E o C  came to my house as scheduled and on time. There were two men as I had a few jobs to perform. They switched out 8 old style cans to LED cans. Added a dedicated outlet for Christmas lights, installed a motion light, ran the wiring for and installed a recessed LED in a shower. All of the work was done efficiently and cleanly.  The price came in right at the price I had been quoted over the phone.  Because of language differences communication was good not great.  There were a couple of other jobs I probably would have added if we could have communicated more conversationally.   Additionally a great value add would be if the technicians could repair the drywall they had to cut through to run the wire for new light. Also I would prefer to pay an hourly rate as posed to by the job.

Mike came out on a Saturday with short notice to look at a room with no power. Spent time tracing the issue and found/resolved the issue to a single plug wire. His work was so good asked him to replace some GFI plugs and he also replaced a breaker. Spend a few hours and charged a great price. I will be using him again. Awesome work.

The Hang Pros (Quame) was very response to my changing plans, a sound bar delay. Eventually got Quame in to mount two TV's, a 75 with sound bar and a 55 outside on brick. I supplied the mounts and assisted Quame with the lifts. He was very detailed to get the TV's in the best spot and level - I like them mounted low. He took his time to do the job right and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more.

Used this company for the first time.  They came on time, did the job as discussed for the agreed upon price.  So if we need any other electric work we will call them again.

Doug diagnosed our electrical issue quickly & rather than take the opportunity to charge us for unneeded repairs & replacements, he was honest about the root of the problem. Very happy we called him. We will be customers of his going forward. 5 star service.

About a week after seeing my previous review on Yelp, I was contacted via telephone by Susan in the office (WHO IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!). I wasn't happy to revisit my poor experiences with their staff, but the fact they even cared enough to make a follow-up call was positive.

Susan apologized profusely and said she would speak to the company's owner and call me back. She called me back a few minutes later and offered to have the owner come out and install the three remaining switches himself, which I accepted.

As promised, the owner arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the work without any further charge. Of course, he did his best to apologize as well.

The efforts of the owner and, to a much larger degree, Susan are why I'm updating this review and adding an additional star.

Why only three stars? Because the prior horrible experiences still happened and, unfortunately, nothing can be done to erase that.

At the end of the day, I feel as though all the work required was completed for $5 less than I should have paid. I was initially overcharged by $55, but the owner came and performed what I value as $60 worth of labor. It took three trips and several poor experiences to reach this point. Yes, Susan and the owner tried their best to atone for the transgressions of their staff, but I am STILL finding screws and wire in the carpet and drywall dust on my furniture where Frisco Electric was working.

I do believe that the five-star experiences of other reviewers are likely legitimate. However, I unfortunately did not have such an experience. My ordeal may be an outlier, but I really can't justify more than three stars.

Frisco Electric won't be taking any jobs away from my long-time electrician, but, based on quality of work alone, would definitely recommend them over the too-good-to-be-true priced electricians on Amazon. I had them out yesterday and won't be going that route again.

In closing (finally!), I would recommend giving these guys a chance. Just be extra sure to run anything that seems odd by Susan and she will definitely get it straightened out.

What a great team! Gosh, Great Brother Electrical was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service, reliability and honesty!

I sent a message requesting an appointment and received a call almost immediately. Jose put me on the schedule and called to confirm the day before.

The lights in our master closet were flickering and we suspected the electrical touch-button sensor that turns them on with the door opening/closing was the issue.  

They arrived on time & got right to work. Within 20min they honestly let me know it wasn't an electrical issue but all four fluorescent bulbs were low causing the issue. What could have been $$$$ for an electrical issue turned out to be four light bulbs needing to be replaced. Their honesty was incredible and for that we would highly recommend Great Brothers. We would also refer them because they were kind & had great customer service.

DO NOT look anywhere else, give Great Brother Electrical a call now!

Cody Jones is a literal miracle. I hired 24/7 Electric because my normal electrician was in the hospital. I just had a new hot water heater installed and it suddenly stopped working after a few days. The thermostat was replaced and then the breaker starts tripping. Long story short I was frustrated and without hot water for a week. Cody replaced the breaker and tightened some connections and the breaker was still tripping. The whole time the plumber kept saying it was electrical but wouldn't come out and take a look. The plumber finally came out and I got Cody on the phone with him and Cody pointed out some rusting at the top of the unit where the connections were. That finally made the plumber realize it was a faulty heater and not electrical. Cody was professional, helpful and a total sweetheart. If he is single - y'all should date him.

Charlie rocks!  Helpful as all get out. Communication is solid and the job (ceiling fans) was well done. Highly recommended.

Owner is a standup guy! We were having some trouble and he happened to not be to far from us. Came right out the same day and had the issue fixed in just about under a minute and also showed us how to fix it going forward. He could have absolutely charged us a service fee but refused any payment. We will absolutely be using 4U for anything going forward.

This is the second time that I used G&W and I was completely satisfied with their work.  They were on time, friendly and professional. Their prices were very reasonable.  They corrected some electrical issues and moved several electrical outlets for TV & gaming to conceal power plugs from showing.

Everything worked out well. He was helpful at problem solving, quick to respond and fixed our electrical sitaution. I will reach out again if I need someone.

just when I thought I had the rudest person answering the phone, I call this company and she wins the award today.  Absolutely terrible.
