Dave came to work at my home in November 2010. I thought he was a nice man. He seemed to project knowledge of his profession. We called him 2x. The fan/light installed worked fine. The GFCI outlet that he replaced because it was tripping continued to do so. The outdoor/exterior light control he replaced quit working 2 weeks after he replaced it. He also added a new outlet in our garage. I thought all was good with it until today. Seems not only in the GFCI outlets he installed but also in the regular outlet, the wires were crossed. The reason the outdoor/exterior light control quit working was because the GFCI plug was exposed to moisture. The GFCI plug was rusted because of moisture and the box needed to be replaced. He never addressed any of those things. This week, I hired Milestone Electric to safety check my home and they showed me why I was having problems. I think if Dave was really paying attention he should have addressed the problems that were obvious.

Tayler was professional and responsive. He did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently. I have other house projects that need an electrician, so I'll be sure to contact them again. I would prefer a more predictable scheduling system so I can plan my other appointments around it for an even more efficient experience, but I am satisfied with the work and fees. Contacted Michael and set an appointment to come out to my house to help with a breaker that kept tripping, install a 220 outlet in my garage for my EVSE (to charge my electric car). He showed up on time ( a few moment early in fact), gave me quick walk around to review the issues I had and what I wanted done and provided me a quote for a very fair price. I said great when can you start he said right now and proceeded to get all of it done within a few hours, showed me a few things in the panel that he saw that he suggested changing (and he did) and still came in below his initial quote. I called M.D. because of the Yelp reviews and they are 100% correct.
Honest - fair - friendly - and do the job right the first time.

Doug diagnosed our electrical issue quickly & rather than take the opportunity to charge us for unneeded repairs & replacements, he was honest about the root of the problem. Very happy we called him. We will be customers of his going forward. 5 star service.

We left a message with this company to have them repair a front porch light at our tenant's home in McKinney. They called us back and we gave them our tenant's phone number so that they could arrange a date and time for the service call. We also provided them with our email address and asked that they keep us updated on the progress of the repair. Ten days later and neither our tenants nor ourselves ever heard again from this company. Luckily we checked Yelp again and came up with Aj's Custom Electric, who had the problem fixed the morning after we asked for an appointment. We own four properties in Collin County so are always pleased when we find a service provider who works hard to get our money!

I have a house that is 41 years old and the electric wiring is outdated and in rough shape to say the least. I called two other electricians before contacting Josue at Great Brother and I wish I just called them directly. He was so smart in figuring out every electric issue and completely fixed my home. The living room lights were not turning on, and the bar lights were not turning on. The wiring in the walls for the master bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all attached to the same circuit and kept getting blown out when you plugged an appliance in. Josue fixed EVERYTHING!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!!!!

Shane came over to fix our electric wires to our water heater. It took him about 3 hours but he is really good at his job. If I ever have another electric problem I will definitely call him!

This is the 2nd time I've used them. This time changed my mind to find another company. 1.The tech smelled like cigarettes and bad odor. His stench remained in my house for 2 more days. 2. Tech sparked my electrical and he didn't tell me until I asked him about it.  Team Yelp: don't you think the homeowner should be told of important stuff like that? 3 stars and unfortunately won't use again.

JSR was so quick in responding to my inquiry on Yelp and set up a time to come to my house within the week at a convenient time. I've been trying to get ahold of an electrician and I'd get the run around. 4U Electric showed up 2 days later from calling them. Jeff gave me the truth about the job with no sales pitch. A portion of my home did not have any electric going to it which he repaired and he also installed a 50 amp plug to my electric pole. I definitely will be calling him for future electrical work. I recommend him for any electrical work you need.

We have had two great experiences with Gunnels. They make time for you, stick with it until everything is right and leave your home as clean as they found it. Our home was built in the 50's, so there is some mysterious wiring. They figure it out every time and charge me a reasonable amount for their time. Personable, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This is the second time that I used G&W and I was completely satisfied with their work.  They were on time, friendly and professional. Their prices were very reasonable.  They corrected some electrical issues and moved several electrical outlets for TV & gaming to conceal power plugs from showing.

Edwin was great, contacted me before he arrived to reconfirm the appointment. Completed all work as requested and cleaned up afterwards.

Came out and within 5 minutes told me that I could pay $4500 to repair or $6500 to replace my A/C. I was skeptical of his diagnosis so I got a second opinion from The On Time Experts. They correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it for $250 in under 2 hours.  Glen tried to scam me and got caught.  I would advise you to look elsewhere for A/C repairs.
