Best Electricians in Texas
I used them to install a ceiling fan that was 15 feet up. They were professional and on time. I was surprised by how organized they kept their work area. They had to rewire the fan since the wires weren't long enough to go through the down rod. They ran to Home Depot and picked up the needed wires. They didn't charge extra. The quote he gave me over the phone is what I paid. They did a turn key install. There was no mess left after.

Our first electrician left us in the middle of a whole house re-wire. We were very frustrates and discouraged to say the least. Danny came in and set us at ease from the beginning. His attention to detail, safety and doing things the right way is obvious. It is clear that he takes pride in his craft and has a heart for helping others. We are so thankful for Island Electrical Services.

Best electrical work you can ask for, best customer service, and support. Mr Scott will get your job done with perfection and safety.

Wonderful experience! I am new to the area and had an electrical emergency. Mr. Clark answered the phone personally and sent his son, another licensed electrician, to my home within 4 hours. Richard fixed the problem easily and now I have electricity in the house again. I also was treated fairly with the cost. Clark Electrical Services business card is now on my refrigerator and I will use them in the future.

I am proud to say that I highly recommend Generator Power Systems (GPS) & Fish Electric, Inc. for any work of this type you may have. I probably could of sub-contracted this work but sure glad I didn't. My electrician and plumbing contractors advised me to use a contractor who specifies in this type of work turn-key.
I high expectations for the products & services I buy. I learned long ago that low-bid usually comes with low expectations and inferior results. All projects will have problems along the way regardless. The way these problems are handled separates the good from the bad in a hurry. More times than not you never see the low-bid people again and find yourself starting over.
I obtained 3 quotes. GPS gave a complete quote package and all the technical information I requested, including consulting with Kohler in regards to any unique details of the install. Mike Bell was my consultant. No hard sell - let their reputation and product speak. Very knowledgeable. On-site consultation. All very smooth. One price, all-inclusive, true turn-key.
The problems I had with the other quotes were them not providing information I requested. One told me I could google the generator for myself. They wanted me to facetime them, walk around my place videoing everything, and measuring as I went. Neither knew what turn-key means. Tax, Permits Extra, TBD. Gas Meter upgrade not included. What else may there have been? GPS was not the lowest quote, but I bet by the end of the job they are.
They have a close trusted relationship with CenterPoint, both gas & electrical delivery. This is very important on both sides and can add weeks to the process if one is not familiar with the technical and legal requirements.
GPS consulted with City Permits and the inspector, getting Kohler involved to make sure all were on the same page long before the work was even scheduled. Jose Guandique and crew were our electrician and besides being knowledgeable & confident in their work, they met the inspector (very particular and thorough in his own right) on-site and looked at every wire one-by-one until the inspector was satisfied.
The working relationship with CenterPoint and local inspectors is very important. They have to turn your power off during the install of the transfer switch and panels, get an inspection, and get CenterPoint to reconnect your power. We were only down about an hour. Without a smooth transition with these entities you could be out of luck until things are resolved.
Shannon kept me aware of every step and scheduling details. The first crew (Rick) came in and poured a concrete pad (they don't use flimsy throw-down composite pads) and hand-dug the trench which was very hard work in out hard ground and was done in a workman-like manner.
Like all their people that came out, the plumbing crew were on-time & left a clean location. They completed their gas line work and passed inspections without incident. The next step was coordinating with CenterPoint Gas to upgrade the gas meter. This can leave you with gas service for bit but GPS made sure everything was ready and went without a hitch.
With all the work complete Chris Rodriguez came out and certified (tested) the system and gave us a little class on how to operate it. Actually, there is very little to do but there's a few things you need to know and mainly stuff NOT to do. We have opted for the full-service contract and monitoring so things get taken care of even during a big storm event.
When I spend my money, I want to enjoy the process. It's cathartic for me. I truly appreciate watching fine neat & workmanlike manner happening in front of me. All-in-all, Generator Power Systems (GPS) & Fish Electric, Inc. provide high-quality equipment and service. Period.

