So glad we called Crown. We had an older Delta kitchen faucet that needed a part. Delta sent us a completely new faucet which was a nice surprise, and Crown came to the house the same day we called and installed it. They did a great job!!! I would highly recommend them.

Had Forbes come out to fix a faucet. While fixing it, their technician noted that a mounting bracket was broken (he didn't break it), but said it would hold. It did not though, so I had to get a new one from Delta, but they came back out and finished it at no fee, so that was great! 5 Stars.

Remember they make you pay whether they find your leak or not
When I called to make an appointment they guy said they would be able to tell me if the leak was inside or outside and approximately where
The technician came and used a gauge and said that the leak was inside the house not outside at the pump.
Then he spent the next hour reviewing all the things I had already checked like the toilets- that wasted an hour of the 2 hour maximum time they spend
He went into the crawl space and looked at 10% of it then he saw that it would be an effort to inspect the rest of it and so he just gave up and didn't do that. He walked back and forth the with his equipment outside the house listening for a leak that he had already said was inside. Later he changed his story and suggested it might be outside. At the end of 2 hours he couldn't confirm whether the leak was inside or outside the house. or whether it leaked a tenth of a gallon a minute or 10 gallons a minute but of course he was ready to take a credit card for $325 right away. I received no definitive information from him or his company about my problem. They are totally useless (they didn't offer any follow up recommendation) and don't promise anything not even a consistent report on what they can tell you

My landlord uses these plumbers for our building. My water pressure was terrible and I assumed it was just the building but another tenant told me theirs was great. Within 24hrs of my initial request I had the problem completely resolved!! They were nice, explained the issue to me, and fixed it very quickly (I was lucky it was a simple fix). Now I can actually use my bathtub and wash my face in my bathroom sink (it was truly dribbling before). I would highly recommend!!

Called this guy for toilet issue. He says he'll come out the next day. Never shows never calls won't return call or text. Very unprofessional.

Very responsive and quickly provided a quote. Preformed the work same week of the quote, and did an excellent job. Great customer service, highly recommended!

Just last night, my upstairs bathroom had sprung a leak and I noticed the kitchen floor was wet from water dripping from the ceiling. I called my hone warranty company and they got Four Star Plumbing out here next day! Ed and his coworker were very efficient, professional, and got the leak fixed and patched the dry wall. They also put down a drop cloth to keep everything clean. Excellent job!

Earl Frank from A Apple Plumbing is the kind of contractor you hope you can find when you need something done. Honest, straight forward, concerned about doing things right, and nothing unnecessary. While selling our home we found out at the last minute that we needed a plumbing repair of old galvanized pipe. Earl fit us into his schedule, then when the repair turned into a re-pipe and new water service, he found time to make it happen so we could close on time. In order to expedite the job, he had me dig holes, allowed me to arrange the water line boring, and left materials to pull the new pipe so when he came back he could make the connections. He charges by the hour at a reasonable rate for a quality plumber, but he knows what he's doing so he works fast. Another sign of a good plumber is their choice in materials, and Earl uses the best without question. If you need some plumbing work done and are able to have Earl and A Apple plumbing do it, you can rest assured you in good hands. Thank you Earl!

This do-it-yourselfer tried two different over-the-counter cleaners and two plumbing snakes without success. Clog Busters first tried their basic methods - similar to the snake I used - but then resorted to a machine that shot hot water through the system. Problem solved.
The guy was very nice, my very elderly mom felt comfortable with him inside the house. Price tag was $549 which stung a little.

Honest and reliable is all I can say about Pioneer plumbing.
Brian came out within an hour after I contacted him.
Work was performed a few days after.
After finding out that we had a broken mainline, I contacted Brian.
He was out on the same day. Assess the situation and give me a quote and bid on the job. On site.
After checking his schedule, his crew came out the next day and started the work.
Brian and his crew notified of all work.
I would recommend Pioneer plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

These guys are absolutely A+ EXCELLENT people.
I have had them do work on my personal residence (A whole house RE-plumb & a clogged pipe) but today they blew me away.
I called them regarding replacing a hot water heater that went out & within hours these guys had a tank, crawled up into an attic & replaced it.
I could have never expected same day service for something like this.
I would recommend these guys to anyone - Honest, Trustworthy & just an all around fantastic company.

Unproffesional. Watson plumbing contractor never returned my calls, was a no show for the appointment all because I suggested I may need a second opinion.

We reached out to Park Place because of their impeccable reviews and now we can see why. Mike was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job re-piping some drains for us. He stands behind his work and is completely honest and approachable. Definitely recommend!

We arrived home late one night to find our upstairs air conditioning was not working. I sent a Yelp quote the next morning and Central Air responded right away. They scheduled someone same day and when they were able to come earlier then planned, they had the technician wait for me! The technician - Keegan - was great. He told me the dampener for upstairs got blocked. He did everything he could to fix that first but the motor had burned out. He went back to Tigard that afternoon and got a new motor at very reasonable price - which he told me upfront. He also changed my HVAC filter. I would highly recommend Central AIr!

During a heavy rainstorm in January 2021 a French drain backed up causing run off and rain water to enter my home flooding two rooms. Caliber was out at my house that night till midnight pumping water and opening the drain. They saved my house from serious damage. This is why I used them for the install of a dry well in my front yard. I can safely say it won't happen again. These guys are true professionals and where there when I needed them. Thank you for taking care of me. They treated me like family, the family you like. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

Garth is awesome! He came over late at night when we realized our toilet wouldn't flush at all & I had to be at work at 4am. I definitely recommend this guy!

RUDE!!!
I went in for a simply gas reducer, explained to the CSR what I was looking for, have seen it multiple times a person, and the CSR went several times to the back to find it and couldn't. He then explained to me that many people who visit Mesher were trained for plumbing and know what they want when they come in the door. I had explained to him what I was looking for and each time he left for the supply isle he came back with a part that I wasn't looking for. t spent 30 minutes there, 10 of which I was trying to leave. The CSR wouldn't let me leave and insisted on going back to the supply isles again to find the part. At this point, I knew of the ignorance of this employee. So having had enough of rudeness and ignorance, I just left the warehouse and not to make the CSR feel neglected or uniformed (but he sure let me know I didn't know what I was talking about). Next time, I'll leave it up to the big box stores... at least there CSR's listen and try to help you find the right part. Mesher CSR didn't and in my personal opinion was having a bad day and trying to make me feel like I was the one who was ignorant and uniformed. My advice to the CSR, look past the ignorance of not knowing that you don't stock the part and save me the extra 30 minutes of my time and just tell me that you don't stock the part. Also, I left after paying for a $2.00 part and returning it to them. I left before he could get a refund because it was worth the $2.00 of my time to not be there wasting away with this persons ignorance. Btw, the big box stores had exactly what I was looking for and I didn't need their CSR to help. God help those who need help: this CSR at Mesher included.

Ken Scott was the plumber on our brand new house. When a problem arose with our sump pump, I reached out to have him come take a look. Between my husband and I, we called almost a dozen times over 2 months and received NO answer. I even left a message stating that I'm new to the Portland area, if he can't help me could he please recommend someone else. NOTHING. Do not waste your time trying to get a hold of Ken at KTP Plumbing. Worthless and disappointing.
