Patrick is very good. He fixed a toilet and then returned a second time without a fee to adjust it.

Craftwork did all the original plumbing in my house 12 years ago. I have never had a problem with any of there work. It is top quality as I do live in an upscale neighborhood. They have always been prompt with returning service calls. They completed a kitchen renovation early and at a lower cost. When I have add emergencies, they have gotten to me right away. - even adding an unscheduled stop as one of the plumbers was on the way home. I cannot speak highly enough about their work and service. Their costs are always competitive or lower than anyone else.

I have used this company for years for my backflow testing. Spoke with Steve today about why they never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I was told he never got the message are you serious? Oh, but then he tells me that he is booked and can't get my testing done by the date required. Was completely rude to me. I will never ever use this company again!

Responsive to e-mail with setting up the appointment which was super helpful. Very professional and friendly. And were able to come out in the evening on a weeknight. And best of all great work - my tub has water pressure again and is no longer dripping!

Ken at Molalla plumbing is awesome! He was on time, got the job done and the price was fair considering the work done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone honest and reliable.

I would highly recommend hiring P1 Plumbing. I had a leak in my wall that was flowing for a while but I had no idea what the source was. Yuriy came out and found the leak immediately, his instincts are amazing! Right away he repaired the leak. He didn't just patch it but he replaced the leaking pipe with a new and sturdy segment and I definitely don't have to worry about that area leaking again. Really high-quality work and very thorough and cleaned up after the job. Amazing job!!

If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, dependable and professional at a reasonable price, then look no further. We've used Zak twice now; once about a year ago to install a new kitchen sink faucet and replace the old plumbing, then again last week to replace our leaky outdoor faucet.
What's great about Zak is that I know I can trust him to get the job done right. He's always on time, very responsive to texts and top of that he's a genuinely nice guy that's easy to talk to. I feel lucky to have Zak's number and will continue to go to him for our plumbing needs.

I called this company for a second opinion on my water heater. He came out and was up front no fooling around, they got to the point and found the problem fast. I sense a lot of experience with the tech who came over. I think he was the actually owner. Didn't try to sell me a new water heater like the other guy did when it was just a simple fix.
Great people. Fair prices. Prompt service. Friendly and clean. And most important, they are honest and will not try to rip you off.

Pete's done all my plumbing work for 10+ years, he's knowledgeable, fair, helpful, and prompt when there's a problem that needs fixing pronto. Recommended!

Okay, so I am going to sort of repost most of an experience I had today with another company here to highlight the great service I received from Cherry City Plumbing.
Called to get a water heater replaced. I was not really interested in estimates (though they did give some), I just wanted the job done and was willing to book the job then and there. I called Judson's Plumbing and it seems Judson's requires a photo of the water heater sent to them before they will commit to the job even though I gave the details concerning the water heater in question. Trouble is their office staff have no idea how to deal with graphics sent to them or they didn't want the business. Twice I sent the picture in the email address given to me. Nope, they claim they didn't get the email and nothing was returned to me saying there was a problem sending the message. Okay, let's try sending it in text. Same issue, they say they didn't get it. I am a retired software engineer, I wrote a lot of code that is used to send emails; I know how to send a text and email message. My guess is that Judson's didn't want the job (really easy install in the garage with no obstructions) so they played the we didn't get the file game and really insisted they have a picture. I do wonder about those without smart phones or the experience of sending graphics being left out of the loop. So much for inclusion.
Okay now onto the good stuff.
I called Cherry City Plumbing and they said, picture? don't need no stinking picture. Okay, so I played that up a bit but they really were surprised a picture was needed by Judson's before booking a job. Cherry City Plumbers didn't need any picture and were very professional and helpful (and nice) and booked me with Anthony, a very accomplished technician who did the job of replacing our water heater the same day for $400 less than the lowest price quoted by Judson's. My advise, call Cherry City Plumbers first and save yourself a lot of frustration and money to boot, and you won't need any stinking pictures.

When we bought our house the inspector told us we had some issues with our sewer line. We called around to get a few quotes, and not only was Black Rock Underground the only one who got back to us, but they did so quickly and had someone out to look at our sewer line fairly quickly too.
The estimate was very reasonable, and they identified that some holes in our yard were likely coming from rats digging their way up from a hole in our sewer line. Black Rock told us they could replace our sewer line using a pipe bursting technique.
The actual replacement took about a day and a half. After they were done, they filled back in the parts of our yard they had to dig into, and reseeded our grass. They also added mulch back to our median where they also had to dig.
Our bid included tearing up and replacing our sidewalk, which they ended up not having to do. I was afraid I was going to have to ask for an adjustment after they were done, but they took it off and lowered the final invoice without me having to ask!

I can't recommend Lonnie at R D Plumbing enough. He has gone above and beyond with the plumbing for my DIY bathroom addition. The project has been dragged out due to the pandemic and my own time constraints. He has been extremely patient, communicative and easy to work with throughout the last few months. He even helped me out by letting me use some tools and problem solve as things came up on my end with the build. I fully trust his work and the inspector was impressed with what he saw. His pricing was straight forward with no surprises. I've worked with quite a few trades folks over the years and this is the first time I've been so impressed I felt compelled to write a review. Thanks Lonnie!

Great family owned business with knowledgeable friendly workers. Not your cheapest option, but fair. I was extremely happy with the work they did!

I'm a working professional with a limited background in plumbing. A handful of folks in our condominium needed water heaters installed. Jossy plumbing was so gracious about answering all of our questions and managed the logistics with the upmost professionalism. They were also genuinely kind and easy to work with. They were realistic about bids and costs. It's clear they have decades of industry experience because they knew what they were talking about and were proactive about troubleshooting as needed. They were responsible and responsive. Do yourself a favor and rely on them for Plumbing.

Bob was referred to me by a work colleague. I needed some help with the anti-scald settings on the showers in our bathroom. It wasn't of the highest priority, but Bob came quickly assessed the situation and did great work. While he was there, he also took a quick look at the rest of the house's setup. He was extremely professional and nice. Nichols will Plumbing will be my first call if I ever need any future work.

Dawson's was great! They were able to respond quickly and immediately address the problem. They replaced a section of leaking pipe in my crawl space. They were kind, respectful, and very professional. I would definitely call them again!

Really poor service. I set up a service through my home warranty 10 days ago and they said someone will contact me within 24 hours. 10 days go by, I call them multiple times, no one answers. I cancel the original work order and setup a new one. Same experience so far, no one has called or even returned my call. Would not recommend so far, but let's see if anything changes.

This is a well-run business with a professional mind-set and culture.
We initially contacted Wolfer's after talking with their representative at Costco in Portland, Oregon.
We were attracted by the A.O. Smith brand water heaters and the rebate offered by Costco.
We contacted Wolfer's and there began a great relationship, ending in an excellent, permitted installation of a new water heater in our 1915 home.
We had to switch from gas to electric due to certain code requirements, but Wolfer's handled it with aplomb.
Everyone from the sales people to the office staff and the very knowledgeable installation team made us feel as though we were valuable customers.
I would recommend this company highly and thanks to Costco for partnering with Wolfer's.

Tim showed up and looked around and then walked out. He left and called my grandparents saying he was not gonna do the job.
