Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches.  Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise.  After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended.  We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive.  Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

A plumbing leak had caused significant water damage to bathroom, laundry room and utility closet. Shawn and his crew came out and fully repaired each area (drywall, flooring, paint). He was very quick to respond and complete the work.  I am a landlord for the property and Shawn kept me very well informed at each stage of the process virtually.  I appreciate the quick responsiveness and quality of his work.

Bobby has been our go-to electrician for years now - he not only does the job quickly but does it correctly (anyone who's ever had a poor electrician knows the utter mess they can make of your wiring). He is particularly good with older houses that have had multiple generations of electrical work done on them: he cuts through the nonsense and finds solutions within a few hours that can fix six decades of bad wiring.

Bobby is an absolutely trustworthy gentleman who knows his worth and does not waste time. Anyone who can get onto his schedule will be lucky to have him on the job.

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. Had appointment for 2pm to 3pm on 9/7/17 no call no show.  Called the bussines at 3pm receptionist apologized and said she would have the tech call me.  When 4:15pm rolled around I called back and just told the company not to come. Other then me calling them I never heard from the tech or the company.

Great customer service!  Reasonable prices and very responsive.   Easy to work with.   Found the problem right away and stuck to his price.  No scams or trying to sell you extra services.  I will use him for all my electrical needs.   Like Evan said ...if there's a wire and it's broke, he could probably fix it!

I've decided that from now on when contractors either don't show up or don't return calls, I am writing a review.  Previously I have let it slide, but it happens way to often.  Based on reviews here on Yelp, I call Ryan for some help with about 4 electrical problem at my house that I did not feel comfortable doing myself.  I have yet to hear back from him.  I guess he has enough business that he doesn't need mine.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would. Brian and Donte fixed a defective outlet that interrupted electricity flowing to 4 outlets in my sister's house. They were professional, courteous and most of all, they knew exactly what to do to fix the problem in an effective and time efficient manner. They are our go to electricians from now on. And the customer service provided back at the office was top notch too. Thank you guys.

Wow!  Same day service for chirping hard wired smoke detectors. They were here when they said they would be and finished replacing 5 detectors in no time.   Will definitely call again!

We got very good service from Ryan of Michael and Son. Our air went out on the weekend and Michael and Son's sent two really great guys to fix our Air.

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
