I called Go With the Flow on a Monday and they came the next day. They were the only company that would even give me an approximate price for the work. In fact one company wanted $89.00 to show up, then give me an estimate. Gotch ya! And Mike the employee that came to the house was extremely nice and profession and very concerned about not doing any harm and cleaning up afterwards. And the price was exactly the estimate they gave me!

Our water was backing up into our bathtub. We contacted Go With The Flow that night. By the next morning they had contacted us, given us an affordable quote, and were available to come out that morning. Everything was fixed by noon! Very knowledgeable, didn't try to sell us on something unnecessary, just a straightforward problem solver. Will absolutely be our first call if/when we have another problem.
We needed help with a slow-draining sink and a tub faucet install. We were able to get someone to come right away (requested help late Weds evening, plumber arrived at 11 Thurs am) at a rate well within the market range. He was able to solve several problems for us quickly and efficiently, and was open about the cost breakdown before each task. Absolutely will use again! Highly recommended!

Quick service on a leaky water supply pipe! I was able to make an appointment for the following day after deciding I didn't want to do it.
Would recommend.
Had a leak in the front lawn of a property I own. Called another plumber (highly rated here on Yelp). Their quote: $7K, recommending a pretty extreme course of action. And they were unwilling to offer any other options.
I called Go With The Flow (also found them here on Yelp), and they sent Mike the next day, who was able to more accurately identify the extent of repairs needed, fixed the next day.
For less than a third of the other guy's quote. That's right...LESS THAN 1/3 of the other guy's price (!)
You remember that scene from Moonstruck where Cher's dad is telling the young couple they have to repipe the entire house in copper because of a leaky faucet? Yeah, I felt like that couple with the first company.
Go With The Flow is now my go-to for plumbing in Fairfield.

I got multiple bids, and they had not only the best price, but they were the most responsive after hours to my needs, and they did such a good job, I had them go to another property and fix another issue as I left, the hose connected to a hose bib outside over the winter and a pipe, froze and broke, causing the leak in my house, which they fixed in an hour.
Just had an awesome experience with Mike. Had a handyman over yesterday to help with some things around the house and he said the main shut off valve was leaking on one of our toilets, the products they used were inferior and it needed to be fixed asap. Called Go With the Flow and they came out this morning. Mike looked at it and said nope, not the valve - these are great - they should have been secured inside the wall but nothing to worry about, he then replaced the brains of the toilet and was done. Yes, it did cost me some money but he could have said it was a big deal and I would not have known any better and that would have cost me a boatload. I will definitely use them any time I have a plumbing issue going forward. I appreciated the responsiveness, the honesty, and the job done.
I was very happy when Go With The Flow Plumbing initially installed our new water heater On 8/01/2021. Soon after the install, a burning smell filled the garage and continued for the next few weeks. On Labor Day our new water heat stopped working. I called and left a message with Go With The Flow Plumbing but did not receive a call back until the next day.
Since we didn't hear from Go With The Flow Plumbing on Labor Day we had to call another
plumbing company to install another water heater. The burning smell was coming from burning wires in the fuse box. We were fortunate there wasn't a fire ! We were very disappointed to learn that this Go With The Flow Plumbing is not a 24/7 company , so good luck if you have an emergency ! I only know that I will no longer use this company in the future.

Very responsive. I contacted them and they reached me back in minutes. Very helpful, friendly, and professional technician. He told me the price ahead of the conducting the work and it's acceptable.
I have two leaks from two bathrooms upstairs. They helped to spot one of the issue right away. The other one was just refused to show up when the plumber was there so we couldn't do anything about it. The next day, the leak finally decides to show itself and I spotted it and contacted Go with the Flow. The guy who picked up the phone knows what's going on and able to identify my case almost right away, and scheduled a service the next morning. Very nice experience working with them. Friendly, professional, gets the job done, no BS. Exactly someone I look for to get my projects done.
Had a plumbing emergency yesterday- our washing machine started draining and overflowing into a toilet- called several places and couldn't get help until these guys responded. They got here less than an hour after we spoke and fixed it. It was a huge repair and thankfully they spotted an issue we had been ignoring (a leaky shut off out front) and offered to fix that as well.
Guy was super quick and despite at one point having to remove and replace our toilet - still managed to get everything done in about 2 hours. I would absolutely recommend them and next time I'm calling them straight away.

