Roofing team is fabulous! Not so for plumbing and heating. Had problems with every job they did - they are very slow, if they respond at all to calls for return visit to fix problems in plumbing. We finally had to hire another firm to complete the project and repair their work.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we received a call back! Our heating unit wasn't working, and of course it was on one of the coldest days. John came out to the house quicker than I could have anticipated and took care of things. He has worked on our home before, but the consistency of his work and his customer service are impressive. Highly recommended.

Pipeworx did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Great price, high quality of work and the communication was outstanding. Taylor would respond almost immediately. They won't leave you hanging.

We had used Sunbeam for a few years and are very pleased with the work performed. Service Technician Ahmad in particular is very professional and cordial.

Had to get a new wax ring under my shitter because the guy I bought the house from didn't know how to screw in a light bulb, let alone install a toilet. Wife says that the technician arrived promptly, was both polite and corteous and, most importantly, got the job done for roughly $250 LESS than the greedy bastards at Roto Router wanted me to shell out. Don't even get me started.

Kandefer installed a boiler in a property as part the P&S that I purchased on the Westside of Buffalo in January 2020. I came to find out, he installed the wrong kind of boiler improperly, causing the burners to corrode and leak carbon monoxide. 2 years after installation, National Fuel shut the boiler down in January because of the carbon monoxide leak. It took me 6 months to get him to add the bypass, that was left off when he originally installed the boiler and to top it all off, he installs one that is to small and never turned it on. He also isn't taking any responsibility for his work. This is a 3-unit apartment building and I have 2 young children living on the first floor. Thank God my third floor tenant moved out and the gas company came in.

Never showed up or called to me .
I would never recommend a plumber who
does not respect your time.

Took snowblower in for new paddles. $200 worth of work done without my approval only to have the blower never work after work because motor was shot. Would never have put that much money into an older blower. Asked them to refund part or all of costs and never got back to me. I make it a point to support small businesses but will never return here. I would have put that $200 towards a new blower instead of putting it into old one had they just called for pre approval.
