Brad has been a plumber in the Vancouver, WA area for nearly 25 years. He grew up in the Vancouver area. Brads and his wife Sunny live in east Vancouver and have three boys. He started plumbing with my dad, Doug Christensen, in 1990. In 2007 Doug retired so he started his own plumbing business. Brad carries on his dad's tradition of offering quality work for a fair price. In September of 2015 Brad's oldest son Luke started his apprenticeship with Christensen Plumbing. in the Summer of 2019 Brad's middle son Jake joined the plumbing team! We wanted to replace our 19 year old gas water heater before it failed. I reached out to Brad and he came out to inspect and provide a free quote, he said that he does not recommend replacing a water heater unless it is leaking or not providing enough hot water. I appreciated Brad's integrity and even though it hadn't failed yet, I wanted to replace the unit.
When the builder installed the original water heater in 2004, they mounted the expansion tank on a CPVC pipe without any support which was certain to break in time. Brad's son Luke mounted the new expansion tank correctly, using copper pipe and brass fittings for a superior installation. l am happy with Brad's and Luke's professionalism and will certainly use Christensen Plumbing again!

Responsive to my calls and emails. Showed up on time and completed the work within budget. All in all a great experience getting my 14
year old tankless hot water heater replaced.
Highly recommend Christiansen plumbing! I contacted 6 plumbers they are the best at returning calls, being on time and customer service,
There were two plumbers that came out to give me an estimate and both were courteous and professional.
We needed two sinks replaced and had lots of questions.
We bought some supplies in hopes to do the plumbing ourselves but quickly realized it needed professional help.
I'm so glad we asked for help and after talking to six different companies it was very clear that this company was the only one I would wanna work with for this and any other plumbing project so what do you need repair something new installed whatever your plumbing needs are be sure to count these guys in when you check out who they hire.

I have heard many good things about Christensen Plumbing, and I always wanted to use this company. The day has finally come!
Here is the project:
1) install water piping from the main house shut off and connect to a new hose bib, and
2) replace back yard hose bib.
I got estimates from two companies. The other plumber did not even check the access to the main shut-off, and their quote was about twice as much. Without hesitation, I chose Christensen.
They did an excellent job installing the hose bibs. I am so impressed.
I called Christensen Plumbing to look at a shower valve the wouldn't allow hot water through. Brad came out to look at it, smiled and said That's easy to take care of. I think it took him longer to go get his tools than to make the actual adjustment. We now have hot water again!
When I asked Brad how much I owed him, he asked me if I was a veteran to which I answered yes. He should my hand and thanked me for my service and didn't charge me for his time.
I'll certainly call them back the next time I have a real plumbing issue.

I called Christiansen Plumbing when my property manager was unresponsive and their plumber vendor told me it would be 3 days until they could come out to fix the problem. My toliet water was running and the shut off wasn't turning off. It was too old/rusted for me to chance forcing it, and the main line wouldn't turn off either. Brad called me back within 2 min and troubleshooted on the phone with me until we got the water to stop filling up the tank. I am so grateful he walked me through this so I don't have to worry about the water running all weekend until the landlords plumber shows up on Monday. Thank you!!
All the positive reviews are right on. Brad was immediately responsive to our request to install a free standing tub in the master bathroom. His bid was very fair and right on target for the work done. The crew was professional. tidy and quick. The work was done perfectly and we have a beautiful new tub installed in our master bath. Thank you Brad. Luke. Jake and Jeremy. Thank you also for fixing the door handle on the garage door. Certainly not a plumber's task but so appreciated that you took that on. I can't say enough good about these guys. I look forward to the next plumbing project because I will know exactly who to call.

We wanted to replaced an old (1959) concrete utility/laundry sink with a new large basin stainless sink from Costco. This would require replacing old pipes with new, rerouting for a modern hookup and hauling away the old sink.
Brad was able to schedule the estimating visit quickly. We found his quote to be very reasonable and were scheduled within a few days. He arrived on time and was done in a couple of hours. We will definitely be using Christensen Plumbing for our next project. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced.
After gettin six bids, some of them surprisingly unprofessional, I chose this firm to install a new hot water heater before the 25 year old heater gave out. They showed when scheduled. They were prompt with their bid and very professional in installation. Unlike several firms they had no problem pulling permits snd getting the inspection.
Company was unable to service. At least they let me know right away and have a referral
We had some time sensitive work that needed to be done both before and after we moved into our home. Brad was super responsible and able to fit us in when we needed him. He came back several times too, because we needed things done in stages. Then, a few months after we moved in we had terrible phantom noises in our master bath that woke us up at night. Brad was able to find the problem immediately and repair it quickly, and fairly expensively. On top of that, Brad is a decent, pleasant, nice guy that I felt totally comfortable having in my home. Customer service is important to me and Brad delivers. I highly recommend him and will be hiring him again for all my plumbing needs.

