Jason is awesome... great company to work with! Came out to diagnose problem the day after I called and then fixed it the very next day staying late to get us up and running! Thank you Jason! You got my business!

Our well stopped working and we were sure it would take weeks to get someone out and get fixed- Jason and Issac were able to come out right away thanks to a cancellation and fixed our well in a day! Unreal. They replaced the pipe and pump and set us up for a reliable well for years to come. Super professional and positive and they came supplied with everything you would need. They were a joy to work with and we can't recommend them enough.

Quick change of review here. After owner coming out 2 weeks ago and the same problem popping up again I just have to say something. This place came with rave reviews from coworkers. Hell their stickers are plastered all over my equipment and a lot of neighbors stuff too.

But enough about my equipment and my neighbors equipment.

Paying 175.00 an hour is comprable to having a colonostomy on your birthday. You would rather be blowing out candles then having someone stick a tube up your ... A gastroenterologist doesn't make that much per hour (see my Kaiser review).

So yesterday...no H2O again! Can I get someone out to look at it? Sure! 200.00 for one way travel? What the hell? I don't even know what that meant since I had to txt the tech.

So I run to the local Ace Hardware store and buy a new pressure switch. It works for now.

I call their office this a.m. and they said they would get the tech to call me. No tech call. I call again and they'll have the tech call me. Yup - no tech call. I call again and by now the have me on caller i.d. and don't answer.

And here we are, me leaving an unfavorable review and wondering when I go turn a faucet if there will be water.

I get it, it's Monday (national taco day) and everyone in town has had their pump go out, or pressure switch or their pump control panel or maybe it was the capacitor or whatever it was but have enough respect to call and say, Vinnie we can't help you but call our competition and they can. I'm on a well in Estacada and with my wife's gardening, we needed more water volume than my well could supply.  I went to Steve's and they suggested the right solution - a 1000 gallon tank with a separate pump that could supply enough water for all of our home and irrigation needs.  

Jason did everything with the construction/assembly.  He redesigned how it should fit together with the existing well and tank.  He put it together beautifully and efficiently with a much better access than I had with the old well house.

Jason, excellent job and thank you for your excellent work and suggestions!  I'll come back for more service when I need it!

I had a failing pressure tank today - well pump clicking in and out. Called Steve, my go to pump guy. He had someone drop off a replacement tank for the warranty failure (a rare event) and had a crew call in on their way back for another job tore move the old tank and install the new. Great guys - speedy, thorough and amiable. The finest service.

Our water system was destroyed in the Eagle Creek fire. Jason and Grant worked all day in the pouring rain to get water running to our home. Not only were they hardworking, but pleasant and kind.

We were in need of emergency service when our well went kaput late one night. We honestly thought our well was fried and would need a new one. We live rather far out, so I looked for businesses that were somewhat close. I sent out 2 inquiries and only heard from 1. Tom, the foreman for Steve's, came out the next day and fixed our well in an hour for a very reasonable price. He was absolutely friendly and professional and knew his stuff. We will absolutely use them again and keep their number on our list. It is always good when you have a reliable business you can go to in an emergency.

Steve's Pump Service replaced my well pump, pump controls and pressure tank.  I got three quotes and the other two quotes were from companies I have used at my house in the past and been happy with them.  My neighbor told me to get a quote from Steve's because he was pleased with their work to replace his boat dock irrigation pump.  I primarily dealt with Tom on the telephone.  His knowledge and professionalism immediately won me over.  Tom and his helper, Grant, did the actual work at my home.  Both of them were excellent.  Tom knew I was very particular about the installation and assured me they are just as particular.  I have only done two reviews ever on Yelp but felt very compelled to do this one.  This company and their people are top notch.

Suddenly, without much warning, we had no water one morning.  Nothing. Nada. Zip.  'A'ole.  I'd noticed that the pressure was down the night before and was afraid that by morning we'd have nothing at all.  I was right, and was pretty sure it was our well pump going bad.  This is not good news for people who depend on well water like we do.  

Before 8 a.m. I called Steve's Pump Service; we'd had them out here years and years ago.  We knew our well pump was bad; it was original with the house, which was built in 1966 and I knew it could go any time.  Actually, I figured we were overdue.

Steve told me he'd have someone out by 11 a.m., and he was true to his word.  Jason, his son, arrived promptly and went right to work.  He discovered a couple of different problems with it, but got the pump running again.  The problem was that we had no idea how long the pump would last since it was so old.  It could be years, it could be a day.  In the end, we decided to replace it.  Another huge expense we weren't planning on!

It took several hours, but ultimately we got the new pump put in.  It was a fascinating process to watch.  These guys really earn their money, let me tell you!  Jason was on the ground, then hopping up onto the truck, then down again, wrapping pipe to pull it all up, wrapping pipe to put it all down again.  I was really glad it was a cool day, and not raining.  Talk about hard, dirty, exhausting work!. This is no sitting behind a desk job.  Jason has been helping his Dad since he was a boy, and knew what he was doing. Through it all, he and his partner were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Jason, from Simply Shocking Electric (see my review here: yelp.com/biz/simply-shoc…) to give them a hand, too.  He did some wiring that needed to be done, and I was glad he was here too.  All three guys worked really well together.

By the end of the afternoon we had our new pump in. Jason told me that the one we had was built to last, one of the best ones ever made, with an unusual life expectancy of 45-50 years.  So we were due for a new one, since this one was original to the house.  

I can't say enough good things about Steve's Pump Service.  They made sure we didn't have to stay without water, installed the new pump quickly and efficiently (even though we weren't on their schedule for the day), and cleaned up after themselves.  If I could give them ten stars, I would.  I highly recommend them.

You cannot possibly go wrong having Steve's Pump Service work on your water systems! They are updating my ancient well pump as I write this, they installed a frost free hydrant that another outdoor plumbing company refused to do, and they successfully replaced an ancient pressure tank inside the house. Their quotes are extremely reasonable, they are punctual and thoroughly knowledgable, and I believe they have taken care of me and my old house very well. This company is now my go-to for anything pump related. Please ask for Dan and/or Tom - they'll take good care of you!

The crew at Steve's pump service are always helpful and often provide basic troubleshooting advice to help get your system running until they can help resolve your problem.  Pricing is fair and they will only sell you what you need.  I wish all companies provided this level of service.  I have never been disappointed over the 26 years that I have done business with them.

I cannot even begin to express how awesome this company is. Our well went out on a Sunday evening. The first company that came out took one look at our pump house and said they couldn't help us. We have 4 kids and a mother in law apartment. Living without water was not an option!!! We called Steve's pump service. They were able to squeeze us in and come out to our place on that Tuesday evening. They even did the research on our existing well pump to find out all the info on it that we didn't know. The guys that came out were amazing. They stayed late to make sure we had our well pump up and running. We were given an estimate and fully expected to pay that price. The bill ended up coming to less than the estimate. How often does that happen??? This is a very honest and trustworthy company. The service is unparalleled and the commitment to their customers is amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve's Pump service to anyone.
