Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They texted me when they were on the way, as well as a reminder the day before. That is great customer service! I feel their prices are good and I will definitely use them again.

Tayler was professional and responsive. He did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently. I have other house projects that need an electrician, so I'll be sure to contact them again. I would prefer a more predictable scheduling system so I can plan my other appointments around it for an even more efficient experience, but I am satisfied with the work and fees. I called Mike on Good Friday and he was great from the get go.  He not only came out to give me a free quote but completed the work quickly and at a fair price all in the same day.  It was a quick turn around and he very professional the whole time.  I would definitely recommend him.

I recently moved into my new place and needed someone reasonably priced to install TV's. The guy was able to come in and do amazing work on 2 TV's. He even hid the wires behind the wall to make it presentable. I didn't even know that was possible. He also informed me he does other work such as artwork, curtains, and home theater installation. I have some more projects coming up in the future and will definitely reach out to him again. Highly recommended.

We had an electrical outside outlets. Aaron, was efficient and was able to identify the issue quickly and gave us an estimate for the repairs with options. We were very satisfied.

I rarely give 5 stars anymore. Doug deserves 10. When I say he was God sent, that is the truth. I needed an honest, reliable and heaven sent vendor today. Long story short, prayers answered. Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous.

I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost.

He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.

To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further.

Great company came out to replace my old sylvania electrical breaker box yesterday with a new Square D brand, it gook 4 hours of hard work. They installed a new grounding rod and went through the whole house to label all the breakers with what room and devices were connected.Very nice and professional company, price was fair. Last week my brother texted me for an electrician to do an emergency repair for his sister n law in Plano. I had not used Frisco Electric yet having scheduled my upgrade but gave them to my brother to try. He called me back ecstatic about how the owner had come out that day and replaced a blow GFI plug near the shower and spent a lot of time showing him how to do it in the future, he could not say enough about how impressed he was with them.  I was as well. In today's world it is so nice to find an honest well run company with good employees!

This company is top notch. The whole process was easy. The quote appointment was easy and timely.  When the electricians came to do to the work a few weeks later, they were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Glad to have found a company that you feel like you can count on.

I would give more stars if I could. I had the best experience with USA Electric. I had bought a new Generator for emergencies and I wanted it hooked up to my home .  They sent out Angel and he was so professional and just downright a pleasure to work with.  He made absolutely positive before leaving that my husband and I knew exactly what we were doing should we ever need to use that generator.  Can't stay enough great things about this company!!! After reading many wonderful reviews for Great Brother Electrical Services, I called to get a quote on replacing smoke detectors and repairing a pendant light that was sagging from the ceiling.  Jose arrived as scheduled.  He did the work that was quoted.  While he was here, I asked him to install an outlet in my bedroom, which he did.  We then discussed replacing the can lights with new LED lights.  The next day, Jose and his crew replaced 40 can lights!  We then discussed replacing florescent lights in the house.  He came out a couple of days later replaced four more can lights, installed an outlet in the laundry room, hung my Dyson stick vacuum, and replaced a florescent light in a closet. Jose is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.  He and his crew cleaned up their messes, and are very reasonably priced.  He let us know different options for the projects we were thinking of.  After using many different electricians over the years, I feel like I finally found someone who is reliable, available, and affordable.  Jose and I have already discussed future projects.  I am making a list, and will gladly call Great Brother Electrical Services soon.  I highly recommend them.  All of the reviews that I read were very spot on. Great Brother  Electrical Services, the name says it all.

The lights and sockets stopped working in our master in our old home (in the middle of the holidays... 2020 am I right?) We contacted 24-7 and they were at our house the next day. Before the electrician arrived, I received a text with his picture with a link that contained an about me section and all of his reviews and recommendations. I was already impressed. When Cody arrived, he had our electricity working within a matter of minutes. He made some very helpful suggestions that we will follow up on in the near future when upgrading our home. We received a generous Veterans discount which is always a solid selling point!

Needed GFI's replaced and surge protector installed. They came 2 days after I called and took care of everything in a couple of hours at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for electrical work.

I'll preface my two-star review by saying we did have some work done by JSR and were happy with the work and liked the electricians. That said, I wonder if we were charged fairly for the work we had done given the outrageous quote we were given to replace our electrical panel (which we didn't have JSR do).

From all the information we've gathered, replacing an electric panel should be around $3k total, for everything (permit, coordinating with the electric company, etc.) JSR wrote up a quote for $6,662 (we were given this estimate on 3/10/21 then again on 4/27/21). Our first quote for the panel (from an electrician our realtor recommended) was given on 1/7/21 and was for $3,300, inclusive of the panel and a few other smaller items. To be fair, copper prices have been on the rise, but that's still a huge difference.

JSR's quote included things that were made to appear as if they were part of the panel repair that weren't actually necessary, including whole house surge protection, which is always optional. We've asked electricians (who are not bidding on the project) about the quote, and everyone has said it is way too high.

Don't disregard the good reviews on here saying JSR did good work, as I have no reason to question their quality. I just wanted to provide information about their pricing that I wish I'd had from the get-go.

I had a property that I was purchasing and had some electrical questions come up during inspection. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the code requirements specific to the location of my property and was able to explain the differences and why the issue was brought up in the inspection report. Jeff was very quick to respond to my request for help and very quick to assess the issue and provide feedback and I will be going to Jeff for all electrical issues in the future.

Gunnels Electric Service was recommended by some moms in my neighborhood moms' group. I was very pleased with the entire experience -- from setting up the appointment to getting many much needed items repaired that I had put off due to bad past experiences with electricians. The pricing was fair and Andrew took the time to answer all my questions.  Highly recommend!
