Greg is the best! We ordered a new water heater to replace a 8 year old one because we weren't getting enough hot water. Well Greg came out and we found that the water heater was incorrectly installed. So he ended up fixing it for $125 and anyone else would have sold us a new water heater and hopefully installed it right. You won't find a better plumber around!

Troy - Manchester Plumbing is the best plumber in the area. They are very professional, courteous, on-time and knows what they are doing. We did basement bathroom plumbing with Liberty pump, upstair bathroom plumbing and 75 gallon water heater. Really pleased with transaction and will recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. I called and they responded right away! Me. Brown came out and did a thorough inspection first before work. I felt Mr. Brown really took the time out to understand what the problem was before rushing and was genuine about it. He arrived promptly which is something you don't hear of anymore.
I had a huge back up with my toilet. He found the problem, explained it to me and got my line back up and running! It was so needed with children. He even went as far as communicating with my landlord for potential future problems that could happen with the way my toilet was installed. My landlord was appreciative of that. JM Plumbing / John Mullin is a fantastic plumbing contractor. If you want someone who is smart, professional, resourceful, neat, honest and nice to work with, John is your man. He has been our go-to plumbing expert and has found a way to fix plumbing problems that others simply could not figure out. I have high expectations and John exceeds them every time.

The plumber spent about 10 minutes assessing the non-emergency problem. He then advised me that if he did any work at all- and whether he could fix it or not-  it would cost $185 plus parts. It took him about 15 minutes to fix. So, 25 minutes cost $185 PLUS I was charged another $15 for 4' of 1/4 tubing. Will NOT be using this company when we do our kitchen and bath remodel/updates! ( note: technician, Tracy, was professional and competent).

PS: In all the other local trades ( roofer, windows, flooring, painting, pavers, electrician)  that have come to the house in the last 8 months as we update/remodel, this is the only time we have felt ripped off.

PSS: for comparison on rates: The service/repairs at the Mercedes Dealership  is @ $165 an HOUR...!!! This company is over $350 an hour! Outrageous.

Chris was on time and extremely patient with working around my schedule to replace the water heater. He looked at the HVAC system that is reading errors and helped with that as well.

I have used Aspen Plumbing for any plumbing issues at my home, my rental, and my business for at least 10 years.  Kim is great!  Quality work, and he is fair, efficient, and responsive.

Came out to our home multiple times. The first plumber cut multiple holes in our wall. Spent over 4 hours in our home with nothing wrong. Then a lead plumber came out. Was there for 10 min figured out the pressure gauge had broken and fixed the issue. Also informed us that they were taking bets on what this old man couldn't figure out. This is NOT the way to take care of someone else's home. This should have been fixed properly on the 1st visit. Not after 4 visits and holes cut in the wall that were then in turn totally improperly repaired

Wiley's came out for a weekend repair of a bathroom sink in a rental home we own in Sept 2017 (I know, late post)... the pop-up assembly needed to be removed and replaced (true cost about $25 for the part and 45 minutes of labor)
