Our experience with Kevin was great. Could not have asked for anything better. Very professional. Kevin was also very flexible as we changed our original schedule due to a conflict and he adjusted with no issues. He fixed all our issues. We had a leaking toilet and 2 faucets that had broken components. All resolved on-time and the cost was reasonable.

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class. I chose J's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

I highly recommend these guys! I had issues with pressure fluctuation on a well system. I had one company out to do the repair with no success...of course I couldn't get in contact with them after I paid them. I called T Smith the same day and they were able to pinpoint the issue. Tony and his crew were very friendly, thoughtful, and professional. They arrived on time and diagnosed the issue within minutes. They replaced my tank, regulator, and pipes for a fair price and ensured that the work resolved the issue prior to leaving. I will definitely be using these guys in the future. Thank you guys again!

We had a catastrophe yesterday with our downstairs toilet. I called Giles Plumbing and spoke with someone immediately. Scott was the plumber assigned to us and he called me back within 5 minutes and was at our house in 15 minutes!! He is extremely professional and fixed the issue within an hour with very minimal damage to our landscaping. I am 100% using Giles Plumbing with any other issues that come up, which hopefully will not be many!! ;) Thank you Scott!!!!!

Beware, these guys are crooks. Do not use this company or Dean or Dustin for work, ever. They did an incomplete, shoddy job on a bathroom remodel. Refused to fix or complete the job. We had to hire others to repair and complete the project. Prior to things going south, we planned to have them build a deck as well and had prepaid 50% for materials and labor. Dean Burns refused to deliver the materials or do the job, and would not refund the money, close to $10,000. He is a thief. I understand he also has a judgment against him for another job in the amount of close to $9000 for doing the same thing.

Through American Home Shield LNPOC came out to look into a stopped kitchen sink. Upon inspection it was found that some settling of my pipes had occurred and the drain grade had been interrupted. I live in a 40 year old home that has settled a lot over the years, and for the first time in 30 years my kitchen drain stopped. Instead of simple repair, LNPOC wrote it up as incorrectly installed rather than realizing my home had simply settled over 40 yeas and the pipes weren't where they once were. This resulted in my having a $350 bill for my repair when it should have simply been covered by my home warranty company. Thank you LNPOC for your incompetence and capriciousness in incorrectly assessing my pipes had been incorrectly installed, resulting in no coverage for me.

Full Spectrum is a great company to work with from the time I called, to the staff getting us moved up due to the urgency of the situation. Brian was professional, knowledgable and courteous. Thanks for the help diagnosing the problem with a newer tankless water heater.

On Saturday April the 6th I discovered a busted pipe and had to cut my water off. I called Williams and Son that was on Home Advisors and asked them if they could come out. They showed up right after I texted them that it was getting late and probably too dark to repair that time of night. They fixed the first pipe and when they turned the water on discovered there were two additional leaks. They wanted $25 more dollars to fix the two additional leaks bringing the total to $275. He said he stands behind his work and would guarantee his work for two years. He said wait 30 minutes and turn back on. On Sunday morning we turned the water on to discover the two leaks were still leaking. I texted them letting them know the two leaks were not fixed and we still did not have water and didn't get a response. I called them Monday evening asking them when would they be back. He stated he was very busy and would try to get back Thursday and also said it is probably two different leaks instead of the leaks they fixed. I texted him on the 10th and stated I had paid him $275 and still did not have water and how would he feel if this was his family? He said he was coming at lunch time on Thursday at lunch time. They finally showed up at 7:30 at night and stated these were not the leaks they had fixed. I pointed to the new part they put on that was still leaking. I also said I just paid them for that, (the new part)so how could it be a different leak? He said he wasn't arguing with me and do what I had to do because he wasn't fixing and got in his truck and left. If they take your money and don't fix your problem and you have to beg them to come back out and they still lie and will not fix the issue, that tells you what type person you are dealing with. Will never hire again.

Uh...charging me 100.00 to fix a hole in the wall he charged me to make in order to troubleshoot a leak? The hole was about 14 inches square and could have been just 3 inches square. Another 65.00 to mount a shower rod...jeezus no! Also wants to charge an extra 2% just for using a debit card....Uh...Uh!

Called to replace a leaking toilet, and while here they said my water pressure was too high and a pressure regulator needed to be installed. They insisted this needed to be installed by my water meter at the street, which would involve ripping up part of the sidewalk and cost over $700.
I got a second opinion and was told that the part could easily be installed in my basement for a third of the cost, and that cutting into the sidewalk was totally unnecessary. When I explained to them that I wanted to cancel my appointment based on this second opinion they were snippy and rude.
Very surprised that they chose what appears to be the most difficult and expensive method to fix a simple water pressure problem.
