I experienced a plumbing issue that I thought was going to be a complete nightmare but through dealing with this company through their total professionalism this experience was actually very inviting. Thank you so very much for your speedy response and your complete professionalism throughout the whole plumbing process. Reasonable prices and the workers were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and the price was as quoted, no additional charges or tricks. Would recommend.

I was extremely happy with the quick response and great service. My wife called me at work saying that water was shooting out of the drain line for the washer in our basement. I called price's plumbing and they were there in less than a half hour. Diagnosed and fixed the problem before our basement was flooded. Thanks price's plumbing for saving us from a major disaster. I would highly recommend and use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees.  Calls were returned  when promised and individuals arrived when scheduled.   They were extremely efficient, worked steadily, and did an excellent job.  Hats off to Andrew and Tim who did the work --  they were professional and friendly.  In this day and age when you can't be too sure of who is coming into your home, it is reassuring to know that the high caliber of these two gentlemen  made me feel extremely comfortable.   I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable plumbing company, and would give more than a five star rating if possible.

Clarence was highly recommended to me by my realtor. He is professional and punctual and did work quickly. He answered all of my questions. He fixed mistakes made by a previous plumber. He responds quickly. He's also a master plumber and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to immediately identify the problem and fix it. Thanks!

I called Drain Busters to come out and repair my garbage disposal. Came to find I needed to have it replaced. They gave me a great price, replaced it quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend them, awesome customer service service as well!

I can't say enough how impressed I am with this company's service!    The communication is excellent and very friendly.   I had multiple projects done over several days and had such a great experience.   I had my kitchen drain replaced and un-cloggd and all of the fixtures and a sink in my bathroom replaced.    Every step of the process was professional and fairly priced.    I can highly recommend them!

I have had them out to my house twice in the last year (on 2 different issues) and couldn't have been happier with them both times.  Matt has taken the time to really investigate what is going on and look at all the different possibilities before just ripping into the job.  The first time he figured out the issue with the cheapest fix possible!  The second time he offered me 2 solutions to the problem (with 2 price tags) and let me pick which way I wanted to go.  He took the time to show me what was wrong and explain things.  His prices seem very reasonable to me and the work is always done well.  Not to mention he and his wife run the business together and they are both very nice and quick to respond.

Had a large project completed in October 2019. Everything went well. They had come out to my house many times after that for small things. April 2021 they sent me a $3,200 bill from the oct 2019 incident. How are you going to bill me a year and a half later for something you forgot to send. Do they not do their taxes? They need to address their accounting person because that experience was hell. I want everyone to be aware that this caused me so much stress that could've been avoided. Do your job. Also paid $145 for them to fix a gas lamp that they came back to fix over 3x. Just say it's out of your scope of practice...still doesn't work but whatever.

Tech was abrupt and inpatient...he acted like it was a bother....complained to contracted company and they're sending a different company....I strongly do not recommend this company

Installed Toto toilet claiming it was the best.  It lives it's life clogged up.   Wagner's plumber left my hall bathroom filthy .  They also lack total integrity in their work.

SCAM! Agree with many other reviewers. DO NOT use this plumber. He charged me $700 for less than an hour of work just to change two valves in a bathroom. I watched him the entire time he was here so I know exactly what work he did and what parts he used, which couldn't have been more than $15 of parts max. I questioned him on the price when he said $700, and he gave me a line about doing only flat pricing whether it took him 1 hour or 5 hours. CRAZY!

To be fair, I thought he did pretty good work and came out same day. But still was not worth the price, and left me feeling ripped off and pissed off for months after.

Drove from New Jersey to Philadelphia to patronize this American owned business and rent a carpet steamer. First red sign was when they did not run my credit card they simply wrote down all my personal credit card number and address. The rental went well and I promptly returned it the next morning even though the traffic from the DNC convention had the surrounding areas on lock down. I was greeted with a confrontation regarding how i brought back the machine. It wasnt properly disassembled and returned exactly how i received it.  The attitude and rudeness did not go unanswered by me. Unfortunately the owner was unaware  that customers that patronize the business is a privilege not a burden. I think he assumed I see the machine everyday and know exactly how to break it down to his liking. Very sarcastic owner with a chip on his shoulder.several weeks later my credit card wa cloned and used in New York. Hmmmmmm is all i can say. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