My toilet has been leaking. Another company said I needed to replace it completely... I wanted a second opinion. 'Go with the Flow' Joe had someone out the next day, they found the source of the leak and fixed it. One year warranty, and way more cost efficient. Thank you for the help! Mike was my technician and he was kind and informative.
I moved back into my house after having tenants for 4 years.
Problem 1: The movers noticed a leak where the hot water connects to my washing machine and suggested I get a plumber out.
Problem 2: The next morning, I discovered a very slow draining tub while showering.
Yep, time to call a plumber. I put out feelers to a few plumbers on Yelp and the first to respond was Go with the Flow. Even better, they could come out that same day.
I was a teensy bit surprised at the price, but Mike kept me in the loop (no big surprise at the end) and he resolved both issues the same day.
I will recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

Our water meter had a slow leak somewhere so I reached out to multiple plumbers via Yelp.
Joe with Go With the Flow communicated back within just a few minutes and was also the fastest to be able to come out and take a look. They used a text message service to provide updates on when a representative was headed my way.
Joe was friendly and provided great service. He had to dig out a 2x2 hole behind the concrete housing for the water meter, through two 3 thick tree roots to discover a leak in the 90 degree elbow coming from the meter and towards my house. He replaced the 90 degree elbow with two 45 degree elbows which he said was meant to reduce pressure on the pipe. Joe quoted me up front and the quote aligned with his final price.
Pros: Quick communication, fast to be on site, professional service, true to price quote.
Cons: (I'll preface my con with the fact that he quoted me prior to starting work, I agreed, and the service ended up being exactly what he quoted. Hence the five stars.) Only con I'd say was the price seemed steep for four hours of labor and a couple of 45 degree pvc couplings that the job turned out to need. I assumed wrong in thinking the price would be adjusted down if it turned out to be something simple.
Also at the end was a ~3%/$36 charge for paying with a credit card which would have been beneficial to know about upfront had I not just happen to have enough cash on hand to cover it.
That aside, five stars, thank you for helping to get my leak fixed Joe!

We discovered a leak in our guest bathroom suddenly. We called Joe and he was able to send out Mike very quickly. He was able to remediate the issue very quickly and take care of our worries!
Fast response, came out the next day. Had to get a part but also had a fast turn around time to get the part and come back to install it. Appreciate their service and how quickly they resolved my problem! Will definitely use them again in the future.

My toilet was clogged last night 12/7/22. The regular plumber I used accused me of sticking something down the toilet and refused to come out after I paid them $1200.00 last month to install two new toilets.
Go With The Flow Plumbing came over in less than two hours and unclogged it in five minutes...thank me for my business and left. They just gained a new customer!

Another efficient, professional work by Mike V of Go With The Flow, Plumbing! He serviced our master bath/shower/toilet clog this time. He answered my call after-hours, was knowledgeable, had good communication regarding appt status, came prompt as promised and friendly.
I actually had Mike V.'s cell number from 6 years ago when he fixed our garbage disposal. He worked for a different company then, but I keep contact information of good contractors. Now he has his own business, so I'm glad I was able to get in contact with him again.

Best service/experience I've had so far with a plumbing company out here.
Had a different company come out and couldn't figure out the clog issue i was having in my bathtub after 3 hrs. So I searched and found go with the flow plumbing. They were able to come out within a reasonable time frame for my clog issue, the price was very reasonable and my clog got unclogged within the hour. Great customer service and knowledge!
I will forever use them for any plumbing needs from here on out, I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

My outside hose was stuck on the faucet. They responded the same day and got the faucet unstuck. During the service I found out that my water regulator was bad and needed to be replaced. They did and I have never been happier. I would definitely use them again!
We had a pipe break in our garage over Thanksgiving weekend, and Go With the Flow was incredibly responsive in setting up a time to come in on Monday, and was able to resolve the issue quickly and provide some quotes for future work. We're very happy with their reliability, responsiveness, and service, and wouldn't hesitate to reach out in the future.
I recently needed my tankless hot water heater descaled. When my hot water heater started acting up, I thought that was what I need due to its a couple of months over due. I got on Yelp and got several companies responded within 24 hrs. Go With The Flow Pluming was only one didn't push me for estimate visit/consultant. At the same time, I asked to check if the issue of hot water heater continues after descaling.
I had Mike came to our house and he was friendly, polite, did a job within expected time. At the end, yes I just needed descaling but I'm glad they sent me an employee fast and solved the issue. The price is average for the work, $250. (I found it online information it would be $200-300 for tankless hot water heater) I'll contact them for next year descaling.

