OMG!  These people are PHENOMINAL!!  From the first conversation with Michelle, the office manager I was hooked!!  First introduction really does make a difference; meaning the first person that picks up that phone can make or break your business!  I can't say enough for the knowledge, skills and ability starting with Michelle.  My technician was Brandon.  I was skeptical when I first saw him because he looked so young!  But he knew his stuff and saved me alotttttttt of money simply by not only fixing the issue, but EDUCATING me, which is invaluable!  This is my electric company from now on praise God!!  Thank you Michelle and Brandon for great customer service from the initial phone call until Brandon finished the job!  GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and EDUCATORS!!!  Thank you so much for taking away my worries with this electrical issue!

Outstanding and prompt service with fair pricing!!! My power for my garage door had gone out and before I could call garage door repair I needed to call an electrician.  Within 15 minutes of calling LiveWire, they were out here, they fixed the problem within minutes, and charged a fair and reasonable price for coming out.  Personally, I value expertise and just getting the job done way more than time spent on the problem without fixing the problem, and LiveWire Electrical fixed my problem timely and promptly.  I would definitely recommend!

I had requested a second type of electrical service and this time it was for landscape lighting.  It was the second time Jesse came to my home and he was very experienced in troubleshooting where the source of the wire was compromised.  The speed at which he found and corrected the problem was evident in his experience with not only residential indoor repairs but for outdoor/landscape lighting.  He is very well versed in all forms of electrical capabilities and repairs.  Excellent job!

Bill did an amazing job!! Loved how he showed up early and was very polite and professional at all times. He was extremely thorough even though he was only doing a free estimate for a few issues we had. Afterwards, we decided to hire him on the spot because he was so thorough and professional. I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

I am changing my previous review of Roby Electric. I caught them last year during a transition and I believe there was some miscommunication. Based on their response to my earlier review and not having great luck finding a reliable electrician, when we had another issue I decided to give them another try.  I talked to Sandy who was wonderful and very professional. The two technicians who showed up were courteous and forgave my faux pas (I was late!) and very helpful. This was for our business but we are also buying a new home and I plan to use Roby Electric for our needs in the future.

Prompt response and easy scheduling. Evan was on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. Very professional and knowledgeable.

My mom's house needed some electrical work done. When we called the electricians we had been using for the past 2 years, they made an appointment then never showed, called or returned any of our calls.

I got a recommendation from a friend to try Ryan Hanlon and he was awesome. My mom called him at 2pm and he was at her house by 6pm the same day! Turns out an outside outlet had flipped the breaker on half of the inside outlets because the original electricians had wired it wrong. He fixed their mistakes and only charged my mom $100.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would. Brian and Donte fixed a defective outlet that interrupted electricity flowing to 4 outlets in my sister's house. They were professional, courteous and most of all, they knew exactly what to do to fix the problem in an effective and time efficient manner. They are our go to electricians from now on. And the customer service provided back at the office was top notch too. Thank you guys.

They fixed a hall light with a 3 way switch. I tried to fix it myself but couldn't find the issue after 2 trips to Lowe's. I needed an expert. He got there at 7:30 and was done by 8am. He even fixed the things I broke. Now the light it working great! I would definitely recommend them. Very easy to work with as well.

Had a leak and water running from under my refrigerator.  Called Michael & Son, who said they would come out.  Several hours later, I called again and was informed I was on their priority list.  Called the third time (since I called RotoRooter in the meantime and was told they were busy and it would be the next morning after 8 am)  I could see myself mopping the floor all night long - had used every towel in the house and mopping every 10 minutes.  24 hour service?  I don't think so.  They even pulled up information and found I had used them once before to unstop a  toilet about 5 years previously  I was at the point of just giving up and going to bed, waiting to float out the next morning.  However, I got a call from Mori, with Michael & Son saying he was on the way.  At about 8:30 he arrived, pulled my refrigerator out, showed me in the garage where the cutoff valve thing is, cut my water to my icemaker off, leaving all the other water on for me,  Very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.  I went to bed knowing all was well!!!  Many thanks, Mori, you were a lifesaver!!!.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work done by H Dee, as I never received a call back after leaving a voicemail request about work I needed done.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