Best Electrical Contractor hands down! Well run quality work performed at a fair price.
5415 Yale St, Houston, TX 77091
Ziggy came very quickly to review the scope of work and provided me a price after a few days, that was very competitive compared to other 2 companies I consulted. Miguel came to do the work, under guidance and supervision of Mr Ziggy, Master electrician. Both very professional and used masks. City inspection seems to be challenging for my patio project on which they had to set up a switch, run a wire from inside to the new outside covered patio to power LED lights and fans. However they worked on it up to having the work done at satisfaction of inspector and final price as per the agreed lump sum price, no surprises. Very satisfied, I recommended them already to a friends.

Outstanding service! Josh did great work in servicing our home. Very, very reasonable pricing and the actual cost was LOWER than what was estimated. We have now a go to electrician for all our needs. Look no further for other companies to come to your home. Very quick and professional. I recommend this company to anyone needing a certified electrician.

I needed the exterior lights replaced at my barn and I decided to get some quotes from several local electricians. I called Walco and they sent someone out that afternoon to take a look. The 2 men who came out were very helpful, friendly, and quickly identified the problem. I appreciated how they gave me options (they could go purchase a light or I could buy the light at Amazon or local hardware store). I chose to buy my own light and they made sure I knew exactly what I needed. I ordered my lights and when they arrived I called them and they came out the same day to install. They were quick, courteous, and did a great job. Walco's pricing is extremely competitive. Definitely the best pricing that I found. They were very honest and instilled trust. I am adding Walco to my Contacts in my phone and will definitely be calling them again and again. I highly recommend them!

Friendly, professional, honest, arrived on time, with the job costing exactly what was quoted at the time of booking. Mat asked questions along the way to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. Not surprised when they whipped out the dust pan and brush to clean up after themselves. Would definitely call M. Dean Electric for my next job!

I had a really positive experience with David from Definite Electric today. Had a problem with our automatic gate which is fed by electricity. He arrived promptly quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired without incurring a huge cost. I highly recommend this Company and will certainly recommend to neighbors and friends

Houses built in the 70's are not updated with current electric codes. I happen to have to deal with an electrical panel from that time.
One of the breakers was burned out causing dryer not working. I called Justin. He responded quickly. He found a breaker switch and replaced it at very reasonable price.
This temporary patch was cheaper than replace the entire electrical panel. Although, I should update my electrical panel when next breaker fails.

These guys replaced a service drop for me that ran about 100ft. They were on time, the work was not delayed and everything they promised was delivered. Their prices were competitive and provided far better value than Abacus or Weeks (got quotes from both). They did excellent quality work - seeing the whole job through from start to finish. Highly recommended if you're having electrical problems.

This is Ashton Woods electrical contractor. I can confirm the shoddy work. They installed my outside electrical panel and whole house surge protector incorrectly. I also have issues with dimming lights while under load. They don't know why and told me to contact Centerpoint which I did. Centerpoint said the problem is landmark and not the lines that run to the house....
11316 Windfern Rd, Houston, TX 77064
We purchased new fixtures and hired them to replace the old ones. They installed the new ones we bought and took the ones that were currently hung without our permission. They don't stand behind their work. Good luck getting them to come out to repair once you have paid them.

Hired these guys to rewire our home. They started out great and got high marks. This father and two son crew looked promising. By the middle of the job they had five or so change orders and needed more materials that they asked me to pay for. At the end of the job they had ordered enough materials to rewire this house twice. They carried all of the excess materials home with them, and they left the job incomplete after we refused to buy more material. The father Carl lie about having an electricians license. He promise to show up for two weeks to finish his work, but never did. We have to hire new electrician. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.

I contacted Liberty to get an estimate for some work at my home & spoke to their receptionist. We made an appointment to have someone meet me at home the following Tuesday at 2:45. I had to make arrangements to leave work early because they weren't able to meet with me later.
When they still had not arrived by 3:30, I called their office and spoke to the same receptionist to check on my appointment. She seemed confused. She asked if she could call me back shortly after checking their records. That was three days ago, I still haven't heard from them. Their electricians may do great work, but I never got to find out. If they do, their receptionist does not represent them well.