Brad Christensen and his crew were here today to help us with a bathroom remodel. How professional they are! It took me a long time to find a plumber for our project, but it was well worth the wait because they did a fantastic job. We needed to have water lines removed and/or relocated and the configuration seemed a little tricky to me. Not for Christensen Plumbing! Brad, Jake, Luke, and Jeremy got right to work and, in no time at all, the job was done. The guys were very respectful of our home and masked up as per Covid protocol. They left the work area neat and clean. We also got great suggestions for upcoming projects. Brad is very knowledgeable, communicative, personable, and honest and I love that this is a family business. We could not be more pleased with Christensen Plumbing. They will be our go-to plumbers forever.
I began a project to replace the faucet cartridge for my wall shower, got part done and was unable to remove that cartridge that had been there for 20 twenty years. I contacted Brad at Christiansen, described the problem, and heard back almost immediately with an estimate and how soon he could come out.
He took care of it when promised, completed the disassembly and put it back together again. No more leaky shower!

Great plumber. Honest and effective. Got bids from two other companies who just assumed the water over use problem was the meter to house main pipe run. Brad investigated the problem and found it was just a bad toilet valve. Saved me thousands, literally. Thank you Brad!
I was not home for their visit for an estimate. My wife was home and she raved about their professionalism and their friendly demeanor. They checked all our crawlspace plumbing to inform us that the odor we identified is not a plumbing problem, but a dead rodent. I called over 12 plumbers trying to get some outdoor heaters hooked up. Not installed but just the plumbing lines run to them.
I only found 2 plumbers that would even agree to do it.
Brad at Christensen plumbing came and ran two separate lines on two separate occasions at a very reasonable price. He was responsive to my questions he was on time to the appointment and I didn't have to wait more than about a week to get him out here each time.
Installed kitchen faucet. They were everything I could ask for. Good communication via email, prompt, friendly, cleaned up after themselves. Professional installation.

These guys were GREAT. They knew immediately what the problem was and made the repairs without a hiccup. The cost was reasonable for the work done. Thank you guys.
Initially called D&F to do the work but those guys were clueless as to the problem and wanted to charge me 5 times what these guys charged. Buyer beware.

We moved into a new house several weeks back and out of the blue our water heater developed a leak. Based on reviews, I sent Brad at Christensen a note through his website regarding the problem. He responded quickly, and based on the photos I sent of the problem area, fit us into their already booked schedule within a couple hours. Brad's sons did the actual repair - very efficient and professional as well as doing a beautiful job. The cost was reasonable and when I had a follow up question, Brad handled it quickly.
Outstanding customer service, excellent work and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend and will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future!

They installed a hose bib for us in the backyard. They were fast and did a great job at a great price
The price for a hybrid water heater install was significantly cheaper than the competition. Everyone else was limited with appointments and didn't seem flexible at all. They wanted my business and did a good job communicating when they would be here and what they were doing. Will use them again.
I have used their services twice now, and am very pleased with the work. Last service call was to replace two toilets. They completed the job in a very professional and courteous manner, taking extra care to leave everything clean and neat. They also flushed the toilets multiple times to check for leaks, and of course there are none. Their prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

Needed a water heater replaced.
These guys shot me straight, where a competitor told me I needed to do many modifications that weren't necessary, gave me a quote that was fair and got the job.
In and out, in less than 2 hours, no hassle, no stress and very professional.
Will be using them again for any local plumbing needs.

Christiansen did the plumbing work for our kitchen remodel.
Luke and Jake were punctual, professional, neat and thorough in their work. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs quality plumbing services.
Over the years I have had countless plumbers and have been fortunate to always find excellent professional plumbers who were fair and dependable. Christensen Plumbing ranks up with some of the best plumbers that we've been blessed to find. We used another very well-established plumbing company in the Pacific Northwest area, but we prefer Christensen Plumbing. When you use a large plumbing company there's that convenience of 24 hour access, but the drawback is that they have so many different plumbers. You never are sure about the quality of the workmanship. The other thing you need to realize is that you're paying for that 24 hour accessibility so their quotes will probably be much higher. It's a preference thing. For us, value and quality are important.
When you call Christensen Plumbing you can always count on the quality of work being done every time they take on a project for you.
This is a great family business with plumbing in their DNA. Prices are fair. Brad is very good about following up and following through. He has trained his sons well; these young men would make any father proud. If you're looking for a good plumbing company, I hope that you will consider Christensen Plumbing. These are really good, salt of the earth people who do good work.

