I spoke to Wes on the phone. I was referred to him by another electrician in the area, who said that he did really solid work so 'give him a call'. It wasn't about getting any electrical work done. This was for a marketing opportunity. I just wanted to say that he was very professional, returned my phone call quickly, was easy to understand on the phone (sometimes the trade company owners sound like they're running the lawnmower in the background and mumble). I speak to about 80-100 small business owners (or their assistants) every day. Maybe 1 or 2 owners a week are as professional in all aspects as Wes was. Keep it up.

While the work appears to be done correctly and timely, there is one issue that has caused me to rate them as just okay. When drilling through the outside of the house into the outlet switch for power, and then installing the waterproof box on the outside of the house for the wire to go into the ground and to the pond receptacle, there is one thing still not completed as promised. The installer forgot to bring a waterproof outlet plate, so had to install just a plastic plate over the outlet. He promised to come back on Monday (installed on Friday). No return. A few days later I received a request for writing a review and I told them it won't be as good as they wanted due to the outlet. They assured me the installer would come out and take care of it that day. That was a week ago. I guess once they have their money, doing the job right and to fulfillment is not a priority. I probably won't use them again.

Our AC was struggling to keep up in the recent 100 degree heat. I called someone else first who came out and after 10 minutes told me my system was shot and I would have to replace everything at a price tag of over $5000 - and they charged me $75 for the 10 min visit. Decided to get a second opinion. Found Mike on the local HKA Facebook page. He came out and after 10 minutes told me my system was running fine and showed me why (broken fan motor in the attic) our AC was struggling - only a $200 fix. Mike wouldn't even take my $$ for the first service call. Needless to say, wont be calling anyone else about AC issues in the future.

I can't speak to the quality of service but I can speak to the poor communication that meant I didn't even use Weeks. I scheduled an appointment for a tuneup online. The window was 8 am to 1 pm. It's a HUGE time window, but Weeks told me I could call the morning of to get a narrower time frame. So I did; I called around 7:30 am and spoke with Faith, who said my tech would arrive at 12 pm. Great, I thought, so I went to run errands. I got a call at 10:33 am from the tech. He was at my house, an hour and a half early. I informed him of my earlier conversation. Madison then called me three minutes later to tell me that since I booked online, the tech was within his time window, and we'd have to reschedule for next week.
What?!
Madison also said she didn't know why Faith had told me 12. And that the tech was only an hour early (no, he was an hour and a half early, but nice try).
I canceled the appointment because if they can't even give me accurate information and then try to gaslight me over a time another employee had given me, I can only imagine the scam they'd pull once they had access to my HVAC systems.
And when I expressed the poor communication to Madison, she insisted that they were within their time window. So why tell me to call to get a more accurate time? Is my time not as valuable as theirs? Why not just say, It's going to be between 8 and 1 and leave it at that?

I called this business and the gentleman (not sure if he's the owner or staff member) immediately answered. Unfortunately, he sounded as if he were obviously busy which is fine but it felt as if I was bothering him. We decided that he would come out at his convenience which would be the following week. I thought about the call, our conversation and how I felt. I began searching for another electrician or handyman. The call was made and the interaction was the complete opposite of my previous experience. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and immediately called the gentleman respectfully to cancel my appointment. I didn't get an answer so I proceeded to send a text message but I never received a callback or follow up. He should've at least returned my call or text to inquire about why I was canceling and then offer an apology. That never happened.

I was having issues keeping upstairs where my baby sleeps at a decent temperature. I messaged them on yelp and they got back to me the same day. Owner came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate and the price was very fair. They installed a radiant barrier and some insulation and my problem is fixed, in fact it's actually colder upstairs than downstairs now. Great company, reasonably priced, very good response time. I needed a 220 volt 40 amp breaker. In a completed 2 story house that creates an issue. They had to drill into my house, run new wires up the side of the house across the attic, back down to where the breaker box is and drill back into the house. They made sure the wire in the attic was out of the way, We appreciate the extra effort. The crew was polite and professional. We definitely recommend this company. We will use them for all of our electrical work.
