Moshe did a fantastic job replacing three ceiling fans at our new house. He was prompt with communication and arrived on time. One of the fans I'd ordered from Lowe's was defective, but we didn't find out until after Moshe had it installed. He removed it, boxed it all up to return, and didn't charge me anything, even though he still had to do all the work. He'll be coming back out once I get a replacement from Lowe's, and he's earned our business for life! He was also very friendly. I can't recommend him enough!

Gus Ballas (Wolf Electric) will be our go-to fellow when it comes to our electrical needs.  Not only was he prompt and professional, he kept his word about keeping his appointment to come to our place when other electricians either failed to call us back or, worse, scheduled, then cancelled, then couldn't be reached.

I'm almost hesitant to give Gus of Wolf Electric such high marks because I may not be able to get him out here again because he will be so busy.!   Just kidding.  Please call Gus - you will be really happy you did.  

He is knowledgeable, personable, thorough and reasonably priced.  He won't quit until the work is done to his absolute perfection!

Excellent Job - I have read a previous review and my experience was the opposite.  Yes the electricians were young, but extremely professional, well prepared and on time. They changed a fan positioned on a very high vaulted ceiling without any issues. I would absolutely use them again.

I'm new to the area and needed an electrician to add some new wall outlets and change some light fixtures.  Mr. 900 Electric was responsive and very honest.  After having 2 other quotes I chose Joe and couldn't be happier. Everything works perfect and it didn't cost a fortune plus I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment. I'd highly recommend Mr. 900 Electric.

Biggs Electrical has done numerous jobs for us and we highly recommend their services. This company goes above and beyond and the owner, Cory, goes out of his way to ensure excellent customer service. One of the most professional and courteous companies I have ever dealt with.

I'm not only upset about this situation, but I'm disappointed. I have an older home and have used Polk Electric a couple of times to fix electric issues I've had. I had them install some outdoor lights for me (that haven't worked since day 1 and still do not) and smoke detectors. I have called about the lights at least twice and each time was told someone would fix them and it never happened. I didn't sweat it though because the people here are really nice. They're a family owned company and I know things get busy, but I'm disappointed in the situation that I feel they have put me in.
When I had the installations done I told the worker, Kirby, that I wanted a rewire. It's an old home. I thought it might be a good idea. He assured me that it wasn't needed. Everything is working fine, he told me. He looked at my electric panels and looked at the outlets and I trusted his expert opinion. Over the summer I had what I thought to be an HVAC issue that turned out to be electrical. Mr. Pope came out and he and the hvac person figured out the issue and he did a temporary fix. He told me he had to order the correct part and the next day someone would be out to replace it and they would fix the lights. That never happened. This week I had the same issue again and called Polk Electric to come out. I spoke with them by phone twice and in person. No one showed up.
So last night I called another company. What they showed me was upsetting. The panel box was burned and unusable. It was a fire hazard. I am thankful that my home is still intact.
I trusted this company to fix my home, not put me in a position where I could lose it. Very kind people, but poor workmanship. While I won't use them again I do hope that they correct these practices. They have the customer service portion of business going strong, but it stops there.

UPDATE: Since posting this review the company has apologized for their actions and they fixed the outdoor lights.

I was referred to these guys by a friend who had had a good experience with them on a bathroom renovation. So-I called them this week and they squeezed me in on Friday. They were right on time & very professional.  They had sent me a invoice via email based on our original phone conversation. So-when the job was complete I paid them and then a few mins later there was a knock on door and guy came back and said you paid us to much. Ended up not doing the same a they had quote and was a  less monies. I thought WOW that's not something you see everyday, an honest person and company. I highly recommend them!!! VERY IMPRESSED!!!

This past weekend I noticed my AC was not cooling the place completely. Sunday night when I got home and it still wasn't working, I did a quick google search and Putnam showed up. I had the ability to send a message via Google and within 15 mins I received a call being told they could have a technician out within the hour (at 6:30pm on a Sunday night!). They do charge an off-hours rate if $159 for the visit, but their fee during regular hours was $129 so it was definitely worth the $30 to not have to take time off work.

The technician showed up a little before 7:30pm. He quickly identified the issue, a bad compressor, and had it replaced and the AC back to normal within an hour.

I was super impressed by the availability and quick turnaround of the service!

Used Bates Electric to help in various small projects including installing new smart doorbells and ceiling fans switches along with wiring.  They did a fantastic job and were very helpful!  Would gladly use their services again especially for future projects!

We wanted to replace the 15 year old halogen under cabinet lights in our kitchen. Chris took the LED's we purchased and had all four in place and looking fantastic In less than an hour.

We were told to expect someone to come by between 8am and 8pm, and no one came. We called all day they kept saying they would contact an installer, yet no one would take the call. When we called and requested free service as they claim they do if no one shows up in your appointment time, and they made an excuse saying the call was never dispatched therefore getting around a free service. If I was able to give zero stars I would. I would not reccomend this company to anyone, I'd recommend you learn how to do it yourself before you call this company. It may be cheaper anyway.

Matt Purcell at On Time Electrical was amazing!  A tree company dropped a tree on our power line late Wednesday night, which destroyed our outside panel and meter box as well as caused a major power surge in the house.  Matt arrived first thing Thursday morning.  He quoted a price that was in-line with other quotes we received.  Matt was able to get a county inspector out the same day.  Other companies said it could take up to 2 days (County computer systems were not working at the time).    Final price matched the job estimate exactly.  No hidden costs.  He even included a year membership with future benefits.  After the power company restored the power line, Matt returned on a Saturday morning, free of charge, to inspect the inside of the house.  The power surge did not damage inside wires, but fried several appliances including our gas furnace.  Matt diagnosed the furnace and was able to suggest a temporary fix, so we could have heat until Monday (again, free of charge).  He also gave us thorough documentation to provide to our insurance company.  Most importantly, he answered all of my questions in plain English, and gave us much needed piece of mind in an awful situation.

Great service, arrived early and got the job done quickly. Good customer service. Chad was our electrician. Very thorough. Highly recommend.

My update is immediate because as I was looking at them on Yelp & it looked like, in fact, they do residential!  I called the company to confirm & yes, they do.  I will update again after I experience their work.

They were pleasant in telling me they don't do residential work & gave me the names of Roger & Dan at Simpson Electric.

I called Providence Electric on a Monday and Tom was out on Tuesday. Started the Job of bringing our House up to Code and adding some extra Outlets outside the house. He Replaced the inside panel box and added a Nice one out side also.
Great Work at an Affordable Price was my Experience with PE! Will be calling Tom again!