My shower was put back together by them and was leaking into the wall. I get that things happen sometimes so they came back out to fix it.
They didn't introduce themselves (I wasn't present during the first visit), seemed grumpy, didn't explain what they were fixing and left without saying a word.
Would have appreciated some communication as parts were replaced with something different than I had... now my shower head is too low for my family to use. I didn't get the opportunity to let them know prior to them leaving and it will now require another visit.
I would recommend going with another company.

Replaced/upgraded 3 toilets for me. Replaced the angle stops too. They were on time, clean and neat and very helpful and polite. First rate people. Highly recommend them to anyone. I would use them again for sure.

Christensen Plumbing is exceptional in their work quality, integrity and work ethics. The problem we've run into with larger plumbing companies is that you never know which plumber is going to show up for the job. Theoretically, the work should be consistent, but that is not always the case. When you call Christensen plumbing you can count on a solid commitment on their part to get the job done correctly, neatly, and professionally. This is a great family business to support. Brad and his sons Luke and Jake strive to resolve your plumbing problems. We have used them about 3 or 4 times with excellent results. If we had any lingering issues, Brad always made sure they are back 'lickety split' taking care of everything to our satisfaction. Christensen Plumbing is not the first plumbing company we used when we moved to this area. However, once I found them, my search for a great plumber ended. If we have a need for plumbing services, Brad and his sons is our first choice. I am admittedly picky. If you have high standards in not just the work quality, but also the integrity and character of who you do business with, then I highly recommend you hire Christensen Plumbing. If there was ever an all-American grassroots family company, this would be it.

I had noise and leak issues with two toilets. I have had other plumbers/handymen out to fix, but Christensen actually fixed both problems. I am very pleased. Luke and Jake, two of the youngest plumbers I've ever had, were polite, well-informed and fixed both problems. Great job!!
I just had my hose bib replaced. They showed up early and went right to work. Due to the location of my hose bib, they needed to cut into my wall to replace parts. The reason I'm writing this review is that they fixed it. We had a different company come out about a year ago and they informed me that they don't do drywall and that I needed to figure it out. These guys just covered the hole, there are screws visible but no gaping hole there. I'm so happy and will use them again in the future.

We had Christensen Plumbing come by today. We called yesterday, they responded, and we set up the appointment for today.
The Christensen sons were a delightful duo. So polite, well informed, and knew exactly what they needed to do.
Our first time with them and they will be who we call from now on. Top rate company!
I had leaking faucets in my master bath plus I did not Care do or them. Brad came over and looked at what I had. He sent me to Ferguson to get expert advice on making sure I did not have to replace the valves. They came in and replaced all of the trims and put in new cartridges. Really did an excellent job. Highly recommend!!
An extraordinary couple of guys to work with. They are courteous, relaxed, thorough, and very fair with their charges. No emotional drama so there is no stress having them in the house. Born and raised here for seventy plus years, this one of a handful of companies I can say: they're keepers!

I had a leak at the water meter and called. They were here within a half an hour. They detected where it was leaking and repaired it within an hour. They were very prompt and did an excellent job. A couple of weeks later I had another leak in the outdoor faucet bib. They were here within a couple of hours and completed the job and a half an hour. I highly recommend their professionalism and quality work!
Plumbing problems suck. Christensen makes the problem go away. No short cuts that will cause problems later. They do the job right with high quality parts that you can count on.

This company came highly recommended from a good friend of mine. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We are doing a bathroom remodel. Their estimate was very reasonable and their work was fantastic. They were quick to respond...showed up when promised...professional and knowledgable! They knew exactly what they were doing. I had a water bill about $400 one month and so I was told to call a plumber and to see where the leak was coming from Nat Christiansen showed up at my house and looked at the problem suggested that I call our residential sprinkler system company because he didn't want to dig up my front yard because it may be not necessary I took his advice and that's exactly what I needed to do the other company that he referred me to to care of the problem I would definitely recommend Matt anytime
I called Christensen Plumbing concerning a small spot of mold on our ceiling. They arrived on time and were extremely professional. After inspecting the ceiling, as well as the rooms with plumbing on our second floor, they cut out a patch where the moldy spot was and determined that there was no leak. We had a previous leak which we thought we fixed by re-calking a shower, but when the moldy spot appeared we were concerned that we hadn't solved the issue. Since the drywall they cut out was totally dry, as well as all the pipes, they determined that the mold was from the previous leak and was just now showing through. Since it wasn't a major fix they didn't even charge me their normal fee for a service call. It is a nice knowing there are honest people out there who are looking out for you! Highly Recommend!

The day of the installation, Brad and Luke arrived on time and completed the work faster than initially anticipated. The work was clean, fast, and well done! Would hire again in a heartbeat!

I called Brad from Christensen Plumbing for a leak under my kitchen sink. He arrived right on time. And went right to work. He and his son were was very efficient and when the job was done they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I found them to be reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this company for plumbing issues.
