Contacted Michael and set an appointment to come out to my house to help with a breaker that kept tripping, install a 220 outlet in my garage for my EVSE (to charge my electric car). He showed up on time ( a few moment early in fact), gave me quick walk around to review the issues I had and what I wanted done and provided me a quote for a very fair price. I said great when can you start he said right now and proceeded to get all of it done within a few hours, showed me a few things in the panel that he saw that he suggested changing (and he did) and still came in below his initial quote. I called M.D. because of the Yelp reviews and they are 100% correct.

I had an amazing experience using Hang Pros. We purchased an Electric Vehicle and I needed a dedicated plug installed in my garage for a charging station. Immediately I could tell they had experience with this as they asked questions and provided information that the other companies had not. Once I provided the information they needed they gave a comprehensive quote for the work to be performed and stuck to the price. They showed up exactly when they said they would and were fast! My charging station installation was a breeze and I highly recommend Hang Pros.

The biggest thing I appreciate about W3 is that it didn't snub its nose at my very small job (malfunctioning doorbell); four other electrical companies refused to make the trip because it wasn't a big enough job (not sure why that matters if a customer is willing to pay the service fee anyway to obtain peace of mind from a professional). Turns out our transformer blew and needed replacing, which affected other outlets as well...not so small after all. My technician Jordan was on time, efficient, and professional, even calling beforehand to give me a heads up on his ETA. He was knowledgeable about required services and W3's packages to better aid me in making informed decisions about our house/what to prioritize. As a result we signed up for a membersship and will turn to W3 for our electrical needs from now on.

This review is purely based off Doug and his responsiveness when our home was experiencing electrical issues. He gave me a quick call, asked a few questions and gave me a suggestion on what could be the root cause of the issue, and he was absolutely right. The issue at hand was determined to be the electric provider, but Doug's quick response and helpfulness still deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

After checking out several electricians online and getting other bids, I was most impressed by the strong ratings and glowing comments about Great Brother Electrical Services. When I called them about the job we had, they scheduled it promptly and did the work the next day.

We asked them to install two new lights above our master bathroom vanities and a smart ceiling fan with three different light settings. Jesse and Jorge did the work in an exceptional way. They were careful, did masterful work, and cleaned up at the end so well that there was no evidence they had been here except for our having a more beautiful and comfortable home!

Another bonus of hiring them was that one of the two brothers who founded the company, Jose, stopped by to check on their work. He also spent time talking with my wife and me as he began assembling the ceiling fan. We were really impressed by his stopping by as he did.

I want to add that Jesse and Jorge could not have been more pleasant. They obviously enjoyed working together, working steadily with painstaking care, and finished everything with a master stroke of perfection.

So, we give Great Brother Electrical Services our highest recommendation. They could have not been better.

Overall, I am absolutely stunned by the amount of detail in their work, the quality of the technician's customer service, and (lastly but also most importantly in these times) the amount of care they take in your house. After moving to Texas for a few years, I was uncertain what to expect for this particular work I had: to take replace a painfully elaborate and intricate chandelier with the exact same one because the original was defective. Just going off the surface, the cost was about 40% higher when comparing against the lowest quote. However, it's very much worth every penny. The first thing is a consultation. I have a newborn at home and, as such, am super worried about the Delta COVID variant.  In addition to being polite and professional, Cameron the electrician grabbed his mask and made sure it was on the entire time consulting. He gave me the options (I had additional questions about other electrical work I needed) and the time frame. I agreed and Cameron came back two days later with his associate, Jeremy, to perform the work on a 22-foot ceiling in a narrow foyer. Both Cameron and Jeremy were thoughtful to keep their masks on for my family's sake. They answered all my questions about the project and some extra curiosities about electrical work. Jeremy explained the chandelier's safety feature when I explained my wife was worried about the lines giving out (see picture). Needless to say, the small talk was insightful and very pleasant. They took great care to move aside furniture and items that were in the way, and to not damage the walls. Taking the original fixture down and installing the baseplate for the new one was not long. It was quick, decisive, and coordinated. The longest part was getting the fixture strings to a certain height that lets the chandelier look a certain way (see the picture). It may look simple, but the shape is hard to fixate straight. Nonetheless, Cameron and Jeremy took their time to move each string carefully- with Cameron 22 feet up and Jeremy directing/moving the bottom to get the strings to align. I could not stress how they did not rush the process and always checked to make sure that me, my wife, and my mother-in-law were fully satisfied. Some of the little things I noticed and greatly appreciated: they cleaned up the plastic trash from the new chandelier, moved back the furniture, and patted off their boot covers between coming in and out of the house to not bring in dirt. The last point is honestly the biggest difference that stood out. I rarely, if ever, see contractors have that attention to detail on cleanliness. Truly amazing experience and would give more stars if Yelp allowed it. Will definitely contact them again for future needs and for my other quote.

Ty and Johnny did a great job with my ceiling lights, installing ceiling fans and making sense of another person's intention with installing a light over my sink.  I highly recommend them!!

From start to finish, their service was professional and hassle free. Alecia is nice, attentive and helpful. All I did was just sending her a list of items that needs to be fixed and she was quick in giving me a honest quote, scheduling the job and getting it done in a day. Most of our communications were done thru yelp and it was so easy to communicate with her. I highly recommend this company and will surely do business again! Thank you!

I am really appreciate Edwin's job. He would do whatever I want if it is possible. He installed my home theater system, mounting projector, hang on screen and install the speakers. There is no complain even if I changed my mind several times.

It is Memorial weekend and I had a tree land on my fence and it tore all the electrical wires from my house on Friday afternoon. I was very fortunate to get emergency help from Glen the master electrician at 11:00 pm on Friday and onto the next day. He had to update to code my electrical unit. His team is professional and his service is incredible! I would strongly recommend him to anyone!
