Dave was awesome! He came out right when he was scheduled and got me fixed up at less than quoted. He even diagnosed a plug issue that I was having that 2 other electricians claimed that there was no issue! He earned a magnet on my fridge. I work in property management and this guy is GOLD!

Tayler was professional and responsive. He did a great job installing the Tesla wall charger quickly and efficiently. I have other house projects that need an electrician, so I'll be sure to contact them again. I would prefer a more predictable scheduling system so I can plan my other appointments around it for an even more efficient experience, but I am satisfied with the work and fees. We hired them to help install bond grounding. The electrician (Kevin) that came and helped us was the most friendly and polite person ever, customer service was excellent. He explained what he was going to do for the installation so that we understood what was going on and I feel happy knowing that the bond grounding was installed well.

Kevin was also very punctual and scheduling was a breeze with Vanessa.

Bonus points for being pet friendly as well (or at least cat friendly), we didn't have to put our cats away and he was friendly towards them.

Class act! Just had my entire house remodeled and put back together. I needed under and above cabinet lighting. This company was a true pleasure to do business with.  Monica (in the office) was super friendly and accommodating.  Angel the technician came out and went above and beyond to make sure me and more importantly my wife were happy with his work.  All of this and they were the lowest cost of three bidding contract companies.  USA Electric is now my go-to company for all of my home electrical needs.  Great people.

They were FANTASTIC! They updated the electric panel, switched outlets to GFCI and did so much more. they were professional, punctual and very courteous to my parents. We will use them again and we highly recommend them.

Shane came over to fix our electric wires to our water heater. It took him about 3 hours but he is really good at his job. If I ever have another electric problem I will definitely call him!

We hired Charlie Brown to run some network cabling (Cat 5e cable) for our business LAN and verify that some prior electrical work was done correctly. The 2-man team showed up on time (actually early) and got the job done efficiently and neatly (even with navigating vaulted ceilings). The fee was reasonable and turned out to be less that the quoted estimate. Charlie Brown, the owner came in towards the end to verify the networking and check the existing electrical I wanted verified. I like that they have a local storefront in our community and that Charlie is a licensed electrician as well as networking specialist. We'll look to them for future electrical, networking or media needs.

I was very pleased with the response time, service and quality of work of JSR Electrical Services.  First off, when I called I was leaving a message to call me back and they called during my msg and apologized for missing my initial call.  Secondly, they were able to come the very next day!  Jeff, the Electrician that came was friendly, very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue.  If you are having problems with your pool pump, call them first.  It will save you money in the long run as I just learned from experience.  Our pump stopped working and I called a pool service company.  They came out, diagnosed the problem as an electrical issue, told me to call an Electrician and then they could come back to fix the pump.  Well, it wasn't the pump and it cost me $100 for that consultation.  JSR Electrical does both, it wasn't my pool pump after all.  I will definitely use them for all my Electrical needs, they earned my business!

James and Scott did a great job!  They installed three ceiling fans, three light fixtures, repaired fried wiring for a recessed light, traced and diagnosed a motion sensor light and installed an outlet for our washer.  They were friendly, professional and weighed in on the best alternatives.  They were extremely reasonable for all of the work that they did.  I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

Called to request someone to come take a look at two sub-panels in a home I have under contract. Receptionist, Edith, gave me several appointment times to choose from and stated the service fee for such a visit would be $69. That seemed reasonable enough and I selected my preferred appt time. Come time of the appt, I get a call from the service tech, get a whole bunch of questions more related to the demographics of the house than the job, then get told that there was a misunderstanding. What I was asking for was an inspection of the home's electrical system and it would cost a flat $400 just to look. I've had many other homes inspected prior to purchase and this is the most outrageous price gouging I've encountered yet. Most will provide free estimates, but I am not opposed to paying a reasonable service fee to get a good understanding of what is needed. Allstars not only wasted my time, but the time of the seller. Now I've lost a day or two in my option period due to what I perceive to be a bait and switch.
