I had a water pressure problem.  Apparently two issues, first the initial installation two decades ago took a 1 1/4 incoming water line and reduced it to a 1 pressure reduction valve.  Rod and Andrew replaced the correct size waterline and pressure reduction gauge and now my wife is very happy.
They were very professional and very efficient.

Unfortunately, even though we had a good experience, we would NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
This week we were confronted by a racist employee doing work for a neighbor. When we called the response was we are aware. The fool employee tries to lie, turn things around and call the police.
When all was said and done -he admitted he did write KKK F**K N*****S (real letters not the asterisks) and was crying at our door apologizing (probably only because he was trying to save his new job) by saying he thought it was funny some apology!!
Well now DOJ has been notified. But the attorney says we may not be done yet. Good Lord he's made a mess.
We can update with names when police report is received.

Work was 5 star. Communication was less one star, let me explain. We called Henco to have our hot water heater relocated, and when Aaron came to give us a quote, he explained that we had four different types of pipes and it would be a good idea to replace them. We agreed, and after discussing the process Aaron misled us by telling us it would be done in a day. It took them almost a week, which was not a problem. It would just would've been great to understand the process better

David was absolutely amazing and professional. We also had dealings with Dean, who is also very kind and had to hear my frustrations about Aaron miscommunicating with us.

Work was top notch, would use again and I'd be sure to confirm timeless to help understand process better.

Showed up on schedule, very communicative, did a good job and they were available the next day. There's nothing more I want from a water heater install.

We used Henco plumbing to come to our house to assess our toilet. We were charged at the time of service on our credit card for the $89 fee back in OCTOBER of 2022. Now, in July we have received a phone call stating they have never received payment and we need to pay. I let the lady on the phone know I want to go through my bank statements and I would like to get back to her because my husband has been in the hospital (fighting for his life, btw). Two weeks later I get a final notice letter in the mail. This bill they claim we owe has not been an issue to them for 10 months and all of a sudden they can't give me some time to reconcile my bills and cc's to make sure I was not in fact charged last year with what I have going on. I remember distinctly signing their tablet with the worker that was at the house after the cc was charged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! VERY SHADY!!

I noticed a reoccurring wet spot in my garden, a spot that suffered a leak in my main supply line in 2017. Suspecting the same problem I moved aside a 300# boulder and excavated much like I had done previously to expose/diagnose the leak. I confirmed the same tee joint was leaking that had been repaired before as it rapidly refilled the hole with water. That emergency repair was done by a calling-out a two-man HENCO crew (Owen), who shut off the supply,  jumped to the open hole, bailed the water and completed the repair and back-filled. Their fee on 8/16/17 was $179.
This time on 4/25/23, I again called out a HENCO crew arriving within 4 hrs. With mud to my knees, I asked that by shutting off and pumping out the water they'd confirm the scope of work. No; they began reciting to me the call out fee, and recited a list of options available to me without putting eyes on the problem! In the truck for 15 min. Max prepared a list which ranged from like-same repair up to running a new copper line from the street ($10K). Don't you even want to look at it first? I insisted. Water was shut off and the hole vacuumed out and the task confirmed.  I'll take like-same repair . With a straight face he quoted $2250! In a panic I agreed but felt duped due to my desperation.
First I cautioned to beware of the sprinkler head nearby as they said they would need to widen the hole to gain access the tee taking less than 10 minutes. A new splice kit was installed taking another 20 min., then refilling the hole. Complete within 1 hr. from arrival. After leaving I restored the garden and replaced the boulder, but then noticed that the sprinkler head was missing!  I discovered it buried 8 down, laying horiz. And its body had been pierced with a sharp object. I bought a new one. Then I discovered one of my hose bibs occluded with rocks and mud that were allowed to enter my home water supply.
I feel  violated! For a repair billed 6 years ago at $179, I was now gouged $2172, an 1100% increase (materials used and the crew time were identical. No extra charge for ruining the sprinkler)! But I was vulnerable. Predatory plumbing?

