Moshe did a fantastic job replacing three ceiling fans at our new house. He was prompt with communication and arrived on time. One of the fans I'd ordered from Lowe's was defective, but we didn't find out until after Moshe had it installed. He removed it, boxed it all up to return, and didn't charge me anything, even though he still had to do all the work. He'll be coming back out once I get a replacement from Lowe's, and he's earned our business for life! He was also very friendly. I can't recommend him enough!

Gus Ballas (Wolf Electric) will be our go-to fellow when it comes to our electrical needs.  Not only was he prompt and professional, he kept his word about keeping his appointment to come to our place when other electricians either failed to call us back or, worse, scheduled, then cancelled, then couldn't be reached.

I'm almost hesitant to give Gus of Wolf Electric such high marks because I may not be able to get him out here again because he will be so busy.!   Just kidding.  Please call Gus - you will be really happy you did.  

He is knowledgeable, personable, thorough and reasonably priced.  He won't quit until the work is done to his absolute perfection!

Excellent Job - I have read a previous review and my experience was the opposite.  Yes the electricians were young, but extremely professional, well prepared and on time. They changed a fan positioned on a very high vaulted ceiling without any issues. I would absolutely use them again.

I'm new to the area and needed an electrician to add some new wall outlets and change some light fixtures.  Mr. 900 Electric was responsive and very honest.  After having 2 other quotes I chose Joe and couldn't be happier. Everything works perfect and it didn't cost a fortune plus I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment. I'd highly recommend Mr. 900 Electric.

Cory and his crew is amazing!  His level of customer service is A++!  I have used him and his company for 2 years and have done numerous jobs with him and his crew.  The prices and quality of work are perfect!

I'm not only upset about this situation, but I'm disappointed. I have an older home and have used Polk Electric a couple of times to fix electric issues I've had. I had them install some outdoor lights for me (that haven't worked since day 1 and still do not) and smoke detectors. I have called about the lights at least twice and each time was told someone would fix them and it never happened. I didn't sweat it though because the people here are really nice. They're a family owned company and I know things get busy, but I'm disappointed in the situation that I feel they have put me in.
When I had the installations done I told the worker, Kirby, that I wanted a rewire. It's an old home. I thought it might be a good idea. He assured me that it wasn't needed. Everything is working fine, he told me. He looked at my electric panels and looked at the outlets and I trusted his expert opinion. Over the summer I had what I thought to be an HVAC issue that turned out to be electrical. Mr. Pope came out and he and the hvac person figured out the issue and he did a temporary fix. He told me he had to order the correct part and the next day someone would be out to replace it and they would fix the lights. That never happened. This week I had the same issue again and called Polk Electric to come out. I spoke with them by phone twice and in person. No one showed up.
So last night I called another company. What they showed me was upsetting. The panel box was burned and unusable. It was a fire hazard. I am thankful that my home is still intact.
I trusted this company to fix my home, not put me in a position where I could lose it. Very kind people, but poor workmanship. While I won't use them again I do hope that they correct these practices. They have the customer service portion of business going strong, but it stops there.

UPDATE: Since posting this review the company has apologized for their actions and they fixed the outdoor lights.

Gibson's Electrical & Lighting is the only company I'll use for all of my electric needs. They have been to my home twice for different issues. In both instances they were extremely professional. The second time they came to my home I feel like they went above and beyond. The owner, Matt, came himself and not only fixed some major issues in our garage, but helped to shift things around and move storage boxes to access the proper outlets. What I thought was 1 issue, turned out to be 2 and he fixed everything. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

This past weekend I noticed my AC was not cooling the place completely. Sunday night when I got home and it still wasn't working, I did a quick google search and Putnam showed up. I had the ability to send a message via Google and within 15 mins I received a call being told they could have a technician out within the hour (at 6:30pm on a Sunday night!). They do charge an off-hours rate if $159 for the visit, but their fee during regular hours was $129 so it was definitely worth the $30 to not have to take time off work.

The technician showed up a little before 7:30pm. He quickly identified the issue, a bad compressor, and had it replaced and the AC back to normal within an hour.

I was super impressed by the availability and quick turnaround of the service!

Very knowledgeable and respectful. Able to repair problem in minimal time and replaced exterior outlet cover that was allowing water to deep into outlet.

Over the Christmas holidays my hot water went out.  They were quick to access the problem and once they had the correct part fix the issue. Restoring hot water.  I would recommend Eneco to anyone with plumbing and/or HVAC issues!

I called for a quote to replace a flood light and to individually ground my circuit breaker box.
They had to schedule a visit in order to give me a quote.

When they arrived, they gave me an extremely high quote for both tasks.

Very disappointed.

I used On Time Electrical for the first time, as my condominium had a few receptacles go out. The staff had good communication and was flexible scheduling an appointment with the tenant but as a real estate investor, I would not recommend this company. The amount I was charged to fix 3 receptacles was ridiculous. From when I received the quote to when I got the receipt, the total time of the job was about 20-30 minutes. I was charged about 6x the normal price of 15 AMP receptacles, which you can buy in the stores for about $30. For $769, in my opinion, this is price gouging. This should have been $200 - $400 the most for how minor the issue. This will be the last time I use On Time Electrical, and will let other investors know about this experience.

Great service, arrived early and got the job done quickly. Good customer service. Chad was our electrician. Very thorough. Highly recommend.

My update is immediate because as I was looking at them on Yelp & it looked like, in fact, they do residential!  I called the company to confirm & yes, they do.  I will update again after I experience their work.

They were pleasant in telling me they don't do residential work & gave me the names of Roger & Dan at Simpson Electric.

Called Tom a week ago to see if he could complete a job for us. Not only did he back out last minute but he also refused to take my phone calls. He decided to send a nasty email back and tell us its our problem not his. Looks like John L. and I have something in common. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING HIM. He was rude and disrespectful and obviously has questionable work ethic.
