We live downhill from our sewer main and have a sewage pump that moves our effluent up the hill. Our pump failed over the weekend. I contacted several companies and Rick, the owner of service pump,  responded promptly. Since I did not have any info on the pump size, voltage, etc. Rick sent Andrew out on Monday so the proper pump could be brought out to effect the repair. Unfortunately my pump was 230 volt so the new one had to be ordered from Roseville. When shipping was going to take too long, Rick drove to the distribution center and picked one up on Tuesday morning. Andrew came out Tuesday afternoon and the pump was fully operational Tuesday that same afternoon. This level of dedication and service is much appreciated when none of the plumbing could be used.

I am impressed by the level of concern and empathy shown by both Rick and Andrew. They recommended a robust pump and the installation was handled quickly and efficiently. There was very little mess during the process and the area was left cleaner than when they arrived.  I am confident I will get many years of service from this pump and the cost of the project was in line with other quotations I was given.

Another 5-star service for Jolly Rooter.  We came home from a few days in California and found the water heater (WH) leaking. Called our favorite plumber (Rich Jolly) and he responded immediately and said he will be right over.  Sure enough, he came to disconnect the WH and did some preliminary plumbing while ordering the parts for the next day installation.   He found that our cold and hot was installed backwards(?!) to the WH since the house was built.  No wonder we ran out of hot water so fast!   This was completely unexpected and Rich was shocked too.  His very competent staff (Scott and Ryan) came the next day and installed a new one.  We are so happy at the response and service!   We recommend Jolly Rooter to anyone!

My hot water heated took a dump Friday morning.  I finally called Nod's Plumbing and heating asking for help.  Within 30 minutes they had someone on their way.  The man did a marvelous job at removing the old unit and installing the new unit.   He was professional, courteous and left the work area spotless.  All I have to say is high praise for their attention to my dilemma and quickly put my life back in order.

I highly recommend Millennium Plumbing! I've worked along with them as an electrician on several remodel projects and they've also done some work on my own home. I've always been impressed.

So far, these guys have been amazing. Isaac has been so helpful and responsive I really trust him and his crew to fix the problems we have. Isaac so far has been lightning fast in communication, inspection scheduling, and quotes. The price quptes are reasonable and well detailed  ... I'll update this review after work is done but as of right noe, I am very pleased!

I contacted Thomas & Sons Plumbing a few weeks ago because I wanted a tiny toilet installed in my toddlers bathroom. They responded so fast and efficiently. Thomas installed the toilet within minutes and my son absolutely loves it! They are amazing and very reasonable $$$. Thank you for your great service every single time.

I am late in sending this review. I used them a few months back for myself. My sister called because PG&E found that there was a gas leak in her kitchen. She called me and asked if I knew of  a plumber. I gave her Tony the Tiger's name and phone number.  Told her I could not say enough good things about them. They came out fixed the gas leaks.  I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would hire them in a minute without any question in my mind or without any doubt. I highly recommend them. My sister was over the top with the service and how quickly they responded and efficiently got the leaks repaired!  Wish there were more companies out there that operate under the same business practices that they do.  Kudo's to Tony the TigerPlumbing!!!!!

Ben assisted us with our bathroom remodel plumbing needs. We had to replace and upgrade the piping in both the shower and vanity, we needed to remove and replace our bathtub, and replace the toilet. We are so happy with how things turned out! Ben is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Planning to use him again for our next project!

This is the worst place ever!  My apartment complex uses them to fix plumbing issues.  They are sexist and hate women!  They play games and do a half-ass job and don't know what they are doing, then they mess with your water and leave the hot water off.  It is constant drama and take forever to make an appointment to fix something if they ever call at all.  I wish the apartment building I live in would use a different vendor.

I've had to use Paschall plumbing for a few problems the last couple of months. We have been lucking enough to work with Chad. He is very professional and personable. He is always very accommodating, he shows up on time and gets the job done right the first time.  When I have any plumbing issues Chad will be the one I call.

As homeowners we have used their services for nearly 20 years.  Always reliable, always on time and great at communicating when to expect your workmen the day of scheduled service. Yesterday Jerry came out for a garbage disposal replacement.  He was very personable and listened to our concerns with another plumbing situation and even though he didn't come out for it, made an additional repair for us.  The quality of employees is a true reflection of the owner who we've met.  He has come to our house a few times himself to make sure we're pleased with the work done.  As long as we're in Reno and as long as Michael's is in business we'll be using their services.

I had complained about a leaking water sound in my wall for several months and they had come out a few times for 10-15 minutes of looking for wet places or obvious leaks. Never found it, but I could hear it constantly at night when the house was quite. They replaced two toilets and still didn't fix the problem but kept charging me. Finally I found the problem MYSELF it was the pressure relief valve on my hot water heater and was draining through the wall in the kitchen into the crawl space. Then they wanted to charge me to fix that too!! Not good at finding problems. Really good at invoices for the work not needed?

Avoid this contractor at all costs! They installed a natural gas water heater in my home which has only propane service. They have refused to install the correct water heater. They also suggested that I had falsified their invoices despite the fact that I had two cancelled checks and a statement from the home warranty company that Plumberman had been assigned the job. They are also operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection which is a consideration.
