Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday evening. We live in a mountain community whose population swelled during the pandemic, overwhelming all types of service industries, including plumbers. Calls to eight local firms on Monday morning were met with we're too busy or we're taking appointments for next month earliest. Except for Jerry at Lakeview Plumbing. His wife answered my call and promised he'd call back shortly, which he did. Although busy like other local professionals, Jerry asked questions about the details of the leak and promised to at least inspect it right away and determine a course of action, namely to repair or replace it. He arrived two hours later and within three days of the first leak, we have a new water heater, despite some challenges with a tight space and unusual original pipe placement. Jerry has long experience at mountain installations, is a good communicator and listener, and did a professional job for us. The total cost was reasonable and the response time was terrific. I'm happy to give Lakeview Plumbing a 5-star review.

I called Powell about my furnace problem. They gave me a reasonable quote. The technician called before he came that same day.  After a short time, my furnace was working the best and quietest it ever has.  I could not be happier with the service.

Absolute Drain is Absolutely Awesome!

I have called Aboslute drain to my property several times to clear my sewer drain before I finally dug up the old Orangeburg pipe that was installed as my sewer lateral 54 years ago.

Mickey's guys cleaned up the mess and unclogged my drain quickly and was able to give me a diagnoses and probable cause.  He even warned me that the sewer line would be come clogged again in a few months due to roots growing into the pipe.  Very honest about the state of the pipe in ground and what could be done about it.

I appreciate the prompt service and the prognosis about my different options going forward.  Thanks again!

Had a sudden problem at 6 pm with our toilet. Called Mr. Rooter and was immediately connected to a polite and professional person.  The dispatcher then called me back to let me know a technician would be calling me in their way which shouldn't be too long.  Sure enough, Travis the technician called and said he'd be here in ten minutes.  My toilet was unclogged and kind, knowledgeable Travis was out the door by 7:10 pm. I'll never flush a lady product down the toilet again, but if something else comes up, this is who I will call.

Excellent experience, and we love our new tankless water heater. Our old original water heater leaked. I'd heard of Aquious through KUNR underwriting credits, and homeadvisor.com.  Within an hour of giving Home Advisor my info, Luke called us.  Three days later we had a new water heater. The work was professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Every since I switched to them from Bell brothers heating and air conditioning we have been supper pleased. 1st off their techs are really knowledgeable, honest, trust worthy and dependable. For any type of repair they are really competitive on their rates. Also if you have an issue they will try to get you An appointment the same day or by next day. I once had bell brothers AC tell me they couldn't fix my AC for 5 weeks  that's why I switched over.

Made 2 appointments that he missed. Then rude and insulting on the phone. Implied that I lied to him. Repeated problems with installation of a simple device. Did not take responsibility for his work.

I wish I could give negative stars. My home warranty company hired this company to address my furnace. This company took 2 weeks to come to my house. The tech guy came out and was telling me the warranty company would just buy me out if I needed a new heater, said my heater was too small for my house and lied to me. He did absolutely nothing. He left after lighting the pilot light low and behold the next day the pilot was out again. I called the warranty place and they were told a part needed to be ordered then I get an email indicating my service was completed!! Another call to the warranty company they dispatched a new company who came out and replaced a small wire metal looking part and everything is working perfectly. I asked about the size and the new tech indicated it's the biggest one they make! This company just wanted money! Do not use!
