if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys .  most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go!  i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

Filan & Conner were at our home from the 12th through the 14th of April adding a second HVAC unit for our 2nd floor in our attic.  Everything went well during the installation.  All of the workers were courteous and things ran efficiently.  Two days after their work was completed, a leak started to form in our upstairs ceiling.  I went into the attic to investigate and it appeared that the new unit was leaking over the last two days and water was everywhere in our attic.  Water had pooled up in our attic and eventually began to come through the ceiling.  We contacted Filan & Conner late Saturday evening and at our request, they came Easter Sunday morning (April 17th) and fixed the leak.  The worker informed us that someone else would need to take care of the damage and we should call on Monday, which we did.  Since the leak repair, the water has soaked through more of the ceiling and the seams of our ceiling have split open now multiple sections of the ceiling need to be replaced and soaked insulation needs to be replaced.  Nine days have passed and we have yet to have someone come and repair this issue.  We have initiated multiple emails and phone calls.  Each time we are informed that we should be getting a call to schedule the repair that day and still nothing.  The damage continues to get worse as the days go by as the weight continues to put a strain on the damaged ceiling.  On our most recent call (April 22nd) we were told that we should just call someone else to schedule a repair and send them a bill, which I feel is still unacceptable.  Filan & Conner was quick to cash our check, but have continued to drag their feet when it comes to fixing their work as we are still without a date that the repairs are even scheduled to begin.

I've used a number of plumbing, heating and A/C contractors. Buzz Duzz has been the best. The staff is excellent. They follow through and do quality work. I highly recommend them!

Don't hire!!! They claimed my a/c coils had a crack. When I got there to take a look one of the workers ran past me with the coils and threw them in his truck.
They installed everything correctly but now there's a refrigerant leak. I called them to get them to come out and the guy doesn't show up for the appointment.

The service provider came and consulted on the problem I had. We set a time and date for the repair. On the day of the repair I called and messaged the provider, but there was no response. The provider did not show up nor return any calls/messages.

We The Plumbers is not licensed to work in Philadelphia. The owners name is Thomas Turner. They advertise themselves as plumbing and HVAC specialists yet they are neither.  They are not properly licensed to do either type of work in the city of Philadelphia. They incorrectly installed a mini-split HVAC system in my home that did not work from the beginning.  They had me purchase materials directly from the distributor because they did not have the money to pay for them. When I contacted them about the system not working they were nowhere to be found. They are being sued by other homeowners for faulty work and deceptive business practices and accepting payment for services not rendered. They flooded the basement of a homeowner. Please beware.  I strongly advise to not to do business with this company.

I'm 80 years old and have lived in my house for more than fifty years. I've hired many handyman, plumbers, electricians and home improvement services, none of them come close to the services Blake provides. Blake has been in business for 2 years, and I've been his customer for 1 1/2 years. He has installed light switches, 4 outlets, ceiling fan, ring doorbell, ring security light, porch light, 3 faucets, under sink water filter system, repaired 3 ceiling fans, drywall, 2 windows, toilet, ceiling in kitchen, power washed garage floor, clean several windows outside and inside, cleaned by oven, and came immediately for 2 water leaks, and many more things too numerous to mention. He is a very compassionate and caring young man, never overcharging for his work or taking advantage of people financially.

Juan was really responsive when it came to giving me a price and coming to fix my issue initially. He said he guarantees the fix and if there's any issue to let him know. Well .. the issue wasn't fixed and guess who decided to stop answering their phone.

AVOID THIS SCAM INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
If you want to give your money away to an insurance company that will put you on hold and not provide a claim service, this company is for you.
The Official Service Protection Line of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Paying an annual rate is not worth it at all.

Had a sewer problem on a Sunday in SF. Was put on hold for over two hours on Sunday trying to call American Water Resources company to try to file a claim.  Still had to call the plumber to fix the sewer drain problem. Tried calling back a few days later to AWR insurance line to file a claim. After giving details, I was put on hold for 30 min and then hung up on. Called back and talked to another agent. I asked to file a claim so agent said there was no payment. I told agent that claim expired mid April and this agent told me that they could not process claim until plan was renewed even though plan went from Apr21-Apr22. What's ironic is that payment got declined the next day for the next year after the claim call/request (renewal time came around March).
Even though there's a 24/7 line to respond, you'll get a person to respond to you. If you have to file a claim, you'll be put on hold for 20 min. to hours to make sure you don't file a claim.

This company is a scam, they are not a trustworthy company. The owner is a thieve he stole a $825.00 from me I signed a contract with his company to do some plumbing work and to build a countertop for my new startup business.  after i made the transfer to his bank account , in two days he was suppose to give me a plumbing plan to submit to the city. He never give me the plumbing plan , i called and texted him and email him i recieved no answer. He is a thieve please do not do business with these people.  I am currently in the process of filing a law suit against his business.

Please avoid this company. They are worthless thieves.

Terrible work...tried to scam me $5300. for a supposedly broken line...that drain tech angel should have his tools taken away. The next day i had sewer line cleaned and inspected for $230!  0 stars
