problems and he knows what's going on and how to fix it. I am adding on to my house soon and would love for him to do the electrical contracting. I would gladly recommend him and his company to anyone. Once again I am very impressed..Not only with his knowledge and professionalism but also his and the offices response to my problem. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

I am in charge of Operations on our HOA and have been using Fort Bend Electrical  for over 9 years (Previous operations Member used them as well, but I can only speak of the 9 1/2 years I have worked with them.

Rudy provided me with a FREE and reasonable quote.   He and his crew were on time, and did excellent work. The adjustment that I requested was made with a quick response.  I am completely satisfied with the work, and will definitely continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend this company. They are rare in that they are truly looking out for the best interest of their customer so that you are satisfied with the end result.

We had 5 recessed lights, a tv wall outlet, and bar lighting.  Very prompt, and professional service from the estimate all the way to the install.  Cleaned up as they continued through the jobs. Technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing.  Very happy with the work they did, would definitely use them again.  Very reasonable rates too!!!

A very good friend recommended that I call Preferred Electrical Services to have work done on my inspection report before selling my home. I spoke to the owner Mr. Joe Messina regarding what I needed to have done and he listened to me and was very knowledgable.

After reviewing my inspection report he gave me a quote over the phone for completing the items that needed attention. Not only was he on time but he also was courteous and completed the job for a fraction of the cost that other companies quoted me.

Affordable Services Houston has been a joy to work with. The skills that the crew we had work on our house were unmatched. The vision that they had in reviving a house that had been in serious need of updating came out beautifully!! The staff was very personable and I would recommend them for all of your remodeling and renovation needs! Jay and Chandra were masterful at keeping the costs down and when we're ready to add to what has already been done, I will go back to ASH time and again! They completely reimagined my master bedroom and expanded my shower stall to fit someone like me who had had a stroke!! Totally different space now. I remodel my house and Empire electric did an excellent job rewiring the house, recommending and installing all my LED lights and getting house back in code after previous owners freelanced multiple additions. Highly recommended for all residential electrical needs.

Ok, when you call someone like an Electrician, you're looking for someone you can trust.  This is hard to do if you haven't called anyone before, and I know, because I've never called an Electrician before either.  

Anyway, Glen was an exception.  The way I could tell was because when I called Glen (on a recent Sunday afternoon) for an emergency need, his first question was:

Tell me what your problem is right now

Not: Today is a Sunday so there are afterhours fees. or
Not: There's a trip fee before I can head out there

If someone cares more about the fees than actually what the problems are, do it like me... hang up.  And call someone else.

For me, I happen to find Glen.  He got to me in less than 45 minutes and was able to diagnose the problem in another 45 minutes.  He did some tests, explained what the tests do, and diagnosed it WITH me.  

He asked me if the solutions were ok, and boom, fixed.  Cannot get any better.  Folks, he's a great gem.  You're welcome.

I have used Apex for many years and am a loyal customer. Leave a message and someone will call you back.  Very knowledgable, dependable and reasonably priced. He has done many small jobs for me,  and even replaced my whole electrical box.

Really professional from the first phone call to after the job was done. They came out the same day, arrived on time and did a great job without any fuss. Very reasonable rates. I will definitely use them again.

What can I say, Jason has done a magnificent job, fast and affordable. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had been having Air Conditioning issues which turned out to be a burned up breaker. I immediately called TES (it was Friday evening) and Jason came out to assess the situation. We came up with a plan to get the AC running safely. Over the weekend Jason wrote up a quote to upgrade the breaker panel. He came out this morning with everything he needed to complete the job with little down time. Once the power was restored by the power company Jason stayed and labeled each switch for us. Keep doing what you do and treating all clients as well as I have been treated. Thank You

This company is honest, reliable, on time, and fixed my problem. I had been told by another company that my generator was not fixable. They said the parts I needed were impossible to get, I needed a new one. I couldn't buy a new one at this time. After two power outages in my subdivision I decided to call for a second opinion. Mr. Electric came out took a look and said a fuse was out cleaned the carburetor out and it started. Mr. Electric also completely checked my system to make sure everything is working properly. The other company was trying to take advantage of me. I am so thankful to know that there is still honest people in this world.

In 2010, we had Wired Electrical Services install a  17kw Generac Generator to provide us with power in the event of a lengthy power loss.  I was extremely happy with the service they provided.  They were very straight forward with information about the generator and the price quote and made sure that the generator would meet our requirements.  They provided not only an installation date and time but also a diagram of precisely where the generator would be installed. The installation was fast and efficient.    In all of the years since the installation, they have continued to provide dependable service.  I purchased  the extended warranty  for 10 years (Parts and Labor) and continue to purchase the yearly maintenance plan.  I remain a satisfied customer.
