I had to pig tailed my home.  Electrician on call was on time, the cheapest option and also the safest.  They were among the few electrician company who used one of the pig tailing method recommended by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  I can only recommend Electrician on Call.

Excellent. Just moved into an older house with quirks. Had Mike install some sconces, replace a ceiling fan, change out some switches, and fix some issues with a GFCI outlet. He was super nice, quick, reasonably priced, professional, and did a great job. Will be calling him again for sure!

Bought a new 75 TV today on a whim and were eager to get it mounted. Contacted multiple TV mounters in Dallas but Hang Pros was the only company that was willing to come out last minute on a Saturday night to squeeze us in. The representative that came out was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Really went above and beyond to make sure that our TV looked perfect in relation to our room and our furniture. Our electrician, Todd just got done with a minor electrical problem we had in the house. His service is was superb and courteous. He gave us a heads up that he was heading our way, and when he got here, was able to solve the problem within several minutes.

My first impression with Jose was great.  He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and was very flexible in giving me a quote. I couldn't take a day off, so we did it through phone and pictures.  Their price was excellent vs the two other quotes I received.  

From start to finish, the crew was excellent and the work they did was great.  Jose came out with his 3 man crew and walk me through everything and made sure Ihe and i were on the same page. Then they knocked it out. They made sure everything was covered in surrounding areas, vacuumed as the went and swept every area under the patio. Our place was cleaner when they left than it was wehen they got here. :-)

We had an inside switch upgraded, a 72 inch exterior ceiling fan, an exterior outlet for Christmas lights and 3 exterior spot lights around the patio roof.

First, the button on the Yelp site says you will get a quote within 30 minutes. I did not get a quote when I sent the message through the Yelp site explaining the issue. Instead, an hour or so later, I received a message requesting my name and phone number. I promptly responded. I didn't hear back until the following day when a representative called me and asked what was going on.  I again explained the issue (or he read back to me what I had described in the original message) and said we can help with that. Again, no quote for what was going on - only an explanation of the trip charge (I did not get an answer as to what was possibly going on with half the circuits if I had potentially overloaded only the kitchen.) I agreed to the trip charge, but I wasn't available the next day (Monday), so an appointment was scheduled for Tuesday AM.  The electrician, Anthony, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had. I give the company a star for that. But, as I have come to find out, the symptoms I described were not of what I erroneously believed to be an overload, but of a bad leg. And, as the power company repairman explained, look to see if the meter is running or blank to determine if the bad leg is the power company's responsibility or the homeowner's. Knowledge is power. As a recent (less than 6 months) first-time  homeowner, I had no knowledge (and only half-power). Now, I have some knowledge (and full power). I feel a knowledgeable person at Hop2It could have explained the possible cause when I requested the quote (which I never received) and told me to, first, check the meter.  That could have avoided both the trip charge and the diagnostic charge on the meter box. Also, when I asked a direct question, they avoided answering it - only saying they could help with that. I pretty much knew that, since they were presumably  knowledgeable (highly rated) electricians. So, in retrospect, there were red flags that were raised from the original contact and I cannot recommend this company.

My normal electric company had a bit of a blip in customer service, so I called this company to have them change out a 240 electric stove outlet to a standard so that my gas stove could have a plug. The guys were done in about an hour, which is what was promised and quoted. Very nice and friendly, cleaned up nicely after the work, and explained what I needed to know. The owner let me send a pic to ensure they had the right parts on the truck and not have to deal with a higher bill if the breaker wasn't right, which made the pricing more accurate. Very happy and good price.

Great service! I had Tim come out and give me some quotes, very professional, wore a mask respected the 6ft distance and gave me my pricing. I had a few things done right then and there simply because of the customer service and I felt like the price was fair. Hands down great service and I will be calling back to get that whole house surge protector!

I had a chandelier installed, and they arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and were very affordable compared to other quotes I got. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

We have had two great experiences with Gunnels. They make time for you, stick with it until everything is right and leave your home as clean as they found it. Our home was built in the 50's, so there is some mysterious wiring. They figure it out every time and charge me a reasonable amount for their time. Personable, honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I have used Randy with G&W for about 30 years now on various projects.  They have always done a great job and had fair prices.  I would highly recommend them for your next Electrical Project!!

Edwin was very thorough, reasonably priced, and even came back to ensure my new LED light was installed properly (I ordered the wrong one initially). For my small project (re-wiring a T8 ballast), paying a bigger company just to come out and look wasn't worth it. Call Edwin to save yourself the hassle and just get the job done right.

I would like to post a review of your service.  As far as I'm concerned you suck.

I cannot believe that you charged us $249.99 to clean our condenser coil.  Your technicians didn't do anymore that what my husband and I have done before.

They didn't have any tools when they arrived at our house, had to use our hose.  Didn't have temperature gauges or a Freon gauge.  Hell they did even check the Freon level when they were there.  If this is quality service from your company, I know I won't be calling you ever again.  I will also post this to the BBB and on Yelp so other people won't get fleeced.  Fool me once, shame on me.

What a scam that you all are running. I hope you can sleep at night.
