Their quote was fair, their preparation work was impressive, and the project was completed within the time frame as promised. Brian came out to give me a quote to fix an issue in my back house. He was prompt and kind. He could have charged me for extensive work that I didn't need but didn't. He honestly explained things to me in a way that I understood. Definitely recommend him and will plan to use if I need electrical work in the future.

Phillip was right on time and walked us through the various problems we had asked him to address.  While he wasn't able to fix a couple of outside lights that were probably wired badly by the previous owner of this house, he did fix the one major one for which we are very grateful.  Thanks for your prompt and efficient service.

Our AC was struggling to keep up in the recent 100 degree heat.  I called someone else first who came out and after 10 minutes told me my system was shot and I would have to replace everything at a price tag of over $5000 - and they charged me $75 for the 10 min visit.  Decided to get a second opinion.  Found Mike on the local HKA Facebook page.  He came out and after 10 minutes told me my system was running fine and showed me why (broken fan motor in the attic) our AC was struggling - only a $200 fix.  Mike wouldn't even take my $$ for the first service call.  Needless to say, wont be calling anyone else about AC issues in the future.

I contacted Weeks for issues with my breakers tripping.  Of course when the technician shows up I can't get them to trip.  The technician diagnosed my breakers and said they are arc fault breakers and need to be reset.  He did that and thought this would correct the problem but did mention that if it continues to call and they would schedule someone to come back immediately.  The next day I began having the same issues with several breakers tripping.  I called Weeks again and Travis came the same day.  He apologized that I was still having the issue and ask several questions to better help him understand why this was happening.  He checked everything inside my house then outside.  He found the issue inside the main breaker box outside.  He was very professional and courteous.  I highly recommend their services!

We called Deuce after finding them on Yelp because our furnace/AC unit was not getting any power.

First, the good: They arrived the same day we called.  The electrician who arrived was friendly and professional.

Second, the bad: It turned out that a simple switch had been broken and needed to be replaced.  The electrician was here for around 45 minutes, most of which was spent trying to determine the source of the problem.  The actual fix took about five minutes.  Our final invoice to replace the switch was $130.00, which we consider exorbitant.

Would give 10 stars if I could!  Needed an EV charger installed in my garage, submitted request at 430p Thursday and entire job was completed by Friday 11am.  Straightforward pricing, clean work, easy to pay with credit card.  Justin - you were a real pleasure to have in my house and hope to have another reason in the future to work with you!!!

Prolectric did an excellent job. After a miscommunication with another service electrician, the owner, Jimmy, came over himself to sort things out. He was extremely polite and professional (as everyone we have spoken with at ProLectric has been) and he has been working to build his family business in Friendswood for 20+ years. He went out of his way to help us and we will certainly use ProLectric in the future. Quick, easy and honest. This local business owner earned our trust and I'm happy he called to follow up with us. I will recommend them to my South Houston/Bay Area clients in the future.

Travis and Charles are the friendliest, most professional crew you can ask for these days.  They have the know-how for just about any job.  We have been using them at my business for a few years now and we couldn't be happier.  I would highly recommend their services to anybody.

I needed to replace a dryer outlet.  I called McNutt around 1:30pm and they were able to send someone out that afternoon.  They actually arrived early and had the repair done in about 20 minutes.  I am super happy with their service and they are competitively priced.  Well done, McNutt!

Tried to reach the company for 1 week, left numerous messages when their phones were working . Never received a call back.

If they can't even answer their phones, I doubt they can complete a job properly and if you had trouble you would never be able to reach them.