I had attempted to do some toilet repair when I found out our toilet had a weird space for the water line connector. The toilet was unusable and I had a family member with mobility issues, so we needed to get something done fast. I called Henco and they were able to come out the same day and get things fixed up. Their staff were friendly and courteous. The only reason that I have it marked as a 4-star is that while they did a fantastic job replacing the filler and water line connection, the flap for flushing was not working ideally when they left. It was something that was simple for me to fix, but I don't know that they noticed it was an issue before they left. Quick response and friendly, I think if you just make sure to test stuff out before they leave you should be good.

Henco went above & beyond both times I've hired them.  They're my go to people now.  I'm calling them from now on.  They put in a new toilet for me and did a such a great job, that I called them for a new water heater too.  Perfect!

Our plumber Joe from Henco Plumbing, was very professional. He showed empathy and made sure I understood what the problem was. I was expecting a large bill and a plumber that was hurried and distant, as we just had a big storm and plumbers are working crazy hours.
Joe was patient and listened to my concerns. He fixed the problem and charged me an extremely fair price. I was desperate and Henco Plumbing and Joe did not take advantage of the situation. They did the opposite, they showed caring and a fairness that many companies don't show. Thank you Joe and Henco Plumbing.

Holy cow- what a clown show. Confusion at every step on this company's part, multiple excuses, then sending the wrong type of plumber, and he arrived even though he knew he was not the right kind of plumber, then tried to sell me services i did not need. i give two stars because he at least had the decency to correct  small problem before he left, the end of an 8 hour ordeal of trying to get help with a problem. i do not have any idea how a company can stay in business with the kinds of error, changing excuses and just plain bad service. The main problem still exists, but I will be contacting amnother service to fix it-

The plumber was very professional and on time told me what he was going to do. He replaced the sink drain line, he had to go underneath the house where it's a tight space to replace the washing machine main drain line. He mad sure everything worked an$ then cleaned up everything definitely will use them again.

Stopped-up drains or other plumbing problems are never fun, but our Henco tech certainly made it as painless as possible.

We had called out another plumber for our blocked kitchen drain, they came out but they were unable to clear the drain, they ran into an obstruction at some point in the system and were unable to continue with the resources that they had.

I called our management company, who recommended a drain specialist. I called a couple, and Henco was able to make an appointment on the second day after I called.

Mark from Henco arrived and, after listening to what had happened previously, very quickly came up with a logical game plan with a couple of options that made sense to me, then he used a camera to explore our condo's drainage system, and took the time to explain to me each decision he made as he went. He boiled it down to two options, one more budget conscious and another more directed toward a comprehensive solution.

During the whole process, he was very conscious of protecting the floors/stairs as he moved his equipment in and out, and was confident from the beginning that he could solve our dilemma.

He was equipped with any/all of the equipment he needed, and rather quickly had the drain cleared, and then, at his suggestion, he used high-pressure water to completely clear any residue in the drain and advised us on preventative maintenance practices and recommended an enzyme solution to avoid or reduce the problem going forward. He was able to supply that product at a competitive price.

A friendly, articulate, and consummate professional throughout our service call.  He left no trace of having been here when he left. Spotlessly clean.

I suspect Henco may not be the cheapest plumber in town, but they certainly are well prepared for any possibilities that may arise and take the time to involve the customer in the decision-making process. I don't see how it could have been better.

Henco Plumbing was communicative, on-time, professional and friendly. They came out to give a water heater quote the next day and had a new one ordered and installed within a week.

We had a difficult water heater replacement project that one plumber could not take on, a second one would do it but at a price 30% more than what Henco quoted. Henco did the job for us, their work was very professional, and they left having completely cleaned up. Very happy with their work and responsiveness!

Disclaimer: Henco has not yet come to service our home but I feel compelled to leave a review because I have called SEVERAL plumbing services and companies today who have all given me the option of scheduling an appointment for 10 days from now for a VERY leaky toilet--I am talking leaking at the rate of requiring 2-4 towels/hour. I called Henco and they were so kind and even better, they are arriving tomorrow morning. I will follow up but so far, color me impressed.

