These guys are phenomenal! They responded very quickly! I had water coming out of the ground from my sprinkler system. They didn't hesitate to send a technician out immediately! He arrived right away, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem on site. If you're looking for a reliable company that won't break the bank, do not hesitate to use these guy!!!! 5 star all the way!

I usually do my own plumbing work, but I met my match on a kitchen sink clog from onions and spinach put down a garbage disposal.  I had snaked from under the sink and the cleanout on the roof, tried covering the drain waste vent and using a shop vac on the drain pipe under my sink, and finally a chemical product that has served me well in the past, all to no avail.  I gave up and looked for recommendations on nextdoor.com, where I found great reviews from several people in my neighborhood.  I called them just before noon and asked them to both clear the clog and hydrojet clean my main line, which had been slow for some time.  Not all plumbers can do hydrojet cleaning/clearing, but Winstead has the equipment.  About 2 hours after my call, Arturo and Gerardo (I hope I remembered their names correctly) came out and immediately cleared the clog with a bigger snake and a second head needed after a bend in the pipe blocked the initial attempt.  They did this very quickly.  Then, at my request, they snaked the whole line from the kitchen side of my house and hydrojetted the main 4-inch line on the other side of my house and out to the street.  These guys were at my door at 2:01 p.m. and had all work done at 2:59 p.m.  I could have spent another day on that, but that's how the pros roll.  I'm really glad I called them and I am glad to refer them.  The guys were super-polite and friendly, too.  The kind of people you are comfortable having inside your home.  Thanks for the great work.

Benjamin did a great job on my leaking outdoor faucets. He was friendly, knowledgeable and finished up everything in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if a plumbing problem arises.

Jorge was a life savior. I just bought my first house and started what I thought was an easy DIY project. Boy was I wrong. Jorge was able to fix the damage I did to the drywall trying to remove painted on wallpaper and prep everything for me to paint. I couldn't be happier with the end results and will definitely be calling him in the future.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

The folks at A2Z Atomic Plumbing are truly amazing. My guest toilet broke around 4:00 in the afternoon on a Friday, 2 hours before my family was due to arrive for a weekend event. Frantic and hoping for a miracle, I called A2Z seeing if it were possible to squeeze me in last minute. I was able to speak with the owner directly who assured me it was no problem. Within 30 minutes a technician was at my door. He was courteous, efficient, and made the worry of having a less than ideal weekend disappear.

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

D-N-A Plumbing is VERY expensive. They took forever to figure out the plumbing problem charging ridiculous amounts with their hourly rate, and host of misc. charges for practically doing nothing. D-N-A are also known as Triple Crown Plumbing - bad reviews there are quite disturbing

I was charged nearly $2000 and when I called in to seek clarification,  a guy named Jack who answered told me that for any billing questions, I'd could expect a reply only after a MONTH. After telling him that I understood they were busy and I wouldn't take much of his time, he just skimmed through his records saying that home ownership comes at a price and I should not be complaining about charges. He passed the buck on high prices saying his employees deserved to be paid just as I was also paid in my job. He could not offer an explanation for any of the misc. charges that were on the invoice.  I told him that many of the charges were never revealed to me upfront and that's why I needed to know where they came from. But he berated me for calling in although I was being polite all along. Finally he just hung up on me..

Had a leaking AC condensate line. Jon was super knowledgeable, responded fast, and did great work. Really good value.

They broke my sink the. Told me it can't be fixed, you gotta buy a new one. I had a friend come over he fixed it. They installed my A/C unit and the fan was wired wrong it was blowing backwards. The guy was watching YouTube videos to figure out how to install. I will never use them again. They may have people licensed, but that is not who will come to your house.

I highly recommend Rick's hardware. We just moved into our new home in Southlake and my toddler locked our bathroom door. We did not have a key to open it and Trevor was over right away with the correct key to unlock it. Great customer service!

Scott Lusk the new owner took $6100 over three months ago to install a septic system. After asking for our first refund he decided to finally come install it.... but without the approval of SRA the authority of our county. They demanded he remove it. He did. Scott Lusk finally sent $1975. in the form of a check months later. We inquired about a FULL refund. He stated in an email he would pay in full when he got paid from other jobs. Meaning he stole and spent our money. We are filing suit and have reported him for felony theft to our local Sheriffs department.

Used Moore's Plumbing the last 7 years when is was owned by Debnnis, now I find out that Tim is the owner. Called needing to have a water heater replace was told that they would be at my house at 0830 when 0930 came around I called them and spoke with Tim , his response was that it would be later that evening and and thats how things go, my response was that at least a phone call would have been nice. Again responds was find another plumber after which I told him I would speak with Dennis the owner. Again his response was I'm the new Dennis and go find another plumber.

I will never used them again and I will tell all my friends about the lousy experience and lack of customer care.

He obviously has so much business that he can be rude to what was a  faithful customer, NO MOOR!!

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

My kitchen drain was slow, I searched internet and found Roto Rooter with good reviews, so submitted a request online. A technician called Eric came to my house yesterday afternoon, not only he made problem worse but also created new issues and left us with all the mess. The sink is now completely clogged with new leaking at three different places.

He broke my under sink pipes and waste disposal connections yesterday, asked me to change to new pipes and a new waste disposal, we agreed. So he came back today and installed the new pipes and waste disposal. We tried to test it after he completed the work, he said no need to test. We insisted to test it and the pipe connections started to leak within two minutes. First he tried to find an excuse but then committed it was an issue, he tried to fix the issue without success so decided to leave it as is.

We paid him 50% yesterday and agreed to pay another 50% after completing the work, but with all these issues we decided not to pay the rest 50%, he threatened us to call collecting company to get the money. We called their customer service but they would not come until tomorrow knowing our kitchen sink is completely out of order because of their work. This is the WORST experience we've ever had.

I hired this plumber based on the good reviews.  When I had a plumbing emergency he came right away and everything seemed off to a good start. I told him I was afraid of leaks and he said I don't do leaks.  Ok so he said he would come back the next day because the faucet was a bit loose.  He no showed.  I finally got a hold of him after calling non-stop and he said he would come.  He no showed and did not call.  I tried for 3 straight days with no response.  Now a couple of weeks have gone by and I have a leak.  He will not answer his phone.  I told him I was going to write a review every day he does not answer me.  I think his reviews are good because at first he seems nice and seems to know what he is doing but he does not.  I checked and he has complaints filed against him with Better Business Bureau and these complaints are exactly like mine.  BEWARE.
