Wonderful company, highly recommend! My office toilet got severely clogged on New Years Eve just as I was trying to leave! I was bummed because that meant I was going to have to stay at work later to wait for a plumber. They came and got the job down in under an hour of calling them!

Our toilet was so clogged that it flooded our whole bathroom. It wouldn't stop. But the technician came and easily took care of it, explaining everything. They are super fast, super friendly and will be using them from now on!

Last time we'll use FatMan. Was told the $87 service call fee would be applied to the service. It wasn't. They also had an extra fee of $48 for customer service. Literally for customer service. You have to pay this company for customer service. They charged us $760 for a job quoted $625. Will be fighting this fee.

$337 for 40 min of snake work to unclog 2 drains... wanted to try a local company, won't call them again...

***UPDATE*** I'm updating my review. After posting an unfavorable review of my experience, the owner called me direct to apologize and quickly scheduled another plumber to come out and fix the issues. The plumber arrived on time and all issues were fixed.

ORIGINAL---We used Fatman Plumbing for a few leaking faucets we had in our house. They were responsive in coming out, very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. But within a few days one of our faucets they had fixed started leaking again. I called them and they came out to fix it. A week later the other faucet they fixed started leaking. I called them and no one picked up so I left a message. I must have called and left 3 or 4 messages over a month span and no one returns my call. They don't stand by their work...I would not recommend.

I had Fatman Plumbing out to install an insinkerator and repair a leak for a vanity I recently had a tile company install. There were no issues with the insinkerator. However, they took a look at the vanity and made a couple changes that they said would stop the leak. A few days after they left, the leak started again. One of the individuals gave me their direct number in case there were issues. I called twice and left messages and have not received a call back. When they were over, I explained to them that I regretted not getting a licensed plumber to install the vanity in the first place, so the lack of response had added to the frustration of this project. Now, I have to go with another plumber, which will cost another $89. I cannot recommend this company. They should take ownership of the issue they came to fix and not ignore their customers.
***5/31/2022 Update - the owner Chris called and left a message that he was livid at the behavior of the plumber. Another plumber came and fixed the issue.

faithful and trusted is a misleading motto.

neither faithful nor trusted. no one showed for a scheduled appointment window.

on may 18, i scheduled an appointment for a quote of plumbing services as part of a bathroom renovation. i received an email confirmation, and a text prior to my  appointment date.

the text read david would be at my home on the 28th between 9:00am - 11:00am. i called at 10:30am to confirm the scheduled appointment would be honored and explained i would not be available past noon due to another appointment. debbie confirmed and instructed that i wait for a text notifying me of arrival time.

as i was still waiting at 10:50am i called the office again and left a voicemail. debbie returned my call informing that chris was called to a family emergency. she repeatedly said this never happens.

david. chris. whomever. i was provided an arrival window which was not met. then, an emergency. fact is, they weren't going to make their scheduled window. a professional option would have been to call and offer another date.

this company is unreliable. a waste of my time, but good that i found out before using this company.

After another plumber's incompetence and lack of professionalism left us without hot water for 2 weeks, we hired Fatman.

The plumber came out and replaced our eater heater within a few hours.

Labor charge to replace a 50 gal electric water heater was around $700. This does NOT include the cost of the replacement tank.

The service was friendly, and professional.  We'd use this company again.

Fatman Plumbing was very prompt in getting to our home during an emergency water leak. Our Technician Josh was very professional and gave great customer service. The pricing was very reasonable, would definitely use them again!

Ken fixed a leaking shower.  He was punctual, extremely professional, quick to do the job and honest.  I would definitely recommend Ken.

I had a cancer operation and could barely stand and of course this is when the toilet chose to fail. I have other people living in my house and I cannot have a toilet that does not work. Fatman came through for me when literally nobody else would. They came, they saw they conquered the problem. Give these guys a call FIRST.

They probably can fix a toilet but from my experience are not plumbers. Unreturned messages at the office etc. the guy that came today was completely useless. I'm in construction for 22 years and know a plumber when I talk to one. Not impressed.

Seems maybe quality went downhill as of late? Se nothing but good reviews previously.

Robin was extremely helpful while troubleshooting an issue that came up on my home inspection, as an inspector came back with an issue that was not code related, nor relevant.  She knew that it was going to be a non-sales related call but still handled the call as if it was.  Not only did she save me time, but saved me money!  Great experience!

My husband and I have had FATman Plumbing to our home twice recently.  Both times, we are very, very pleased with their service.  They installed 3 Kohler toilets for us and we could not be more pleased with the install and the men.   Chris, the owner, is extremely nice.  Chris's son, Nicholas works along side and does a great job.  Brian, who did the bulk of the install before Chris and Nick came, is simply excellent!!!   Yes, we are very happy with this company and the men.  If we need any future plumbing needs we will definitely be calling FATman Plumbing again!  Thank you guys for the great job!!!

Chris is an excellent and honest plumber. He worked with us through many hurdles trying to get our bathroom remodel complete. He was honest about what would work and what wouldn't and didn't just put things in to get the job complete. He does it right!

We have also found his costs to be fair and reasonable, typically beating out the competitors. And best of all you are dealing with a local guy not a big conglomerate with lots of overhead and a different person at your door with each call.

If you want an honest, hard working knowledgeable plumber, you won't go wrong with FATMan.

Chris was awesome and so helpful. Professional but down to earth. Got the job done fast and for a reasonable amount. He also helped direct me in the right direction for additional repairs that will need done due to the water issues. He didn't mind answering the questions I had too.  Highly recommend and will use again when needed!

Highly recommended.    Trustworthy prompt, reasonably priced.   I couldn't have asked for better service.   He took the time to help figure out faucet replacement dilemma in roman tub and I hired him for much, much more.  The work looks great  very impressed

My experience...Shannon squeezed us in on short notice (like 10 hours!!) while under contract for our new home when we needed a complete plumbing inspection top to bottom. She was so sweet and pleasant, never making us feel like an inconvenience. Chris arrived on time and seriously noticed every little detail. He spent atleast 2 hours here! I mean, he noticed variation of grout colors and the smallest chip on a bathtub ever! He clearly knows what he's doing. He was so thorough during the inspection, pointing out everything and even took the time to explain what things were and if it was something that was important or could wait to be repaired. Best part of that visit? He only charged did a service call...no high weekend or emergency fee!

We then hired them to do several repairs, and again a wonderful experience. He was quick and efficient but also knew exactly what he was doing. Never felt rushed or like something was missing. He showed me repairs and explained everything and let me ask questions until I understood.

Fatman plumbing was extremely professional, very competively priced (but to be honest, I felt so comfortable with him and his opinion that I didn't once feel the need to seek a second opinion) and really knowledgeable about everything. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or like I was being sold unnecessary repairs. I asked advice on him installing new fixtures and instead of selling me his services, he gave me tips to do it myself! That's an HONEST businessman!

He even came early during one appointment and we felt so comfortable with him that we gave him our garage passcode so he could start before we arrived home.

I highly recommend supporting this small business! I know 100% without a doubt that he did a great job on repairs and I feel totally confident calling fatman plumbing anytime I have a plumbing issue and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing plumbing repairs.

Fat man plumbing is my hero!!!! In my house we don't call a man to fix anything. My husband is the man. But this time he couldn't figure out why we had a smell in my bathroom. For an inexpensive service call fat man came in , He was honest and gave my husband a few easy steps he can do to solve the problem.  So happy I called.