I had two Leaking Shower head's and Brian was very quick to get them both Repaired.

He was both Friendly and had Amazing service.

Fantastic service - they came to do annual maintenance on my tankless water heater (I couldn't get anyone else out to do it) and the technician was great. They even offered to install an inlet filter so that the maintenance needs to be done less frequently at less than half the cost of the flush itself. This will pay for itself in less than a year! :)

Called them on a Sunday, they offered to send someone out if it was urgent but it wasn't so we opted for them to come by the next day. They inspected our leaking water heater and suggested a replacement, we accepted and he had a new one installed and hauled off the old one within just a few hours. They were very thorough in explaining everything, really professional and very timely! Would definitely recommend them!

We have an Airbnb attached to our house that had a major drain blockage while guests we're staying. The shower, kitchen sink, and bathroom sinks were all clogged up, and one of our guests was having a major surgery that day and expected to have a functioning house to recover in. Throw in the element of Portland just had a massive snowstorm and we were under a foot of snow. I called every plumber in Portland and no one was running service for DAYS (understandable with road conditions). But Henco prioritized our situation and sent Mark and his partner. It was looking like we were going to have to replace all our pipes under the house, but Mark was determined and didn't want to leave us hanging. (I overheard him and his partner discussing how important it was to try again because of our urgent situation.) Lo and behold, he kept trying to find a solution and ended up fixing the issue an hour before our guest was coming home from the hospital. They could have easily told us to just change our pipes (which we will have to do eventually) and gone on their way, but they stayed instead, putting Marks 15 years of plumbing and problem solving experience to use. We truly felt so prioritized in a very stressful and time sensitive situation. Mark is a professional who cares and brings a personal touch to his visits. Would highly recommend Henco and their technicians!

Henco Plumbinig was one of four plumbing companies from which I solicited a bid for a water softener installation.  While I ultimately chose a different plumber for this work, I was absolutely blown away by Henco, and the professionalism, thoroughness, and friendliness of the representative to came to my house to bid on the job.
Henco was the only company that gave me lots of very helpful advice, such as a recommendation for where to physically place the softener unit in my garage based on practicality and usability of the space, not just we'll put hit here because that's where the shutoff valve is as most of the other companies suggested.  He also asked if I'd like a bid on flushing my tankless water heater, which should be done annually.  He explained that it was easy to do, and that they could show me how to do it when they performed the service, so that I could save money in the future by performing the annual maintenance myself (and purchasing the needed equipment from anywhere I chose).  I had no idea that annual flushing (to chemically clear out any scale buildup) was required, and I'm extremely grateful for his letting me know about this.
I was also impressed with Henco's ability to generate a quote right on the spot.  Of the four companies from which I solicited quotes, Henco was the only one that was able to build three variations of the quote as well as a separate quote for the tankless heater flush on their tablet at the time of the visit, and also immediately e-mail them to me for full details and comparison as well.  There was no wait and see what the price will be when and if the bid actually shows up as was the case with the others.
I will absolutely keep Henco in mind for all future plumbing needs.

Absolutely horrible service. They were given a minor task, with pictures and videos of our inspection report for repairs and did not complete said repairs. They were called back 3 times. Our realtor was on sight for the last and final attempt and lied to her face about complete both water line repairs. This situation is costing us thousands of dollars in repairs and closing credits. Can not believe this.

We were beyond plesed with the service and work of Henco's plumber.  We had them install a drinking wather reverse osmosis water filtering system under our Kitchen sink, and to also address an apparent leakage issue in the Master Bathroom's Thermostatic Shower System, which ended up needing removal, repiping and replacement.  Henco's plumber, Alan, was fantastic, knowledgeable and able to handle and resolve all issues with knowledge, innovation and professionalism.  Great work......

