Quick response and excellent service after our basement flooded. Really appreciate the honest advice that enabled us to get the hot water heater back up and running without a full replacement.

Reasonable prices and the workers were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and the price was as quoted, no additional charges or tricks. Would recommend.

Service was prompt. They worked hard to track down parts for same day service. Everyone was very plight and kept me informed of their progress and the job looked great when they were done.

We had no hot water upstairs randomly at 11:00 at night in the middle of the work week. We got a hold of Ray early the next morning and he agreed to squeeze us into his schedule. He came in the afternoon so that I could at least work half a day, and was very professional the whole time. I have a small, hyper dog with an unfortunate,  snarly bark that he greets strangers with. Ray let him stay out and sniff him - all the dog really wants! Ray figured out the problem with my water and also gave me tips on things I could do to prevent future problems.  He was helpful and accommodating; I'm so glad we found him! I will definitely call again if we need a plumber!

I had needed an emergency water heater replacement at one of my rental properties. I contacted them from a recommendation by another contractor.  They responded very quickly, within an hour, and completely remedied the situation. I would highly recommend them.  They were professional, courteous, and did neat work.  Pricing was up front and fair.

Clarence was highly recommended to me by my realtor. He is professional and punctual and did work quickly. He answered all of my questions. He fixed mistakes made by a previous plumber. I called Drain Busters to come out and repair my garbage disposal. Came to find I needed to have it replaced. They gave me a great price, replaced it quickly and promptly. Definitely recommend them, awesome customer service service as well!

Highly recommend Julio for your plumbing needs. While getting unlucky with a major sewer line leak we were lucky to have Julio to perform the work. Was very prompt, explained issue very concisely, and fairly priced. Glad to have found someone to handle any issues I have going forward.

John Erthal fixed my clogged master bath sink today.  He was prompt, respectful and kind. I booked on line last Friday, which was easy and allows you to upload photos of your plumbing problem. We had a few plumbing issues and we called Sheridan Plumbing. They promptly came to diagnose and fix the plumbing issues.  What lifesavers! The employees are professional, knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Craig caulked the bathroom and it literally looks like a brand new bathroom!! I'm so pleased with this company! So pleased that I've already recommended them to family and friends! What a class act!

Came out to clear my backed up drain to the sewer.  Fixed the problem promptly, and was considerate of my timing.  Price was fair. Gave a reasonable quote on other services I may need in the future.  An easy recommendation to others, and would use again for sure.

Installed Toto toilet claiming it was the best.  It lives it's life clogged up.   Wagner's plumber left my hall bathroom filthy .  They also lack total integrity in their work.

I wish I saw Amy's review before I called them.  Same guy, Derrick, showed up and told me he had to cut open my wall to remove pipes. Quoted me at $2,000 and basically argued with me about how he does this all day and that my pipes are definitely going to need to be replaced behind the wall.  He ended up charging me $350 to spend 10 minutes snaking out a clogged pipe and never fixed the original problem.

The plumber who came out took one look at it and said that it was just an old soddering job to brass and showed me how it was only the pipe outside the wall that was bad.  He fixed the issue in about an hour, replaced the trap and drain with all new parts, and charged me less than Derrick.

Drove from New Jersey to Philadelphia to patronize this American owned business and rent a carpet steamer. First red sign was when they did not run my credit card they simply wrote down all my personal credit card number and address. The rental went well and I promptly returned it the next morning even though the traffic from the DNC convention had the surrounding areas on lock down. I was greeted with a confrontation regarding how i brought back the machine. It wasnt properly disassembled and returned exactly how i received it.  The attitude and rudeness did not go unanswered by me. Unfortunately the owner was unaware  that customers that patronize the business is a privilege not a burden. I think he assumed I see the machine everyday and know exactly how to break it down to his liking. Very sarcastic owner with a chip on his shoulder.several weeks later my credit card wa cloned and used in New York. Hmmmmmm is all i can say. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.
