A while back, I was in a desperate situation at the beginning of winter. I was converting from steam heat to hot water and another local plumber screwed me over, even after I ran pex throughout my house and converted my radiators at his request (he said he could only give me a day and could not get all of the work done in that time, so I did much of it). I had no heat and two small kids, ages 3 and 1. I found an advertisement for Steve in the church newsletter and called. He made it a priority to get to me quickly (I think its because he is a dad himself and would want the same for his kids). He was at my house 2-days later. He converted my furnace to hot water that day. I'll always appreciate how he made time for us during the busy season. I definitely recommend. A decent, honest person.

I highly recommend Trumpet Plumbing.
I had water dripping down my plaster wall in the parlor and called Trumpet; Darwin said he'd be here within an hour, and he was right on time. I was thinking it was a bad drain connection to the waste stack, which would mean tearing up part of the bathroom to locate the source of the leak and fix it. He showed me why that wasn't it; the leak wasn't coming from the drain, but from cracked and missing grout in the lower tiles in the shower. The bottom line is it's a re-grouting job, not a plumbing job. Even though he didn't fix the problem, I now know what needs to be done. He charged a very reasonable fee for his time as well, much less than I've paid with other plumbing firms.

Whatever your needs, stop looking at reviews , stop looking for a plumber and simply call Mike right now. I've paid for his services twice and couldn't be more satisfied.
Mike explains exactly what you need, gives you a quote and delivers on his promise. He showed me everything he was doing to solve my problem and patiently explained his actions.
Knowledge and trust don't come cheap. Mike expertly delivers on both and is very reasonable.

Maybe my opinion but typical plumbers and electric related are hit or miss responding to phone calls and definitely some scheduling deficits. Adam with Eco, no sir. Very communicative, came on time as promised, assessed the issue and fixed only what was necessary. Honest business and very happy with the AC repair. Would definitely use these guys again.

Excellent service, would recommend to anyone. Justin was very polite and the prices were fair.

I called them in the late afternoon for a clog issue. Even though he had a family party that evening, he told me that he could be there afterward, around 8:30/9pm. He showed up, as promised (and texted me to keep me updated on his arrival), and fixed the problem. Clean job, professional, and nice guy.

A plumber that knows what he's doing!! JW Burns is the most trustworthy, honest, capable plumbing/heating place I know. They come in the middle of the night if you need them. I can leave them alone in my house and not worry. They're always right on estimates and charge very honest prices (I have plumbers in my family in another state so I know what's a fair price). They are licensed master plumbers which due to my own family of plumbers know this is very important. They also speak English which is getting harder to find in this town.

John Bretone and his crew are the best. They respond to calls timely and do excellent work.

We called Ajax Plumbing to fix a leaking heating pipe and Adam and his assistant Kevin efficiently took care of the issue. From the moment I initially explained the situation to Adam, he was able to clearly articulate what the cause was, find the issue, and tackle the problem. I could immediately tell he's very knowledgeable and experienced in his craft.
Overall, the entire process was also quite smooth and convenient. Some places charge an exorbitant fee to just send someone out to provide an estimate. Adam on the other hand, is able to provide a free estimate through text so you know what to expect prior to scheduling an appointment. It took about 2 hours for them to fix the leak and they even cleaned up whatever debris was created from the job!
If I ever have another heating issue in the future, I know who to call on. I highly recommend Ajax plumbing!

I had a fast leak in my tub and the tub was clogged the water was coming out at about 4 gallons every 5 minutes. I've heard of Roto Rooter, I've seen the $99 special that was posted online & I also saw that you guys also was offering a $60 coupon. And although one of my neighbors warned against me using Roto-Rooter service because of the high price, I needed a professional service. We scheduled online, waited a couple of hours for confirmation, and nothing. So I called myself and ask them when I can expect the technician because I spent the better part of the day scooping out water from my bathtub into my toilet to avoid a flood. I was called back and told that he would send someone over as soon as he had a technician available. We waited another couple of hours and finally the technician came. He wore a mask but nothing covering his work boots & I just cleaned my carpet from a the fire in my building last Wednesday that caused all this. He barely looked at anything and quoted me a price of $587 to just to snake the drain. I found that price to be exorbent and insultingly high just to remove a clog. I told him that is way too much money. I apologized for wasting his time and invited him out of my apartment. He then immediately offered to do the job for $300. Which was also too high, I again thanked him for his time and he then asked how much I was willing to pay. I told him the going rate in this neighborhood is $49.99 - $149.99 to clear a clogged drain. But since I was desperate I offered $200 if he can complete the job. He then went back downstairs to his truck and came back with an electrical auger one I had used myself to no avail, I thought he'd bring some big professional auger or other drain opening tool
Then proceeded to turn off the cold water from under the sink which started a leak under my sink. I scrambled to remove all my personal items from under the cabinet and please a bucket under that leak So now, I have an added repair to do. After he began, I tried to accommodate him by giving him something to drink since he said he was getting a headache do to the noise coming from the auger. I thought he would leave without finishing the job so I was trying to be pleasant and level headed. Although I was losing my patience by the minute. He sat there for about an hour and a half trying with that little electrical auger to clear the drain and then came out and told us he couldn't do it and started packing up his stuff. I ended up giving this guy a $40 tip just for the effort. Between my buildings handyman and this guy I wasted $80. I then called another company who unfortunately didn't have anybody until today. He sent his guy over who quoted me a solid price of $200 and an extra $100 if he had to open up my pipes which he didn't he came up with a big industrial size auger and cleared the drain in 20-30 minutes. I still think it was pricey but it was an emergency and I was quoted a solid price without any games or surprises. I am very disappointed by the lack of integrity I was shown by your company. I should have been given a price over the phone or at least an estimate so I know what to expect. And as far as the $99 drain cleaning offer and $60 coupon I found to be all bait and switch gimmicks. Not cool for a company that's supposed to be completely professional, guarantees the job to be done, tries to shake down their customers in time of need, then leaves without completing the job. And creating extra problems to fix in addition to the already existing nightmare. Very disappointed

Stay away from this company-very shady... over billing and just incompetent. My payments were posted to someone else's account and was pressured to pay by credit card which I never do so i paid twice for payments they already had received. Took 2 weeks for them to find their mistake.
