Our experience with Kevin was great.  Could not have asked for anything better. Very professional.  Kevin was also very flexible as we changed our original schedule due to a conflict and he adjusted with no issues. He fixed all our issues.  We had a leaking toilet and 2 faucets that had broken components.  All resolved on-time and the cost was reasonable.

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

My friend's dad, a naval captain, says There's only 5 minutes between half a$$ and first class. I chose J's because they have an A+ rating from the BBB. They lived up to their rating. The receptionist told me I'd get a call from the plumber on Wednesday. True to her word, Zach called me Wednesday at 0820, arrived shortly after, and thoroughly completed 4 projects. He went above and beyond by CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF and putting my belongings back after moving them. THAT was impressive in and of itself. My bath tub is fully functional, my toilet no longer runs, and no more leaky sink under my new sink. Grateful for the good service. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. They're FIRST CLASS!

I highly recommend these guys!  I had issues with pressure fluctuation on a well system.  I had one company out to do the repair with no success...of course I couldn't get in contact with them after I paid them.  I called T Smith the same day and they were able to pinpoint the issue.  Tony and his crew were very friendly, thoughtful, and professional.  They arrived on time and diagnosed the issue within minutes.  They replaced my tank, regulator, and pipes for a fair price and ensured that the work resolved the issue prior to leaving.  I will definitely be using these guys in the future.  Thank you guys again!

I used Giles Plumbing today. They did an incredible job as I had a leak in my ceiling. They accessed the issue quickly, made limited cuts into my dry wall, cleaned up their mess and was gone in an hour. Very impressed by their professionalism, were on time and Extremely reasonable! Beware, these guys are crooks.  Do not use this company or Dean or Dustin for work, ever. They did an incomplete, shoddy job on a bathroom remodel. Refused to fix or complete the job. We had to hire others to repair and complete the project. Prior to things going south, we planned to have them build a deck as well and had prepaid 50% for materials and labor. Dean Burns refused to deliver the materials or do the job, and would not refund the money, close to $10,000. He is a thief. I understand he also has a judgment against him for another job in the amount of close to $9000 for doing the same thing.

Did a great job getting back to me right away. Steven got the job done the same day and went over all the prices with me which I found very affordable. I'd recommend them them to anyone in the area!

Called for estimate. They quoted me $1700 vs over plumbers between $300-$500. I was getting multiple quotes. A couple hundred $ difference is ok, but not a 4 times

Good luck with this company. I'm not sure what others are talking about when it comes to service received from this company. They have every excuse in the book when it comes to providing an estimate. You may want to question where the Good reviews come from.

Uh...charging me 100.00 to fix a hole in the wall he charged me to make in order to troubleshoot a leak? The hole was about 14 inches square and could have been just 3 inches square. Another 65.00 to mount a shower rod...jeezus no! Also wants to charge an extra 2% just for using a debit card....Uh...Uh!

These guys did come out quickly but did not inform me of the cost until a week after it was completed I got a bill in the mail I asked the guy how much it was going to be he said we will bill you they did not tell me he charges for drive time was at my house for 30 minutes and charge me $156 in labor plus materials will never use again

So I had a leak from upstairs and called HomeServe to report it. They sent out IRV Plumbing. The tech showed up and stated that they were not allowed to cut into the drywall where the leak was. IRV then sent out a company called Restopros. Their job was to prep my home for the HVAC guys. They came into my home during a rain storm and tracked in dirt, mud and dry-vac machines. They cut a hole in the drywall, ripped up carpet and remove the flooring in both bathrooms. I never heard from Restopro again. I home was left in shambles and no one returned my calls. My insurance agent even called to get an estimate and....nothing! I finally had to call IRV and ask what the hell was going on. IRV sent the same tech back only for him to say that my condensate line was running into the home instead of outside and the cost to re-route would be over $3000. I never agreed or disagreed with the amount but to this day never heard from either company again. I later found out that the line was clogged and happily paid someone to unclog the line. What's with all the runaround!!! Be open and honest with your customers. I wish I could convince HomeServe to remove you and Restopros as service providers.
Your customer service really SUCKS!!!  I will never use either company again!!!!!!!!!!
