Brandon is a fantastic plumber. We had a pin hole leak in our main water line and our water bill was going through the roof! Brandon came in and campy assessed the situation, was honest about my outings and went through with the best possible option in the most time and cost efficient manner.
He used absolutely top class materials and was very professional in his job. He was also very approachable and filled up quite diligently after the job as well. I already recommended him to my neighbor, who lived his work as well and I will absolutely recommend him to whoever comes my way asking.

Maybe my memory was off regarding the discussion of the line not being replaced up to the city, but overall things are flushing and Tim was quick. I can't hold grudges

We had a outside faucet break in the last freeze we had and water was shooting up about 5 feet in the air, I called Rowe and within a half an hour(one of their guys was working up the street) they showed up to shut off the water and then came back about an hour later to fix the faucet. These guys are the greatest, Tim makes you feel like family and his guys are all super friendly! They are my go to Plumbers! Will call them again and again!

I had a garbage disposal issue and called Service Plus to have someone come out and look at it. Landon was able to come out the next day and diagnose the issue immediately. He replaced the garbage disposal right then and there and even saved me some money by keeping some old parts that were still good. He worked quickly and efficiently, was honest, clean and communicative. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any other plumbing needs.

This was in every way a perfect contractor experience. Chris was very polite and professional, he quickly diagnosed the different issues with two of our toilets, and fixed them in under an hour. A previous plumber (highly rated on Yelp) had claimed both toilets would require entire tank rebuilds and tried to pressure us into buying new toilets instead (which they happened to have in the back of their truck), and gave a surreal explanation for why a $15 part from a hardware store suddenly became a $250 part when they installed it (apparently because they needed to pay their staff's salaries - which, what?). By contrast, Chris from Pipeline was able to fix both toilets with a few simple parts that cost in the tens of dollars rather than thousands. No upsell. Just quick, competent, professional work. He wore a mask, gloves, and shoe covers the entire time, and made contactless payment easy, which we also appreciated. We were very impressed!

Derek has helped us with the plumbing on our rental several times.  He's very knowledgeable and is reasonably priced.  Great work and will continue to use his service in the future.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and I called several plumbers but the only one that actually answers was Jennifer at Kruce. She was very sweet and fit us in right after the weekend... Monday promptly at 8 am Bobby came out and fixed the leak. Turned out we needed a new faucet so he recommended we pick our own and he was able to come this morning right on time. Terrific job. Bobby is such a nice guy!

I was very impressed with Frontier Plumbing! They showed up just when they said they would and resolved my plumbing problem immediately! I'm pretty sure they left the kitchen even cleaner than when they found it.

Owen came out on a Saturday and found our Backflow device that the city and another plumber could not. Took Owen less than five minutes. What a great employee and a great company. I highly recommend American Backflow to anyone needing these services, and if your really lucky maybe you will get Owen.

I too will vouch for their amazing service!! Our house has some leaks where the water company suspected a main line leak.  The gal that answered gave some really good ideas of what the possible culprits could be which I will be looking into.  

The main reason why I called though was our cold water turned completely brown out of no where. She pointed out that this time of the year, the water company tends to flush out the neighborhood water and long behold she was right; outside was a flood of water being flushed out.  I waited it out and no problem solved.

I will definitely be scheduling my next plumbing needs with this company.  Outstanding customer service and competitive rates!!

Fast call back and after I send the picture of the problem leaking hose , Doug explained to me how I can save money by possibly doing it myself , which I did  after some solutions that he offered. Yes , it was a 5 minutes job after I got the part but he could easily just come and do it and charge me. This is great service and of course he will be my first choice for more difficult jobs and I will refer their service to others.

These guys were great.  I couldn't be happier.  They came out quickly, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and passed the city inspection.  Great workmanship too.  Also, their quote was $1,000 less than another quote I got.

First, the review from Rex. S. is fake. This guy actually promises to remove your bad reviews for a few bucks in his profile.

Second: We called Platimum Plumbing and arranged for them to come out yesterday afternoon (Friday) for a leak under our kitchen sink. They enthusiastically agreed, then never showed up. Not even a phone call - thanks for wasting our Friday afternoon, bozos! We cleared out all the stuff under our sink and now it's all over the counters until we can get someone else out. We could have had someone else come out and help us with our problem without having to wait all weekend with stuff all over the kitchen.

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.
