I am a property manager throughout NJ.  I like using local contractors near each complex I manage.   I was referred to Chris at Pure electric from another company I've used.  Looked him up on yelp, good reviews.    Called Chris with an urgent matter and he squeezed us in the next day.   He was everything you wanted in a contractor.  On time and had great communication.   Explained to us the best way to approach the the job.  He completed the new wiring the day he came out to evaluate the situation .  My building superintendent wants to use him for all future jobs.  Highly recommend.

Contacted Positive Electric and Power recently when I realized my small electrical repair was more than I could handle.  John was quick to come out, access the issue, and offer a recommended repair.  The whole job was done in a fraction of the time it would have taken me and John left the area in perfect condition.  Would highly recommend!

My Generac generator failed to start after a power outage. I called several other electrician's and their prices were ridiculous, they want to gouge you. Worst offender was Murray Electric, total ripoff. Powell's came the next morning at 7:30 am in the freezing rain. Their generator guy Ed put up a large tent so he could work on it. This was not an easy repair. After diagnosing the problem he had fixed and running in two hours. No parts were needed so all I had to pay for was labor. He was honest, others would have gouged me with unneeded parts. This is a good company that is honest and treats the customer fairly.

Having never hired a contractor to do any work in my home, I can't say enough great things about Anton Electric!

Everyone in my family is in some sort of skilled trade so we rarely have to hire contractors.  My cousin is an electrician but he's been unavoidably detained with a 4 year old and a new born, so I had to call in the pros to install our media center and wire in a ceiling fan where no electric existed before.

Jeff, from Anton Electric, was not only on time each day he came, but he was professional and did everything neatly and proper.  He installed all of our components in the basement and ran an infrared device through the walls and placed it discretely next to the TV (which I still can't find).  Now everything is out of site in the basement and all we have in our living room is the TV and speakers - it's amazing!  Everything is controlled through this infrared and changing channels and such sends a signal to our devices in the basement.  I'd highly recommend this if yo want to hide your devices.

Jeff also installed a ceiling fan in our living room and honestly, he had it up in under 20 minutes.

We shopped around with some other contractors and Anton was not only the most competitive, but they appeared to have had the best reputation.  We'll be calling them back when we redo our kitchen or have any other electrical needs! Thanks Anton!

Fixed a door more easily than we both thought and just said give me $30 and we are good; the estimate was $350...

(4) ~ very good overall service to replace an old light fixture in our laundry room with a newer LED one.  NOTES: Scheduled it the next day, took about 30 minutes.  Invoice sent via Email, paid online by credit card.

JB Electrical Services has done multiple jobs at my home and I am so impressed with their awesome service. Jeff answers calls/texts promptly and arrives on time. We had an issue with half the house losing power. Peco wasn't being very helpful. I called Campbell Electric and they care out within the hour, found the issue, and took care of it. Wade was timely, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend these guys. Will be using them again the next time we need electrical repair work.

I thought that this company did a great job from start to finish.
They are a first class operation all the way. I was amazed that they were prompt for the scheduled appointment time. Randy took his time taking the needed precautions to protect our marble flooring with clean drop cloth. The work area was immaculate after they completed installing all of the recessed lighting. Joe and the guys were great! He accommodated our last minute request to have recessed lighting installed in our kitchen. He was able to come out with his team the next day! We were even able to have a new chandelier installed, which we requested once they arrived. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and their flexibility! The crew was personable, prompt, and professional. The rate was also very competitive with other local companies. We would highly recommend Cobalt and will gladly use them for our future needs.

I never thought I'd find an electrician I could rate five stars! After trying numerous electricians who would never return my call and one who quoted me an outrageous price for the work, I finally got a rave recommendation from a coworker for Sam Van Horn. He and his in-laws had both had wonderful experiences with them, really going above and beyond with service.

Sam was responsive, honest and provided a quote thousands below the competition. He and his crew arrived on time, paid attention to details and were just outstandingly helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

Old school south philly electrician. It's like having your dad do your electrical (as long as he's the fatherly type). He's punctual and friendly. He's competent. And he's affordable. I swear, if Lou had a website, Gen3 would be out of business. His estimates were half the price and he was incredibly polite and clean. He even managed to shift his work schedule around my infant's nap. By far my favorite electrician this far. And I've been through four or so thus far.

He works with his nephew and son. The y have a delightful bickering going on, worthy of a reality show. I really have no complaints and I plan to call him back for some other issues.

Before they even come out they take your credit card number, assess a 95.00 service fee,call back / text multiple times to confirm service then even before someone arrives,steps foot on property to look at the problem state charge of 340.00.
Never seen anything like this. We cancelled service and had another company do it the old fashioned way. Come out, assess fix problem and charge for their services 100.00

I had a very unprofessional experience with Theo. First of all, it took weeks to schedule an appointment. I was very thorough in detailing the problem for him over email.

At the time of the appointment (on Saturday), he came to the house, spent 20 minutes, and then repeated the problem to me and told me he'd send me a proposal on Monday.

He sends me the proposal late Monday night, and it simply says i cannot give an estimate given the circumstances.

What? What circumstances? He couldn't have told me that on Saturday?

Now I've lost a month of time and still no solution to my problem.

VERY VERY unprofessional.

I called Tom because half of the lights and power outlets stopped working in our home last night.  He came over the very next day at the exact time we agreed upon.  It took him five minutes to locate the root of the problem, and he fixed it within ten minutes.  I asked him how much I owed him, and he said not to worry about it.  He is a consummate professional with a deep understanding of electrical wiring.  I higly recommend him to anyone!  Awesome guy!
