Unreliable.  I contacted them 20 minutes after our appointment time and got a text back that they can't make it.

Absolutely outstanding, from start to finish. Great office scheduled my appointment quickly, and the electrician they sent was both friendly and a consummate professional. Price was reasonable, and work completed efficiently but no rush. The experience was so ideal, I have moved several home projects that involve electric up the priority list, because I know I have these guys as a resource for the jobs. My absolute highest recommendation!

I've hired Ronnie for a few different commercial and residential projects. He's great to work with and the quality is top notch. He's a family man and an honest electrician. I would definitely recommend him.

Shawn installed a chandelier and heavy wall mirror for me.  He was amazing from start to finished.  I had shopped around for an electrician and Shawn responded within minutes of my email.  I provided a picture of the chandelier and room, and he was able to provide an immediate quote well below the other electricians.  He communicated and confirmed our appointment, arrived on time (early) and completed the work quickly.  The mirror was an add on request which he installed within minutes.  I am definitely using Shawn for other home improvements.  There was not hassle or back and forth.  He is very talented and knowledgeable.

Bobby has been our go-to electrician for years now - he not only does the job quickly but does it correctly (anyone who's ever had a poor electrician knows the utter mess they can make of your wiring). He is particularly good with older houses that have had multiple generations of electrical work done on them: he cuts through the nonsense and finds solutions within a few hours that can fix six decades of bad wiring.

Bobby is an absolutely trustworthy gentleman who knows his worth and does not waste time. Anyone who can get onto his schedule will be lucky to have him on the job.

Jesse was extremely professional. He was timely and courteous. He fixed our issues quickly! We had a problem with our outlets and ceiling fan. He also was very inexpensive. I would recommend this service to anyone!

Bill Ambrose is fantastic!  He works very hard and communicates very well in person, by phone and text.  He is courteous and should put you at ease quickly about any job you have.  I was so pleased to call this guy first after a trusted recommendation from someone else.  I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I am so impressed. I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

We are new to this state and really didn't know anyone. And our house we bought.. ..... well.... that is another yelp review for the real estate agent. And not a very good one.

I did a lot of shopping around before finding them.  I also did a lot of estimates.  We only had so much money left after the move and were not expecting the house to be in such disrepair.

I feel comfortable with them (husband is away at work and I am home alone I feel safe and comfortable with these guys in the house. They are VERY respectful)

Had a fantastic experience with EM Electric this morning. I was having some electrical issues and Evan not only responded immediately, he resolved my problem over the phone. Many companies would have made sure to come out so they could charge me, but not Evan. I will absolutely be using him for future work!

My mom's house needed some electrical work done. When we called the electricians we had been using for the past 2 years, they made an appointment then never showed, called or returned any of our calls.

I got a recommendation from a friend to try Ryan Hanlon and he was awesome. My mom called him at 2pm and he was at her house by 6pm the same day! Turns out an outside outlet had flipped the breaker on half of the inside outlets because the original electricians had wired it wrong. He fixed their mistakes and only charged my mom $100.

Great find - highly recommend.

Roman is such a nice guy! He came exactly when he said on a Saturday evening. The business is called Asap and he lives by it. My wife asked him if I needed you at 2:00am would you come ? He said if it was an emergency, sure.  I called him about 7:30pm, he was here and done by 8:45!! Small job, but it needed an electrician. Quick clean professional work! Use this man!

If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would. Brian and Donte fixed a defective outlet that interrupted electricity flowing to 4 outlets in my sister's house. They were professional, courteous and most of all, they knew exactly what to do to fix the problem in an effective and time efficient manner. They are our go to electricians from now on. And the customer service provided back at the office was top notch too. Thank you guys.

Christopher and his team have done more than one project for me and I have always been impressed with both him and his team. He has been very responsive for quotes for these projects. His team have always been finished in a very timely manner and the work has been done very well! The area is always cleaned up after the project has been complete as well. I even received a phone call from Chris himself asking if he believed we were given great service! That type of follow-up is much appreciated and I will be using his services for sure in the future for my electrical work.

I had an appointment this morning from the hours of 8a-10a and ended up calling them around 930a To see what time they were coming out and the lady said the technician was stuck on a job that was taking longer than expected and that she would call me back at 2pm to let me know. I said it's OK he can come later on because I am off work today after canceling my physical Therapy appointment I made time for them. So no call back at 2.. I ended up calling them back and was on hold for 15 mins or more and she said he was still working on same job from this morning, it would probably be late.. I said that's fine how late she said around 7p.. I said ok. She said we can make an appointment for you in the morning I said I go to work tomorrow..then I got a text from them for an appointment for 8a-10a tomorrow..I said no that won't work.
They had put my new air conditioner in back in 2015 and it was never inspected by Mecklenburg County. So after several letters from Michael And Sons saying they needed to get it inspected now I finally got it inspected by Mecklenburg county and they said that there were several problems one main problem was the wiring that could've caused a fire I'm lucky  that it did not.
So I'm waiting here to see if they're coming out. Some photos attached.

My door shifted due to house settlement making my door unable to open or close properly. I messaged him and he replied very quickly, was able to come next day to give a quote. He diagnosed the problem and explained all the options carefully for me. He was able to complete the job same day for a reasonable price. Door swings better than before. He made sure to leave his work tidy as I had it before. Also very friendly. Will use him again for future repairs.

Don't do business with this company. Once a defective light was installed for $225. They refused to take it down for less than $185. Puts my cost at over $1000 for the light and installation. Do not use this company under any circumstances. If I could give 0 stars I would.  No sir the light was not working well when your technicians were there, and when I needed it taken down you refused to do anything but charge me an additional $185 to have it removed. No offer from you other than full price. No worries though I tripped the breakers and took it down by myself in 5-10 minutes. It was really hard. I can understand the $185 price tag when an unskilled person such as myself can do it in 5-10 minutes. Thank you so much and I will assure no one I know and do business will ever use your service. Your a real gem. Good job.