Excellent service! It was the Monday after New Years and they were able to come out and took care of our two broken pipes! Would recommend these guys to anyone. They are friendly and professional.
We were able to have someone take a look at a bathroom leak in less than 24 hours from contacting the business. Mike was prompt, courteous, and clearly explained the repair which we were able to get done the same day and didn't get charged a ridiculous amount.
Excellent service. Good communication and timely scheduling. Fixed our issue at a cost less than I had estimated. Will use again for our old house.

Great service from Joe at Go with the Flow Plumbing, of course these things always happen over the weekend: Plugged sewer line, toilet backing up into bathtub, clearly a problem that needs immediate attention. Others were no-shows, I called Joe/GWTF plumbing and he saved the day. Came out rapidly, as promised, rectified the problem skillfully and thoroughly. I would use them gain whenever needed w/out hesitation. Cost was also reasonable/fair.
I really appreciate the swift response and excellent service I received. My sink and garbage disposal were not working and Mike was able to come out the same day I was in contact with Joe and fix the issue we were having in less than 45 minutes. Thank you, thank you!

My son's condo was experiencing high water pressure after the installation of a new central water pump. This caused hammering in the bath tub faucet so I asked for quotes to install a pressure valve. Go With the Flow was the first to respond with a reasonable quote. He arrived in less than two hours at 7:30pm the same day and worked until very late. He did an excellent job installing the pressure valve. But the faucet was still making noise because the high pressure had already broken the faucet. So he came back the next day to cut through the tiles and replace the faucet. Everything is working fine now and my son is happy.
I picked what I thought was a small business because they are usually more dedicated to doing a good job and I was not disappointed.
Our shower was backing up and we contacted a few companies in area, Joe was prompt in returning our message and arrived at estimated time, very professional, honest and took care of issue right away. Thank you Joe and crew.

Mike V to the rescue!! I had a faucet replaced a week ago by another company. The next day, I noticed a leak and called the company back and left messages, but no response.....after leaving multiple messages, I decided today to see who on Yelp had a great plumbing reputation. I called Go With the Flow and Mr. Joe kindly made an appointment for me....there was a little confusion on timing but once that was sorted out, Mike arrived. He diagnosed the issue within a minute of looking at the faucet. He quickly began correcting the issue and less than 30 min later, the leak was gone. I appreciate his professionalism and it is clear he loves what he does. We already have discussed another project with my water heater....this company is truly full service and has earned my trust. Would definitely recommend this plumbing company for your plumbing needs. They were prompt in their response to my request for a quote and went straight for obtaining my contact information instead of leaving me to deal with the painful chat option on yelp. Yelp, you may want to work on an update for your chat option.
If you're looking for a punctual, responsible, and honest plumber then this company is exactly what you have been looking for.
If you are looking for low quality work and absurd costs, well bullocks, you've come to the wrong plumbing company!
In case you're wondering about what their services, it seems that they are able to do basically any type of plumbing work ranging from the water heater to drain cleaning to bathroom plumbing issues and so forth.

