Talk about a great plumbing company in Mesquite, Great Service Plumbing is awesome. Our sewer line was overflowing into the yard. These guys came out and repaired our water / plumbing lines in no time - even though they had to dig 8 feet down into the yard. This quality plumbing company did a great job and I highly recommend them.

My boiler broke up in the freezing weather and this company's plumber broke me advice over the phone which meant I could fix the problem myself-but I knew he 'd come out if I really needed him to. Super fantastic!

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

...had an emergency leak causing damage.  they scheduled me in quickly.  immediately resolved the issue in a timeframe faster than i thought could be done.  it wasn't cheap...and it shouldn't have been...but they explained every step of the process.  i now have them stored in my contacts and likely only folk i will call for anything related to my plumbing.  

Next, thinking about having them convert me to Tankless Water Heater, and circulation pumps for a couple of inside water locations that currently take too long for hot water to reach.  Takes too long, and wastes water...BSI can fix this for me.

They initially responded to my need for plumbing services through Yelp. I gave them information about the job and they asked for my number which they said they were going to pass on to their Plumbing Manager. Never heard from the Plumbing Manager or from Sammer again. The least they could have done was to let me know they weren't interested in the job so I didn't wait for them. I waited giving them adequate time to get back to me but they never did. Their loss is my gain! I did some internet research and figured out how to take care of the plumbing issue myself. Saved me hundreds of dollars! To think the last two times this issue happened I called a plumber in to take care of it. Not anymore! I won't bother with Go Heating & Air Services next time I have other plumbing needs nor for Heat and Air needs. They couldn't be bothered to get back to me and wasted valuable time. Good, timely communication and good, timely service is what earns my patronage.

Came out to look at a leak at the meter in the front yard.  Quoted $700, $400 to dig a one foot square hole and $300 to fix a leak in a plastic pipe at a union.  I declined.  To their credit they didn't charge for the ridiculous estimate.

We really like Classic Plumbing. We recently redid our master bathroom. The guy that was supposed to do it completely freaked out on us and left us high and dry. So we hired Classic Plumbing and Jeff came to the rescue. He did our very complicated bathtub. A freestanding tub. He put in all the showerheads and faucets as well . He also put in our toilet. I felt like he was part of the family once he left. Everything is beautiful and works perfectly. Classic Plumbing does an amazing job.  Jeff always wore his mask when he was in our house. We felt very safe having him around.

Travis Sewell was our plumber. He was professional & did a great job.  The price was good. He was on time. We got a discount for a special the company was running. He was able to fix the clogged drain quickly & explained what he was doing.

I went into Teter's with the faucet cartridge I was planning on replacing in my hand to make sure I got the correct cartridge. They sold me a moen 1225 cartridge. When I went home to install the cartridge, it went limp repeatedly. I wiped down the grease and it continued to go limp. I reinstalled the older cartridge I replaced and realized that the older cartridge had more resistance. I looked and saw that there were more resistance bands on the cartridge, indicating it was a different cartridge. I went back to return the cartridge that they had sold me and the guy asked me what he was suppose to do with it. That he couldn't resell it. I told him it was the wrong cartridge. He argued with me. The tone off the bat was combative. He passed me on to another person there working the counter who was helping another customer simultaneously and that guy spoke to me incredulously too. At one point the first guy opened up a moen faucet book enticing me to pick out which single handled faucet model I had. I try and support local business and I have been in there and bought plumbing supplies before, but I don't feel like its proper customer service to be combative with a customer. The guy who sold me the cartridge didn't even look at the one I brought in in the first place. Oh no, he never makes mistakes the guy said. Well, y'all made one today. Oh and the cartridge is listed $10 cheaper everywhere else. No reason to support this local business again.

Called this company yesterday as we are needing a plumber ASAP.  We spoke to someone and they said they would call back in a hour to let us know what was available. After waiting a little over an hour my husband had to call back only to be told they would get back to us with a time. Here it is next day at 9:04 and still have not heard back. Poor customer service.  Will not be doing business with this company.
