Update: Plumbers came out ASAP. Emergency situation arose from an accidental, unforeseen, toilet supply line bursting on my second floor master bathroom. Discovered at 4 AM nonetheless! Not what you want to wake up to out of your sleep! I thought I was having a very bad dream, but unfortunately this was very real. Water everywhere on the bathroom floor, ankle deep. A burst supply line squirting water uncontrollably. A shut off valve for the house in the basement that would not turn off. Maybe rusted or corroded over time, unknown to me.

This escaped water from the toilet flooded my first floor kitchen ceiling and walls. And that is now a whole other bigger problem - water damage to drywall that needs to be remediated. Not fun. A headache, expense and inconvenience that will take many days or weeks to resolve. Ugh.

These plumbers promptly changed out the toilet supply line in both my bathrooms, and also installed a new service valve for the house. Nobody calls a plumber at 4AM for planned projects. But when you need fast, efficient, professional plumbing help, like I did, these plumbers will take care to help you and mitigate water damage on your property. I'm so glad I called them. They know what exactly to do!

Initial review: Trouble shooted Plumbing problem over the phone. Plumber was able to determine problem with a call and texting of some photos. Knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. Will update review soon, issue is being worked on at the present time.

We have hired Jon to help us with plumbing needs over the past few years. He dislodged children's bath toys from our jacuzzi intake, replaced faucets, fixed a fridge water line, and yesterday installed a new toilet. He has always been helpful, responsive, and quick to get us in his schedule.

I will definitely be calling these guys again. They were very professional and efficient. We had the new hot water tank installed in no time and hot water shortly after. Thanks again Kevin!!!

Sewage was backing up into my basement, a first for me after buying my first house last July. I called around 11pm and a technician came at 8am the following morning, which meant I didn't have to pay higher after-hours/emergency rate. The technician, Liam, took care of the clog, which was about 50 feet in, within an hour or so. He walked me through the whole process and took some extra time to help me get a sense of the set-up at the house which is about 130 years old, which I appreciated. Cost was $330 after taxes and the service call fee. I wasn't happy about losing $330 to a sewage clog but I did a little research and that seems to have been a fair price. Another technician will be providing a free camera examination of the sewer line. The sewage back-up was a terrible experience and I appreciated the fast response and excellent service.

Called them yesterday with an issue, asked what it would cost to have someone come out and write up an estimate and when they could have someone come out.   Woman on the phone was pretty abrupt.  She quoted the fees for them to come out and give the estimate, but told me she would have to call back with what times are available for an appointment.  Glad I didn't hold my breath as it took a full 24 hours to get a call back!  Granted it was not an emergency situation (I cannot use my shower, which is annoying but easy to work around), but I wouldn't call them again.  Obviously, cannot comment on the quality of their work but they seem pretty unprofessional.

So bad the people on the street would set up chairs in their front yard and watch the show. Under sized feed to compressor  used my shirts to cover holes on top of ductwork they cut wrong

Ripped off.  I had frozen pipes.  125.00 just to walk in the door.... I was quoted a price of 225.00 if he put a torpedo heater under the house and 250.00 if he got another guy to crawl under the house and use a machine on the pipes.  I chose the heater...well... he didn't have it with him.... had to go get it...an hour later stuck the heater under the house and sat in his truck.... after pipes defrosted he comes in with a bill of 671.00.  Are you kidding me?????  What a scam...

On Oct 18th I called Zenner and Ritter to have a service technician come out and find out why my furnace, purchased through them and under warranty, kept turning off. It heated the house but had to be turned on at the furnace every day.
On Oct 20th Aaron, the service tech came by and did a very thorough inspection of the entire system, vents and all, and determined that the problem was a bad fuel valve and that they would need to replace the Fuel Control System. He decided to turn the fuel valve off until they came back out and in the process broke it. I signed a service agreement, expensive but necessary. Paid him $97.33 for coming out and was told it would be a few days for them to get the part.
It is now November 9th, and I have had to call them four different times to find out when my furnace will be repaired. They won't call us to give us any updates and every time I call I just get told, they will call me when they get the part in. They offer no other information or solution.
In the meantime, we've felt the temperature drop steadily, down to the 30's in the evenings. I'm worried about the health and safety of my family, my water pipes, and how much longer we'll sit here shivering. While my furnace wasn't running like it was supposed to, it did at least run before they came out to look at it, and the company just keeps blowing me off, like there's nothing they can do about it.

Had a bad experience with this company, Called to fix a leak at my stationary tub, They showed up and complained about how busy they were. Said they would be back 8/21/2015, Then called and said they were to busy, could not help us What kind of answer is this, The person that was here called me, not Drain Doctor, I will never call this company again for anything in my life, and I will spread the word. They will scam you!!!!  We cancelled their service after paying $1000 down and they told us they would shred the check.  Well they didn't and ended up depositing the check.  Stay away!

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!  Go somewhere else~  My bill was $700.00 for a basic garbage disposal install and quick snake drain!  Only here a little over an hour. RIDICULOUS EXPENSIVE!  GO ELSEWHERE!

Called this company for an estimate over a month ago. Came and said he would have estimate in 24 48 hours. Two months later no call, no estimate, disappeared.  If they cannot call when we are gonna give him 20K what make s me think he will show up when there is a HVAC emergency. No Thanks

Have used in past with out issue. Today have full house back up, called hours ago and made emergency appointment. Appointment between 3-5 today. Very happy with that.

they call at 2:30 and inform me the appointment has been moved to next Friday. Like that would be ok with anyone. And then made some statement that discounts offered do not apply.

promply hung up and will never call again. The thought of trying to find plumber now at 3 pm. When I called them around 10 am.  They stink big time!
