if you need a plumber , call eddie the master plumber! i called 4 plumbers including 5 star yelp guys .  most didn't even call me back. i called the plumbing boys and they picked up after 3 rings. they assesed the problem and sent master plumber eddie THE NEXT DAY! he came and did the work in record time. he explained everything and i'm good to go!  i don't know why they don't have any reviews yet but fortunately i found them and now i'm telling the world. don't waste your time and/or money with anyone else! also i had another issue with my gas lines and he came out the same day. on the weekend! 5 stars!!

Micheal and his team did a great job. They do plumbing and heating and they are great. They know what they are doing. Would even come back to explain how to adjust the pressure, etc.

Great response and super polite and professional. They were out same day (holiday weekend) and fixed not just my reported issue but went above and beyond to make sure the full system worked as best as possible. The tech was super polite, treated me, my family and my house with utmost respect, covering and uncovering his feet dozens of times as he made trips out to his work truck. Fully explained all he was doing. I did have to pay a hefty premium for emergency service, but their service was unimpeachable.

Brian Hatcher owner of Brian Anthony's Refrigeration installed a new Central Heating and Air Units at my Home. After just 5 months the unit stopped working and was smoking in the new vents. When he came out to check it again he said the unit was not working do to water corosian and he said the company would not cover the warranty. Then he tried to sell me a new unit.
I called another HVAC Technician and he fixed the Heater with no problem. Brian's company had installed faulty vents near the unit.
I cannot advise anyone to use this man.

A leak formed under our kitchen sink so I reached out to a few plumbers. Luna Brothers responded within minutes and said they could come by for a free quote. They came the next day and fixed the leak. They were helpful, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/maintenance needs.

If you need a plumber- stop searching and call Tom at We The Plumbers! Seriously. I wish I could give these guys a million stars. I can't say enough great things about Tom and his team! They are professional, on time and very helpful.

Tom was honest and respectful but also straightforward which I appreciated. We the Plumbers care about their clients- when you are trusting someone to fix something you know nothing about you want to make sure they have your best interest and that's exactly what Tom has for his clients.

I don't know anything about plumbing and Tom walked me through every little thing. Literally. Every. Little. Thing. (I ask a lot of questions) He was there via text, phone call and was truly trying to resolve my issue. His customer service is out of this world.

Problem I was having: water flooding basement when shower was used, toilet, dishwasher etc... he stopped by my home for 15 minutes and diagnosed the issue. I was 10 days in to being a first time home buyer. Serious nightmare. Tom moved mountains and I know he would do the same for all his clients.  

I am now almost 30 days in and no flooding in the basement and everything works!  

I don't know why your honestly still reading this review. If you need a plumber, call Tom!

This man does good work and he is very reasonable.   That is first and foremost and should be said.   HOWEVER, he is all over the place.   His ever changing policies, his ridiculous rants on Facebook about customers who aren't satified (which he usually ends up deleting ), his constant patting himself on the back, the confusing and ever changing communication is enough to make you NOT want to like him on social media any more or use his services.    His FB business page is like a users online diary, it is all over the place. Just stick to your job.    Stop posting dumb stuff constantly and let your work speak for itself.   You are destroying your reputation with this nonsense and your all over the place rules that seem to change daily.   Chill.out. my dude.  You are legit starting to look like something is extra sus.

This review is being given by someone who has had Blake do work in my home, recommended to others both personally and in the community,  and also had Blake screw me over not following up when contacted for an emergency after initially speaking to him.   So I have had it all.

The owner Juan was extremely professional and courteous upon arrival. Came with face mask and gloves during these trying times which is always appreciated. He comes in, does his inspection and gives you your estimates right away before working. He never flip flopped on his prices. I would highly recommend Juan to anyone looking for somebody to get the job done the right way the first time.

I have been paying my coverage for over 6 years now, never put in a claim before as I only got it to cover my main line should it break.  Well, last November my main line was backing up through my basement floor.  I have been given a complete run around, hung up on, transferred, waited for days....we finally had a company fix it - we submitted a claim to American Water Resources, with video, with the origianl plumber saying the line would need to be fixed, don't use the plumbing ...we paid over $13,000 and AWR sent a reimbursement for $95. Called to dispute, I'm currently getting the run around, disconnected, transferred to the wrong departments etc. all over again. I was told to call back in 48 hours to see if they would reconsider the claim as the reason on getting less than 1% reimbursed was because the initial plumbing opened the line...nevermind that it says it was not fixed, that it would be backing up again and to use little to no water in the house.  48 hours later, I called again, I was told they were still reviewing it; more than 48 hours again after the same run around I was told the claim hadn't even been reopened and a supervisor is supposed to call me back.  I contacted a lawyer just to see if this was a case for Bad Faith Insurance back in November - and now I'm going to pursue this because I felt like they were going to screw me over and they are.

The entire process with James & his guys was super easy.  Called to get an estimate and they were out the next day.  I was able to schedule the service with them easily.  James came out for the estimate and he was helpful, friendly and efficient. He gave me a couple different options to choose from for price comparisons.
Service with Ronald the field manager was also a very easy process.  He called when he was on his way to my house and was on time. He was friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing, why and the service guarantee.  I think they may have left my house/kitchen cleaner than when he started.  
I would recommend both of these gentlemen and Toomer & Son's and I would definitely use them again.

Called at 6 am for an emergency services for a sewage problem, waited till 7:41 and still no call back. I would never recommend!! Don't advertise if don't follow ur own adverisement!