We had a dishwasher installed and when we would run it, we noticed water leaking from the garbage disposal line. So we called Go With The Flow Plumbing and they came the next morning to fix the clogged line. He got it done quickly and efficiently! I would definitely refer this company to any friends! They're great.
Toilet would not flush or plunge.
Plumber Mike came out and had to use two different rooter tools Manuel then electric.
Had to remove toilet and used the electric rooter tool. Issue was flushed face wipes.
Never believe the flushable label on the package.
Based on the amount of time and service I feel the price was fair.
Joe was super responsive with the plumbing issue we had. Kept me up to date on his arrival and witching 30 mins of arriving fixed our stopped kitchen sink. Definitely recommend him!
Came and capped my gas line prior to replacing my range. Did a great job, relit all the pilot lights for me and left me with a clean work area. Even my dogs liked them! Go With The Flow handles the job with utmost professionalism.
Saturday night in Rancho Solano. My toilets won't flush and are overflowing. Plunging and snaking is doing nothing.
I call, Joe answers and tells me he can make it out in 10 minutes. I wasn't expecting that. Another local plumbing company said maybe Tuesday.
He's there in 9 minutes. Searches around in the dark to find the sewer line where the clog was. Previous owner of the house had it underneath inches of grass and shrubbery. Joe has it fixed with no hesitation.
Toilets are flushing like normal. I'm having him out here for more work in the coming weeks. What more do you want?
Joe came out to my house twice in two days. Once to do a rough-in for a shower remodel, and the second time was when I accidentally drilled a hole through the copper pipe of the rough-in while attempting to move it over just a bit, lol. I called him after 5pm soaking wet, out of breath, and totally panicked because the tile was going in the next morning. I was desperate and he could tell.
When Joe came over the first day to do the rough-in he was kind and polite and he answered all my questions. But more importantly for me was that his quote was less than any of the others I'd received. So when he came and finished the entire job in an hour, I was pleased and impressed.
Cut to the next evening and me soaking wet and panicking. When he answered and blurted out what I hoped was a coherent plea for help, he was confused and thought I was telling him that his welds had failed. That I was able to explain that it was something I did wrong and I needed his help to fix it. And then I proceeded to beg him to come that night. He completely understood the predicament that I was in and said that he would come as soon as he could. And he was at my house by 7:30, which is great considering commuter traffic. Not only did he fix the problem in 20 minutes, but he also drilled a proper hole and he charge me a reasonable rate considering it was an after hours emergency call.
This company is now my go to for all my plumbing needs, the pricing is fair, the service is great, and they're there when you need them! Thanks Joe!!!
I was pleased with the service of the plumber sent by Go With The Flow Plumbing, but I am disappointed that the American Standard 1.25 HP was the only GD that I was able to get installed. It is not highly rated as a good waste disposer and the plumber did not write down the model and serial number so I can register it for the warranty. Additionally, I was charged $425 for the new unit and CostCo has the same model on their web site for $79.99 and I think $345.01 is a bit much for the work.
I came home to a leaking garbage disposal and was desperate for an after hours plumber. A lot of companies were closed and the ones that were open charged an arm and a leg. I came upon Joe from Go With The Flow. He gave me a quote that was fair and cheaper than every one else. He showed up exactly at the time he said he would. He was fast, friendly and skilled. He was in and out in less than an hour! Gave me a one year warranty with the labor which no one has offered me before. And the best part... he loves dogs! I'd highly recommend

Mike ensured the installation was done in a timely manner, and took care of all the logistics with the inspector and contractor. Yesterday I met Joe ......great manager of Go With The Flow Plumbing. He is a super guy.....Ten Stars Plus in all aspects of our transaction.
Had a clogged sewer drain at a recently purchased small commercial building on El Camino at Howe in Sacramento.
Within 10 minutes of contacting his company around 9PM, I received a reply and we met following morning at the agreed upon time.
Sorted the issue quickly. And the price: A Bargain.
This visit was my second interaction with Go With The Flow Plumbing.
In the future, if plumbing related repairs, service, parts / systems replacement etc. become necessary, This Company.....top of my CALL list.

Our laundry room flooded while we were installing a new washer and dryer. They responded to our yelp message very fast. They gave us a two hour window (11-1) when they can be here and they were here right on time at 11, professional, friendly, and didnt mind my mother being all up in the mix either. I am very pleased with with the service provided to me by Go With the Flow Plumbing. I got tired of the low pressure and outdated hardware in my shower so I decided to get this fixed and forget about it. Vadim came out within 1 hour of contacting him and did a phenomenal job. We scheduled a time and day for them to come on site for an estimate, I gave them the address, took half a day off work to be here, then they ghosted me. When I reached back out to them, blamed a crashed scheduling system. They might do good work, but their business operations are garbage.

Had a leaking shower - Go With the Flow was responsive showed up with a good attitude and fixed what needed to be fixed. I'm extremely impressed with the service provided, quality and the professionalism received. Reasonable cost and reliability exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend!
