I don't write business reviews unless the business provides extraordinary service. We received a recommendation for Pablo with Bee Prestigious Plumbing. Long story short...nothing but 5 stars for Pablo! Finding a great plumber is like finding a great doctor. Thankfully, I now have both. Pablo arrived as scheduled, presented an open book of up-front pricing, examined our issues and provided a very detailed explanation of the recommended repair. Pablo was polite, respectful and friendly. It was immediately obvious that Pablo enjoyed his work, cared for his business and appreciated good customers. Pablo far exceeded expectations and certainly lived up to all of the positive reviews. We are clients for life. Thank you, Pablo. A very solid 5 stars!

Augerpros was my choice when looking for a plumber, but due to the recent freeze, they couldn't make it out until a few days after initial contact.  

FYI: Contacted another plumber who was available sooner.   He came out, gave me an estimate that was in the thousands of dollars to fix a problem I didn't have in my home.

I had O'Bryan plumbing come out to my home today and make a repair. Russell came out did  a great job and offered suggestions and gave me great information. If you need a great plumbing company give them a call.

Best company ever! Roman was our serviceman and I would highly recommend asking for him. He was so honest and helpful. I appreciate his hard work into making sure our AC was running and everything was perfect in our house! I will never use another company and can fully rely on them! Thank you!

I had an issue with a hot water heater on a Friday night and Matt called me back right away.  He walked me through a few steps to take/troubleshooting and really helped me out.  I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing issue.  Very helpful!

Amazing professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service from Uriel and the folks at Pure Plumbing. Saturday morning free flow leak from an old hose bib that rusted through so bad you could see daylight through the holes once it was dug out. Uriel made it out within an hour or so of our call, immediately dug out the area around the leak to find it and see if patch or repair was possible. He crawled under our 100 year old pier and beam home to assess the situation (I followed) and he found that getting to the pipe would require hand digging trenches under multiple beams to make room to belly crawl to the target. He did all this work to make sure the quote for the work would be accurate, and I am glad he did. We agreed on the scope of work and price, he showed up on time the next morning, knocked out the work (and even replaced the dug out hole from the old hose bib). Unprompted, he told me that his shop was short on pipe insulation so he would have to return the next day to finish insulating the pipe. I never would have known. He returned as promised, then sent me pictures of the fully insulated pipe. He was courteous and incredibly friendly despite having to spend Saturday night crawling through mud and spider webs in 100 degree heat. Highly recommend this company and Uriel, in particular.

The work was even worse than I thought. When I had someone come fix the 2 ft gaping hole, I noticed the dryer vent wasn't even attached correctly by the plumber. It came out with just a little movement. For a quote that came out at the highest end of average and this lack of quality, please look elsewhere for a plumber. It thought I was getting quality work because of the vast review, but they definitely do not deliver.

I had a slab leak recently and Accurate Leak & Line did an excellent job with the repair! They were very easy to work with and showed up on time. The leak ended up being a little more complicated than we originally thought, but they still fixed it quickly. I chose the reroute option and I'm very happy I did! They gave me a quote for both a tunneling option and a reroute option, and both of the quotes were cheaper than the other 3 plumbers I talked to. I have already recommended Accurate Leak & Line to two friends!

Randy Staggs, owner of the company, responded very quickly to our request. He installed two new hand-held shower heads, a leak detector, and checked our main water shut-off valve for proper operation. He's smart, experienced, efficient, and thorough.

We needed our furnace checked because a home inspector who went over our condo with us prior to purchase was unable to inspect the furnace because of the bolted cover over it. Randy recommended his other company, newly created Dallas Heating and Air Conditioning, to do the furnace check.

With my okay, he called the technician, Vincent Marrone, and he arrived at our condo in just a few minutes. Surprisingly, he found that the 2018 furnace was not wired in properly and that it was not operational. He corrected the wiring and we smelled the heat for the first time since buying our condo in February!

I cannot recommend Staggs Plumbing and Dallas Heating and Cooling strongly enough. We signed up for annual HVAC checks because Vincent was so impressive on his first visit here.

Amazing service. We had a leaky shower faucet, and Blue Watson showed up within a few hours of our reaching out and fixed it. Super nice guy who left our house cleaner than when he arrived.

Nice guy but pretty expensive. Ask up front what things cost - we paid over 2k for a p-trap replacement and connecting a sink. Wasn't expecting to pay that much especially since my wife and I went out for the parts and provided many of the tools to cut the pipe. Was available on short notice, so that was nice.

Ronnie Dean called me the day after their sales tech came out for a estimate.  I did not end up using Dean plumbing for my needs this time, but speaking with the owner gave me confidence in reaching out to Dean plumbing for bids on future jobs.

Awesome experience. It was an emergency so they made it a priority to come after hours on a Friday. Guys were super friendly and found the leak in the first 10 mins .... In and out in 30. Highly recommended!!!!

The plumber, Bryan, who came to our home was very polite, and more importantly he did the job quickly which was important since labor is paid for by the hour. He over estimated how much it would cost to complete the repair, so it was a pleasant surprise to have a lower bill than expected and also showed integrity. I would definitely recommend Absolute Plumbing.

Rey was terrific! On time and very courteous. A very professional man. He fixed an ongoing problem causing my kitchen sink to back up. I'll definitely keep his contact info handy. It's impossible to find a skilled plumber with fair prices. After renovating homes for 20 years, we learned that good plumbers were the most difficult to find. I'm so glad I found you, Rey! I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! EVERYONE is amazing to work with and completely professional at every appointment.  They have FAR exceeded all of my  expectations. I will 100% be using them in the future for ANYTHING i need.
