I just used this company for the first time to repair a damaged refrigerator water line and install a hot water heater.  From my first impression with the lady on the phone (she was able to move things around and fit me in on the same day I called for water line) and was very kind and responsive in providing updates on when the plumber was to arrive.  I initially called to replace a damaged refrigerator water line.  I wish I remembered everyone's names because they all deserve a shout out, but the first guy came down to shut off the main water line and asked me if I noticed that my hot water heater was starting to leak (low and behold it was).   So he saved me a disaster before it happened (THANK YOU).  He didn't have time to replace it that day and it wasn't an emergency yet, but I scheduled them to come back out today.  Tim and Steve came exactly at the time promised first thing this AM (and I mean exactly!!) and replaced the water heater quickly and courteously.  Customer service at this company is top notch and their prices are very reasonable too considering how expensive emergency plumbing services can be.  I will definitely call this company again if I ever need plumbing services  in the future. I called Eddie B at around 11am about a Kiak from upstairs bath into the kitchen.     They said they could send someone out in afternoon.  I told them no rush because it wasn't a bathroom usually used but they still were able to get someone out.    Jim was sent and he was pleasant and courteous.    He was got in by 130pm.  By 215 he knew what needed to be done.   By 4 he was gone and everything was cleaned up.   He not only explained the problem and showed and took the time to explain the pieces and what happened.   10/10 recommend

We have been using Mr. Boyd for over 2 years now on our home and our rental property (that always seems to have issues!)  He always answers the phone, is always punctual and after assessing the problem and providing estimates, he usually can get to work right away.   I used to call around and get quotes but Mr. Boyd always had the most reasonable prices.  

Mr. Boyd has done the following for us so far: replaced water heaters; unclogged drains; fixed broken sink disposals, rebuilt toilets, snaked deep drains; reseated toilets; and this is just the start.  We even call him when it's not a plumbing issue so we can get a referral for another service provider he may recommend.  We totally trust him in our home, our tennants home and our friends homes.  

Best of all, he is an absolute pleasure!  We've given his name to all of our neighbors and friends around town and they have all love him too.   Just call him.  You'll love him.

I called Drain Busters to come out and repair my garbage disposal. Came to find I needed to have it replaced. They gave me a great price, replaced it quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend them, awesome customer service service as well!

We contacted Vince Messantonio Plumbing because our kitchen faucet was leaking and flooding the cabinets underneath the sink. Dan came out right away and replaced the faucet without any problems. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough about how great this company is!!! Matt Chandler, the Owner of the business  is, nice, friendly, HONEST, reliable, and does NOT over charge or try to up sell ANYTHING!! Today I needed to have some major plumbing work done (a broken sewer pipe in my yard) that couldn't wait. Matt came out with his crew today and did the whole job in just a few hours. When Matt came out to my house a few weeks ago, he thought the needed repairs were going to be much more extensive than what he did today....he wasn't able to do everything today because of the work restrictions related to the Covid 19 pandemic.  After he was done with today's work, he told me that after looking at the pipe he was wrong and I DID NOT need anymore work done...everything is now fixed. The additional work would have been around $3000. I've NEVER had ANYONE tell me I DON'T need work done when it would mean that they would loose money. Also, the cost estimate that he gave me for the work was EXACTLY the same at the end of the job....not a penny more. I know we have all had people come to our homes to do work and it ends up costing more at the end of the job. If any of you ever need a plumber, I hope you will use him!!

Absolutely fantastic! My AC was not cooling off the house. Called another company that I used 2 years ago and they weren't able to see me until the next day. I was looking out my window and saw a Sheridan truck drive by and thought, Let me give these guys a call. They arrived to my house on time and Brett, the repair man, couldn't have been nicer. The job entailed letting my AC defrost over night, as I had a frozen pipe due to dirty air filters. I had to work the next day, but Brett offered to come to my house at 7:45AM, before I had to leave, to finish the job. Not only did he arrive promptly and finish the job quickly, he rolled up my hose in the driveway that I had left laying out! Yes, he had used it the day prior to hose down the dirty air filters, but it was already unraveled prior to him using it. That was a pleasant surprise to see my hose neatly rolled back up. And, my AC is in fabulous working condition! Thank you Brett!

Tech was abrupt and inpatient...he acted like it was a bother....complained to contracted company and they're sending a different company....I strongly do not recommend this company

Installed Toto toilet claiming it was the best.  It lives it's life clogged up.   Wagner's plumber left my hall bathroom filthy .  They also lack total integrity in their work.

SCAM! Agree with many other reviewers. DO NOT use this plumber. He charged me $700 for less than an hour of work just to change two valves in a bathroom. I watched him the entire time he was here so I know exactly what work he did and what parts he used, which couldn't have been more than $15 of parts max. I questioned him on the price when he said $700, and he gave me a line about doing only flat pricing whether it took him 1 hour or 5 hours. CRAZY!

To be fair, I thought he did pretty good work and came out same day. But still was not worth the price, and left me feeling ripped off and pissed off for months after.

Drove from New Jersey to Philadelphia to patronize this American owned business and rent a carpet steamer. First red sign was when they did not run my credit card they simply wrote down all my personal credit card number and address. The rental went well and I promptly returned it the next morning even though the traffic from the DNC convention had the surrounding areas on lock down. I was greeted with a confrontation regarding how i brought back the machine. It wasnt properly disassembled and returned exactly how i received it.  The attitude and rudeness did not go unanswered by me. Unfortunately the owner was unaware  that customers that patronize the business is a privilege not a burden. I think he assumed I see the machine everyday and know exactly how to break it down to his liking. Very sarcastic owner with a chip on his shoulder.several weeks later my credit card wa cloned and used in New York. Hmmmmmm is all i can say. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