2nd time using this great company.  Today was an emergency call for a crawlspace pipe leak.  Sam D. came out same-day and fixed it in 30 minutes.  Once again, very impressed!  Emergency calls aren't cheap - but the convenience of having someone same day - was worth it to me!  Thanks to Henco!

Great service and price. These guys were quick to respond and finished the job with a great outcome. We had 15 year old   Water tanks that started to have issues. Hancock offered replacement costs and offered a tankless water heating option. We picked the tankless option and love the new system. They also recommended  contacting the gas company and was eligible for a $400 rebate for gas efficiencies. Great job!!

Their customer service was one of a kind! Not only did they answer the phone on a Sunday, they came out and provided outstanding service. Brit is one of the sweetest guys, and very knowledgeable. He worked through the step by step process and was able to answer my questions. He was very professional and clean.

Had an emergency right before the holidays and they were phenomenal to work with. Will use them in the future!

They flooded our kitchen and will not take care of their damage.   We have been without a kitchen since thanksgiving.  They sent a water remediation company and now I have a 12k bill.  Henco owner refuses to help us.

If you need any camera work done , I would definitely call this company and ask for Britt. Britt was very informative and made sure that my sewer line was camerad correctly .

I am in the process of buying a new home wich can be very stressful but he went out of his way to tell me as much information about the plumbing in the home that he could , even explained where I should install my clean out. I will be calling this company and Britt to do so !

What a fantastic experience we had with this company. We had a leak in the pump house. Initially I tried calling a local business and they never returned my calls. With Henco, someone answered the phone and set us up for an appointment. I had called later in the day, so they sent a professional the very next day. He was cordial, pleasant to deal with, listened and fixed the problem quickly. We have a couple larger projects that will need to be done and we will definitely be calling Henco back again.

Sam came to rescue our problematic 75 gallon water heater. Other contractors had hard time with it and I'm glad I finally called Henco to come service our water systems. Excellent and efficient workers. I highly recommend Henco to anyone looking for honest and hard work!

The men who work for Henco are super awesome- communicate well, very positive and professional. When difficulties came up they handled them in a confident controlled way, didn't put blame on other subcontractors. Owen was pretty flexible and helpful with scheduling and regarding questions I had. I'll most likely use them on the next 2 houses I'll be building!

We have used Henco Plumbing services two times in the past 8 weeks for needed repairs to our sewer and plumbing system. They have been great to work with. Their communication with me was great and they tried to find alternative solutions to one of my plumbing issues. There field and office staff are very friendly and most importantly professional in how they treat their clients.

Great service! Gave me a fair bid and completed the work as promised. Cleaned up after he was through. Very friendly. I added them to my contact list.

Quick fast and reliable! Will definitely call back again if I need a plumber. The gentleman who came out was knowledgeable and got to my house super fast and got the job done in less than 30!

This company was fantastic. After calling numerous plumbing places, all of who said they couldn't get out to fix my water line break for at least a week (being a whole week without water?!?), the lovely receptionist I spoke with at Henco said she'd try as hard as she could to get someone out that day or the next at the latest. A couple hours later Gage was here. He was very professional and fixed the problem immediately. And the entire cost was barely more than just the emergency house call fee (no fix included!) for the other places. Will definitely be using Henco again!

From the fist connection on the phone these guys were awesome. I called with flooded basement they were recommended by another plumbing co. They were here in a couple of hours. Wesley was very polite and straight forward. He isolated the problem quickly and fixed it and also gave future recommendations of things that could be done later.

I don't do plumbing, I could but It can go bad quickly and I realize that. So when my 25 year old polybutylene manabloc system developed a pin hole leak, I was at a loss on who to call.  By chance, my neighbor was having some re-piping done by Henco Plumbing so I enlisted them for my repair.
Even though they were busy with my neighbors, they took the time to listen to me and inspect my problem and explain my options.
I could go on but the result was I had them do a temporary repair which I received an estimate, they arrived on time and were very professional and forthcoming about about the repairs. I feel very confident about their work and will have them do the major re-pipe in the future.

