Overall a solid experience with four issues (faulty light switch, exterior 24' porch light fixture and bulb replacement, ballast replacement, and indoor light fixture replacement). Friendly team of two efficiently handled everything. The only shortfall was probably brought on by the number of issues I listed on the initial call. An email was sent to confirm the work and appointment time. This email did not include the porch light. I called to have this added and had to leave a message. With the appointment being the next day, I was not able to update the work to be done. Upon arrival the ladder needed to reach the porch light was not on the truck and they needed to go back to get it.

Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

I like Mike.

Mike is a super-friendly guy with a good heart. Sometimes you can just tell when you are talking to an honest guy. My impression of Mike is that he is honest.

Mike is, of course, master electrician. With his visit today, he proved to be knowledgeable and highly competent.

Having multiple properties I like having competent contractors that are honest. Mike fits the bill. Mike will not be my go-to guy for everything electrical.

I recently moved into my new place and needed someone reasonably priced to install TV's. The guy was able to come in and do amazing work on 2 TV's. He even hid the wires behind the wall to make it presentable. I didn't even know that was possible. He also informed me he does other work such as artwork, curtains, and home theater installation. I have some more projects coming up in the future and will definitely reach out to him again. Highly recommended.

We had an electrical outside outlets. Aaron, was efficient and was able to identify the issue quickly and gave us an estimate for the repairs with options. We were very satisfied.

I rarely give 5 stars anymore. Doug deserves 10. When I say he was God sent, that is the truth. I needed an honest, reliable and heaven sent vendor today. Long story short, prayers answered. Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous.

I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost.

He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.

To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further.

He has those 5 stars for a reason. I have him on speed dial and my search for an electrician is over.

What a great company! After a small miscommunication they were able to save the day. I needed a breaker swapped out for a new a/c unit and they came in an knocked the job out quickly and the tech was very nice and helpful. The price for the work was fair and just. Would use again in the future.

I would give more stars if I could. I had the best experience with USA Electric. I had bought a new Generator for emergencies and I wanted it hooked up to my home .  They sent out Angel and he was so professional and just downright a pleasure to work with.  He made absolutely positive before leaving that my husband and I knew exactly what we were doing should we ever need to use that generator.  Can't stay enough great things about this company!!! We had a crazy mess with the electrical switches and outlets, and fixtures in our hallway and bathroom. The wires were all hot and shorting out, very dangerous situation! Another electrician came out 3 times, charging us each time, and they would rig it up.... With the situation returning within days, because the wires would remain hot and melt together! Very dangerous situation! I called these guys and they were there within hours and fixed the problem, and replacing all fixtures, the same day! Wish I had called them first!

When we moved in our home just before Christmas 2017 we needed sound updated in the family room. The technicians at Charlie Brown's were very professional in adding ceiling mounted speakers to integrate with the present system, stringing wiring and dropping cables to connect our projection TV and mounting the screen. We have been very happy with their knowledge and the results.

From start to finish, their service was professional and hassle free. Alecia is nice, attentive and helpful. All I did was just sending her a list of items that needs to be fixed and she was quick in giving me a honest quote, scheduling the job and getting it done in a day. Yelped for an electrician, then used the request quote feature.  I sent out maybe 20 quote requests and when the dust settled I chose Fox.  They were fast in responding, their responses were very thorough, and thier prices were great!

I had them come to my home to remove and replace an exterior motion activated floodlight, and 3 interior electric sockets that would screw into the outlet box.

They arrived on time, and did everything on my list.  5 Stars!

Initially we had a problem with the service provided but the owner came out and took care of it himself and made it perfect.   You don't see that a lot anymore .