Received a call they were on their way. Drew, our technician was friendly, wearing a mask and repaired our leak quickly. We would highly recommend Henco and will use them again when the need arises.

Had them replace my laundry box. Britt (think that was his name. Maybe Brent?) came and he did an amazing job! He also told me my water pressure was a little high and measured it for me and gave me a quote on that as well. The rules are it being 80 and mine was 100 which is what my home inspector said as well when I bought the house a couple weeks ago. So awesome that he caught that! Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend :)

I called them for a leak on our faucet in the backyard. They have gave me an estimate and came out and got it done in the same day! It was a fair price. The young man got it done quickly,and was very clean! My dogs did not mind him, and they bark at everyone. I will be using them again for any future issues!

Drew and his Henco crew did an excellent job re-piping our whole house. They were very creative in dealing with problems. They checked with us regularly to be sure we would be happy with how they were handling various issues. And their work was great. Passed inspection very fast with no exceptions. And the sheet rock guys were in the house as the inspection happened, all ready to start closing things up. We were in a tight time schedule and they got everything done on time.

The locating service they used failed them and missed our main power line to the house. As a result, the lateral drill hit the power line and the power surge burned out three appliances. But Henco is covering our costs and dealing with insurance directly, not us. That's professional service to me.

Loren at Henco did an amazing job of fixing a broken pipe under our house. He was very professional, explained our issues in detail (took pictures under house) and broke down options to repair. It was a late call and he stayed far after normal hours to complete the project so we could have water again. We decided to go ahead and replace our older hot water tanks with a tankless water heater and Loren again explained all our options, set up our appointment and came back to do the work just a few days later.  I really can't recommend Henco enough and thank you Loren!

Had a leak in the upstairs shower that was dripping into dining room ceiling. These guys came out right away and took care of the issue. Clean and thorough. Nice guys. A+

Awesome service! I called with an emergency main water line leak. They said they would be out between noon and 3pm. At 10am there was a great young man digging down to the main line. By 12:30pm he had it fixed. Super happy with the communication of cost and extremely fair pricing. If we need additional plumbing for our rentals they will be my first call.

Henco came in to a tetchy, litigious situation. Henco is the single bright spot in a big mess in my multiplex. They were professional, respectful, and did a good job. It's never easy to have an apartment repaired but they minimized the stress for me and treated me like a human, even though I'm just a tenant. It's night and day from other companies. Thank you.

I just had Henco Plumbing repipe my entire house and my main line outside. It was a huge job and they completed it in one day. Henco Plumbing was very professional. The quote they gave was the final price. There was no hanky panky after the job was done. I would definitely recommend Henco Plumbing to anybody needing a plumber.

Henco responded immediately to a plumbing emergency at our house. They provide a reasonable bid to re-plumb the entire house and were able to start the same day. They were efficient and professional. They rescued us from a disastrous situation, and, in the end, charged less than they quoted.

I had a great experience with Henco from the first call.  Most plumbers were too busy to even get a quote from in a timely matter & Henco fit me in right away.  Their prices were very reasonable & their work was impeccable.  I would recommend to anyone who asks.

After another PVC pipe leak, I decided to have PEX piping installed. I sought several proposals and selected Henco Plumbing as the contractor. The proposal was straight forward, clear, professionally presented and reasonably priced.  The technical approach to the project was explained and reinforced my product research. Although price was a consideration, contractor performance was a more prominent decision point. The workers showed up promptly on the appointed date, took extensive measures to protect my property and flooring, used a vacuum at every site where drywall was removed, ensured that I had water at least in one section of the house and promptly did the PEX repiping.. The 2 man crew worked hard and efficiently for 2 full days. A final check of all piping was conducted before the crew finished their work. Another significant aspect of the decision to use Henco was that they work with a drywall repair company as part of the team. This company was exceptional in promptness and professional competence. I am completely happy and satisfied with Henco and will use them in any future plumbing needs.  Henco is reliable, competent, professional and customer focused.

I called Henco's after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom this water heater's going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I'd get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that's why we called). He didn't push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
